5.Association of sex hormones with atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases and related events
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1985;0(01):-
The cardiovascular system is closely associated with sex hormones. The risk factors of the cadiovascular diseases or related events, such as lipid metabolism, coagulatory function and vascular endothelium function are affected by sex hormones and their analogues by a number of pathways. Consensus is generaly reached about hormone replacement therapy (HRT) among menopausal women except the effects on cardiovascular system, which removined to be controversial. It is recommended that women should consult their doctors for their individulized administration of HRT.
6.Analysis of correlation between NKG2D receptor pathway and the mechanism of DNT cell' killing effect
International Journal of Surgery 2015;42(6):429-432
NKG2D is an activating receptor expressed on various immune cells' surfaces.Currently, eight ligands have been found, they can be divided into two kinds:MHC Ⅰ related protein and ULBP molecules.NKG2D receptors and their respective ligands differentially exist in normal and cancerous tissues. So far, many researchers have found that a lot of immune cells' anti-tumor mechanism is mediated by NKG2D receptor and it can't be replaced in the resistance to the development of carcinoma.adoptive immunotherapy is a new method of treating cancer that propose to find tumor-specific cytotoxicity immune cells and enlarge the amount of it,then injected into human body to resist tumor.Recently, many researchers have found that DNT cells (CD4-CD8-T 细胞)have the function of anti-tumor;sadly its mechanisms are unclear. After the summary of NKG2D receptor-mediated pathway of destruction, this paper try to analyze its relevance to DNT cells' killing effect,on the purpose of finding the Killing mechanism of DNT cells that may existed.
7.Deanxit in adjuvant treatment of non-erosive reflux disease non-responding to proton pump inhibitor
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(10):1747-1748
Objective To investigate the efficacy of flupentixol and melitracen(Deanxit) in treatment of non-erosive reflux disease(NERD) and non-responding to proton pump inhibitor. Methods Fifty eight NERD pa-tients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (n = 29) and control group (n = 29). Patients in control group were given esomeprazole 40 mg qd. Patients in the treatment group were given the same drug plus Deanxit 1 Tab qd. The clinical effect was evaluated and scored by Hemihon Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) after 4 weeks. Results The total efficacy rate of the treatment group was higher than control group (P < 0.01),and HAMA was lower in the treatment group than in control group (P < 0.01). Conclusions Adjuvant treatment of Deanxit combined with esomeprazole is effective to NERD patients who did not respond to proton pump inhibitor, can greatly improve anxious disorders.
8.Pathogenic Bacteria Distribution and Drug Resistance of Hospital Infection in Pediatrics Unit
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2005;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the major pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance of hospital infection in pediatrics unit, and to provide laboratory evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment.METHODS Pathogenic bacteria were isolated from patients who suffered from hospital infection in pediatrics unit from 2004 to 2006.the method was taken to carry out the sensitive test and bacteria identification by VITEK32,Streptococcus pneumoniae,Moraxella catarrhalis and Haemophylus influenzae were assayed with French Bio-Merieux API System ATB STREP5 and ATB HAEMO,respectively.RESULTS Totally isolated strains were 489.Of them,108 strains of coagulase negative Staphylococcus(CONS),being 22.1%.58 strains were S.haemolyticus.The isolated rate of CONS was 53.7%.The drug test for meticillin-resistant coagulase negative Staphylococcus(MRCNS) showed multiple drug-resistance.The detection rate of the ESBLs from the Escherichia coli and the Klebsiella pneumoniae was 18.9% and 12.5%,respectively.CONCLUSIONS MRCNS are the major pathogens in pediatrics unit. The detectable rate of MRCNS is high.Glycopeptide antibiotics are the first-choice drugs for MRCNS infection.
9.Laparoscopic Biliary Reoperation
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(01):-
Objective To evaluate the feasibility and clinical efficacy of laparoscopic biliary reoperation. Methods From May 2000 to May 2007, 105 patients received laparoscopic biliary reoperation, including choledocholithotomy and T-tube drainage in 96 cases, Roux-en-Y anastomosis of the gallstone/hepatic-duct in 5, and liver resection in 4. Results The operations were completed in all the 105 patients without severe complications. The operation time was 60-185 min [mean, (125.3?23.2) min]. Intraoperative blood loss was 15-310 ml [mean, (21.1?8.6) ml]. The patients stayed at hospital for 5-9 days after the operation. The 5 patients, who underwent Roux-en-Y anastomosis of the gallstone/hepatic-duct, were followed up for 6 to 65 months [mean, (13.2?8.6)months]. Partial liver resection was performed in 2 cases (resection of the left hepatic lobe in 2, and the right lobe in 2); they were followed up for 8-25 months [mean, (10.2?3.6)months]. In the 96 patients, who received laparoscopic choledocholithotomy and T-tube drainage, the follow-up were lasted for 3-72 months [mean, (13.2?9.6)months]. None of the patients who were followed up had recurrence of gallbladder stone. Conclusions Laparoscopic biliary reoperation is feasible and safe with minimal trauma to patients.
