1.Analysis of pathogenic bacterial distribution and drug resistance of hospital infection during 2011-2013

Objective To statistically analyze the bacterial flora change and drug resistance situation in the patients with bacteri‐al infection to provide reference for clinical rational drug use and the management of nosocomial infection .Methods The clinical samples were conventionally isolated and cultured .The bacteria identification and drug sensitivity test were performed by using the bioMerieux company VITEK2 automatic microorganism analyzer .The confirmation test of drug susceptibility adopted the disk dif‐fusion method recommended by the American Clinical and Laboratory Standardization Committee (CLSI) .Results The sample sources in the hospital infection during 2011-2013 were main sputum ,secretions and midstream urine ;the main infectious bacteria showed the increasing trend ,the top 5 of bacteria were :Escherichia coli (ECO) ,Klebsiella pneumoniae (KPN) ,Acinetobacter bau‐manii (ABA) ,Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PAE) ,Staphylococcus aureus (SAU);the top three of common multi‐drug resistant bacte‐ria were ABA ,PAE and ECO ,their constituent ratio during these three years had a small amplitude increase ;the antibiotics for Gram negative bacilli (G -) resistance rate of more than 70% during these 3 years were :ampicillin ,cefuroxime sodium and cefu‐roxime axetil;the antibiotics for Gram positive cocci (G+ ) resistance rate of more than 70% during these 3 years were penicillin and erythromycin ..Except for 4 cases of Enterococcus faecalis ,no other vancomycin‐resistant strains were found .Conclusion The sam‐ple source of bacterial infection is dominated by sputum ,the gram negative bacteria are the main force of hospital infection ,showing a increasing trend every year ,multi- drug resistant strains are also continuously rising ,penicillin is unsuitable to the clinical treat‐ment of bacterial infection ;imipenem has very high sensitivity to ECO and KPN .The hospital should attach great importance to the infection management ,strengthen the application and management of antibiotics ,decrease the outbreak and prevalence of bacterial infection and reduce the increase of drug resistant strains .
2.The clinical application of biomarkers in pediatric sepsis

Sepsis is still a leading cause of death in infants and children.It is the result of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome caused by infection.For sepsis,early diagnosis is very important.Biomarkers (procalcitonin,C-reactive protein,pro-inflammatory cytokines,white blood cell count,neutrophil count,left shift and CD64) during the response to infection can be used for early diagnosis.In addition,continuously monitoring these biomarkers can be used for evaluating severity of illness,monitoring of treatment responses and predicting outcome.
3.Study on the Biological Pharmaceutical Industry Cluster Competitiveness in Jiangsu Province Based on Grey Multi-index Evaluation Model

OBJECTIVE:To establish the evaluation index system that is suitable for biological pharmaceutical industry cluster competitiveness,and provide reference for the evaluation of biological pharmaceutical industry cluster competitiveness in Jiangsu province. METHODS:Biological pharmaceutical industry cluster enterprises in Jiangsu province were selected as research samples. Through the questionnaires,the grey multi-index evaluation method was used to determine weight set,establish evaluation sample matrix,and evaluate and analyze 3 first-level indexes(8 second-level indexes,and 23 tertiary-level indexes),such as the innova-tion knowledge spillover,innovation network and social capital,etc. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The financial indicators such as investment intensity of biological pharmaceutical industry cluster in Jiangsu province were low,and there was a shortage of funds problem;new drug patents of independent intellectual property rights were insufficient,and lacked of protection of intellectu-al property rights,there was an independent innovation motivation problem;profitability indexes such as the rate of product sales were low,there was a problem of low industrialization of scientific research;social culture score in social capital level was not high,there was a problem of strengthening soft environment such as the binding biological innovation public service platform. It is suggested to strengthen the cooperation among cluster enterprises and scientific research institutions,and improve enterprise innova-tion power;improve the mechanism of biological innovation and the level of industrialization of scientific research achievements;and actively guide the various types of biological innovation public service platform to participate in the construction of the soft en-vironment of the cluster.
4.Measurement of galvanic current of dental common restorative alloys and clinical significance

Objective To measure the magnitude of galvanic currents produced by different occluding metallic contact.Methods The circuits of instantly different metallic contact were simulated in artificial saliva,and electrical potential of every couple and 15 currents of instant contact were measured.To simulate night sleep,after 8 h soaking,15 currents were obtained in addition.Results During early soaking,gold/Co-Cr alloy produced the highest current(6.17 ?A),while there were significant differences in currents between gold/zinc-free amalgam,gold /zinc-containing amalgam and other couples(P0.05),and the current value was low all the time.Potential of zinc-containing amalgam was more negative than other alloys,and it was always under anodic behavior during the experiment and was corrupted acceleratedly.Conclusion Couples of gold/titatium,gold/zinc-containing amalgam,zinc-free/zinc-containing amalgam appearing in oral will do harm to the patients′health,while Co-Cr/zinc-free amalgam can coexist in oral.Corrosion behavior of amalgam is affected by different contents of zinc.
5.Influence of cryosurgery on T cellular immunity in patients with malignancies

Cryosurgery has already become one of the main means to treat advanced malignancies.Not only can the cryosurgery kill the tumor cells directly, it can make the human body to activate T cellular immunity as well.The purpose of this article is to summarize the achievements in the research related to the influence of cryosurgery on T cellular immunity in patients with malignancies and also to make a prospect of cryosurgery therapy in near future.

7.Pregnancy outcomes in women with uterine anomalies

Objective To investigate pregnancy complications,cesarean delivery and abnormal fetal presentation in women with uterine anomalies.Methods Fifty women diagnosed with uterine malformation and sixty women with normal uterus were retrospectively analyzed .Results The group comprised women with uterine malformation had significantly higher stillbirth or fetal death (P <0.05) and lower rates of the full-term delivery(P <0.05) than that of the control group.The subgroup comprised women with uterine anomalies had significantly higher rates of cesare -an section(P <0.05) and abnormal fetal position(P <0.05) than the control group.The birth weight and length of infant in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05).The rate of placenta abnormalities in uterine anomalies was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05).The incidences of premature rupture of membrane,cord entanglement,oligohydramnios,postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia in observation group were no significant difference than those in control group .The rate of premature rupture of membrane(PROM) in uterus unicornis was significantly higher than that in other types (P <0.05).Conclusion Compared with women with normal uterus ,the incidences of abnormal fetal position ,the placenta abnormalities,pre-mature delivery,and stillbirth or fetal death in women with congenital uterine anomalies are high .Uterine anomalies are associated with a decrease in the birth weight and length .We should pay more attention to finding the uterine malformation and treatment before pregnancy .Antenatal care should be reinforced in pregnancy women with uterine anomalies.

Bariatric surgery is one of the most rapid,effective and sustained treatment options for obesity.In recent years,laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) has become increasingly popular due to simple manipulation,maintaining gastrointestinal structures,high safety and significant efficacy.Several published studies have reported an increased rate of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) after the operation,or it can aggravate the preexisting symptoms.The mechanisn of GERD is very complex and controversial.
9.Influence of Invigorating Kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation Capsule on ALP,Ca~(2+),P-Metabolism of Patients with Osteoporosis

[Objective] The patients with osteoporosis in kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were observed,to evaluate the curative effect of the capsule.[Methods] 31 cases were collected in this research,treated with capsule for 6 months.The indexes of alkaline phosphatase(ALP),Ca2+,P-in blood serum and bone mineral density (BMD) were determined before and after the treatment.[Results] Invigorating kidney and promoting blood circulation capsule can decrease the measure deviation of ALPCa2+,P-,can evidently increase bone density.[Conclusion] Invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation capsule can increase BMD and meliorate bone metabolism.
10.Treatment of postpartum severe hemorrhage with selective internal iliac artery embolization

Objective To discuss the effectiveness and safety of selective iliac artery embolization in treating severe postpartum hemorrhage.Methods Eighteen cases of postpartum severe hemorrhage were treated by embolizing iliac artery with gelatin and/or steel coil.4-26 months later,5 cases were scanned with 16 layer MD(multi-detector)spiral CT with pelvic artery reconstruction and hormones(E2?P?T?FSH?LH?PRL)examination taken in 8 cases.Results Arteries were re-opened in cases embolized with gelatin.Two possible results may occur in those embolized with steel coil including one with uterus mainly supplied by ovarian arterian assisted by re-opened uterus artery and the other mainly fed by re-opened uterus artery.Hormones of the 8 cases were normal.Two women got re-pregnant after embolization.No serious complication related to embolization was found.Conclusion Iliac arterial embolization is safe and effective for the control of severe postpartum hemorrhage.(J Intervent Radiol,2006,15:218-220)
