Objective To explore the risk factors and treatment of crush syndrome comlicated in earth-quake injury. Method The demographics and epidemiological characteristics, clinical treatment and the outcome of 35 cases with crush syndrome were reviewed and analyzed.The 35 patients were among 325 victims of "5·12" Wenchuan earthquake, who were admitted in Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital, Chengdu. Results Of 35 pa-tients with crush syndrome, 7 cases injured at forearm, 25 cases injured at cruse, and 3 cases injured at palm,and 3 cases were complicated with acute renal failure. The time from the occurrence of injury to transporting patients into the hospital was 6～92 hours, with mean time 49.3 hours. All the 35 patients had their wound cut open for de-compression,and 6 cases were cured, 2 had dysfunction, and 27 underwent amputation. Young patients under 14 years old had higher rate (25.8%) of crush syndrome than elder patients of 14～59 years old with rate of 8.0%.And patients admitted into hospital later (over 48 hour after injury) had higher incidence of crush syndrome (31.0 %) than those admitted earlier within 48 hours after injury (3.5 %). Conchusions Attaching great impor-tance to crush syndrome after earthquake injury, early diagnosis and treatment, and timely and complete surgical decompression are key points to the successful treatment and prevention of crush syndrome complicated in earth-quake injury. Because the longer interval between injury and rescue, delayed diagnosis and treatment, and the younger age of patients are all the risk factors of crush syndrome.

Objective: To develop a new quantitative determination method for the biological activity of recombinant human ciliary neurotrophic factor. Methods: Dorsal root ganglions were derived from the chick embryo and dispersed into single neuron cell,The rhCNTF was added to neuron cells and incubated for 64 hours,The activity of acid phosphatase in neuron cells was determined and the biological activity of rhCNTF was analyzed quantificationally. Result: rhCNTF could promote original era dorsal root neuron cells of chick embryo surviving,the livability of neuron cells was positively related to the amount of rhCNTF added to the culture. Conclusion: A quantitative determination method for the biological activity of rhCNTF was developed by testing the activity of acid phosphatase in neuron cells. Compared with the typical ways,this method was quantificational easily,repeatable better and with much fewer disturbance factors.

Objective: To explore how to implement the medical equipment management reasonably, normatively, scientifically. Methods:The digital management of medical equipment of the hospital is implemented in our hospital by the method of system analysis. Results:There are a great number of data and material needs to be integrated, collected and recycled in each link of medical equipment management in the process. All data after reasonable integration can improve the quality and of medical equipment effectively. Conclusion: It can provides a favorable basis for the hospital management decision by analysis the management data of a certain type medical equipment, using dynamic regulation process of medical equipment in the life cycle, through the information management system of medical equipment.

ERCP has become an important method for diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases,but the high incidences of post-ERCP complications(PEP),especially for post-ERCP pancreatitis,have limited its application.Prevention of PEP has become a focus of ERCP-related studies.Current drug prevention of PEP is not satisfactory,and there has not been a single drug which can effectively prevent PEP.In contrast,non-pharmacologic preventive techniques such as pancreatic stent placing and guide wire cannulation have been proven to have prominent effects in preventing PEP,which brings new hopes for PEP prevention.This paper reviews the studies on non-pharmacologic prevention of PEP.

Objective To study the effect of low-level 84 disinfection solution on reproductive physiology of mice . Methods 72 KM mice were randomly divided into three groups :0.5%84 disinfection solution group ( group A) , 2.0%84 disinfection solution group (group B) and saline solution group (group C).12 males and 12 females in each group. Corresponding medicine was given once a day by intragastric gavage for 9 weeks.The estrous cycle of female mice was observed by exfoliative cytology of vagina .After 9 weeks, The sperm abnormality test was performed , Serum samples were taken for sex hormone test by ELISA, and the histological change of testis (or ovary), heart, liver, lung and kidney were observed.Results Compared with group C , No significant difference was observed in the weight variation and serum sex hormone level in group A and B (P >0.05).The difference of the estrous cycle of female mice was not significant (P >0.05).No histopathological abnormality was observed .Compared with group C, There was no significant difference in the rate of sperm abnormality in group A ( P >0.05 ) , but the rate in group B was significantly increased ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion 0.5% 84 disinfection solution has no significant effect on reproductive physiology of mice , The concentration of disinfection solution must be strictly controlled when used .

The study of neuronal activity with low frequency has shown an increasing interest for its greater stability and reliability recent years. One challenge in analyzing this kind of activity is to find similarities and differences between signals efficiently and effectively. The traditional analysis methods, such as short-time Fourier transform, are easily obscured by background noises and often involve a large number of parameters. Therefore, this paper introduces a novel time-frequency analysis method based on wavelet transformation and half-ellipsoid modeling to extract instantaneous frequency and instantaneous phase information. This method overcomes some shortcomings of conventional time-frequency analysis. In this method, wavelet transformation is used to provide high-level representations of raw signals, and parsimonious half-ellipsoid models are used to extract changes in time domain and frequency domain of neural recordings. The method was validated to local field potentials (LFPs) of olfactory bulb of anesthetized rats during three different odor stimuli. The results suggested that this method could detect odor-relevant features from olfactory signals with large variability. The Odors then were classified with support vector machine (SVM) algorithm and the classification accuracy reached 79.4%.
