China Medical Equipment 2016;13(12):163-165
Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery technology is rapidly developing in the tumor treatment field. Due to the lack of space perception of the previous 2 D laparoscopic surgery, it has been unable to meet the current needs, and then 3 D laparoscopic technology emerged and got widely development. This paper summarizes the difference between the 3 D laparoscopic technique and traditional 2 D laparoscopic technology, and then analyzes the classification of 3 D signal display technology and common format. At the same time, this paper introduces the integration operating room structure with 3 d technology, signal format, and signal transmitting method. Finally, this paper prospected the application foreground for 3 D laparoscopic technology in the operating room.

Objective To investigate the mechanisms of phenytoin accelerating healing process. Methods Adult male Wistar rats that survived ligatation of the left coronary artery were randomized to phenytoin group or operation control and compared to sham-operated rats. The time-dependent proteolytic activity of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were detected by gelatin zymography.Picrosirius red staining plus polarized light micrscopy was used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of collagen include collagen volume fraction(CVF) and ratio of typeⅠ/Ⅲ collagen. In addition, infarct thickness and myocyte cross-sectional area were also evaluated by image analysis. Results Fourteen days after myocardial infartion(MI),phenytoin reduced infarct wall thinning.Compared with control group, the rats received phenytoin had less myocyte cross-sectional area. Two weeks after MI,CVF in two groups both had significantly dynamic increase and phenytoin accelerated the change. In contrast to control group, ratio of typeⅠto type Ⅲ collagen in phenytoin increased more quickly.Apart from these results, phenytoin did little to CVF in non-infarcted region.Analysis of MMPs activity in myocardial extracts by zymography demonstrated that infarction-induced expression of proMMPs and active MMPs was both upregulated in phenytoin group and operation control. We found that after MI,MMP-9 activity increased as early as 1 day and reached a maximum then gradually descended, whereas MMP-2 began to increase rapidly and remain elevated for up to 14 days thereafter.Phenytoin seemed toenhance expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9.1 day after MI,active MMP-9 in phenytoin group expressed an increasing trendency compared to MI control. Conclusion Phenytoin can attenuate the degree of post-infarction left ventricular dilation and expansion of the infarct during the early phase of MI healing.MMP-2 and MMP-9 enhanced by phenytoin probably played a prominent role.

Objective To investigate the relation of the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and-9(MMP-9)with polymyositis/dermatomyositis(PM/DM).Methods Blood samples were obtained from 8 patients with PM,12 patients with DM and 10 normal human controls.Real-time quantitative RT-PCR and Western-blot were applied to examine the mRNA and protein expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 respectively in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)of these patients. Results The mRNA expression levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the PBMC of patients with PM or DM were 2.41 and 1.66 folds as high as those of the normal controls, respectively;these difierences were significant between the two groups.Increased expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were also noted in the patients with PM or DM.Conclusion MMP-2 and MMP-9 may play a part in the development of polymyositis and dermatomyositis.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2017;26(2):99-104
Along with the continuous publication of a series of large-scale clinical trials results, endovascular thrombolytic therapy (or combined with intravenous thrombolysis) has been recommended as the treatment of first choice for acute ischemic stroke caused by large intracranial artery occlusion.Nevertheless, there are a variety of factors that may affect the clinical outcome of endovascular recanalization procedure. This article aims to make a comprehensive review about the factors that may affect the prognosis of patients with acute ischemic stroke who are receiving endovascular treatment.

Objective To construct an eukaryotic expression vetor of ring finger protein 6 (RNF6)and to investigate its ubiqu-itylation on insulin receptor substrate-1(IRS-1).Methods Human RNF6 coding sequence was amplified by polymerase chain reac-tion (PCR)method with human cDNA as template. The pcDNA3.1-CHA-RNF6 was constructed with routine molecular methods and transfected into hepatocarcinoma cell HepG2.Relative quantification of IRS-1 mRNA was preformed by real-time reverse tran-scription PCR.Western blot was applied to detect the expression levels of IRS-1.Results 48 h after the plasmid carring RNF6 gene transfected HepG2 cells, the mRNA level of ISR-1 gene reduced to 69% of control group. The expression of IRS-1 was markedly lower than control group (P <0.01).Conclusion The expression of IRS-1 is markedly down-regulated in HepG2 and enhancement of the ubiquitylation level of IRS-1 contribute to the disorder in insulin signal transferring.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of caspofungin in the treatment of invasive fungal disease (IFD) in advanced age patients. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data was conducted. IFD patients who had received caspofungin treatment in elderly wards were included. Results From January 2007 to August 2009, 29 IFD patients aged 80-100 years (mean 89 ) were treated with caspofungin. Except that one patient dead on the first drug administration day, there were 28 evaluable patients, 13 were cured (46.4%), 6 were markedly improved (21.4%), 3 progressed (10.8%) and 6 dead (21.4%). The overall effective rate was 67. 8%. Of 13cured patients, 12 were Candida bacreremia, 1 was Candida albicans disease of lung. Of 6 dead patients, 2 were Candida bacteremia, 1 was Candida albicans disease of lung and 3 was suspected of lung IFD. One patient performed that alanine aminotransferase was increased, considering drug-related impairment of liver function. Conclusions Caspofungin is effective and safe in the treatment of IFD in advanced age patients.

Chinese Journal of Neurology 2008;41(11):748-750
Objective To describe the clinical features of convulsive status epileptieus (CSE) in our hospital and to provide a basis for future CSE prevention and treatment. Methods Patients with CSE hospitalized from January 1996 to October 2007 were prospectively observed. Logistic regression was used to identify predictors of prognosis. Results All 220 eases of CSE were prospeetively analyzed, a hundred and two patients(46.4%) originated from rural areas. The primary cause of CSE was central nervous system(CNS)infectian (72cases, 32.7%), followed by discontinuation or reduction of antiepileptie drugs (AEDs, 35 cases,15.5%). The median duration of CSE was 5 hours and median duration of seizures before treatment was 2 hours; both were longer in rural patients (7.0 and3.5 hours respectively) than in urban patients (3.0 and 2.0 hours, Z=-3.433,-1.558,both P<0.05). The fatality rate by the time of discharge was 15.9%. Logistic regression analysis showed that the duration of CSE (χ2=20.941), a history of epilepsy (χ2=4.910), and respiratory depression (χ2=16.086) were independent predictors of CSE prognosis (allP<0.05) . Comparisons between these data of USA and Europe were made. Conclusions CSE occurs mostly in rural population and epilepsy patients. CNS infection and withdrawal or reduction of AEDs in patients with epilepsy were important triggers of CSE. Antiepileptic therapy for status epilepticus in China falls behind that in the European countries.
