Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(19):2966-2968
Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic value of electrocardiogram(ECG)in patients with low blood potassium. Methods From January 2015 to October 2015,patients with low blood potassium were given ECG examination in Yueqing Maternal And Child Health Care Hospital. The relationship between low blood potassium and ECG changes was analyzed. Results The concentration of serum potassium in patients with 0.9 -2.5mmol/L electrocardiogram U wave change,T wave change,ST segment changes,Q -T prolongation, arrhythmia were significantly higher than that of serum potassium concentration in 2.6 -3.4mmol/L patients, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =4.63,4.10,4.47,5.01,4.92,all P <0.05).Of patients with hypokalemic ECG showed characteristics of U wave amplitude increased,ST segment depression,T wave amplitude decreased,QT interval prolongation, arrhythmia,of which the most common was premature ventricular contractions, severe low blood potassium could also be occurrence of malignant ventricular arrhythmia. Conclusion Low blood potassium has characteristic changes of ECG,ECG as a noninvasive, simple and quick examination, which is helpful for the rapid diagnosis of low blood potassium.
4.THE BRONCHIAL ARTERIES AND THEIR ANASTOMOSES WITH PULMONARY VESSELS IN THE HUMAN LUNG
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
The human bronchial arteries and their anastomoses with pulmonary vessels were studied on normal and diseased lungs in 30 adult and infant cadavers under a magnification of 3~40 times. The bronchial arteries pursue a tortuous serpentine course along the surface of the bronchi. They divide either before or after the bifurcation of the bronchi and often send two branches coursing along each bronchus with one branch on each side of the bronchial wall. These branches usually form a network in the fibrous coat of the bronchus. Smaller twigs penetrate the bronchial walls and form a similar network in the submucosa.Mediastinal pleural branches and interlobar pleural branches of the bronchial arteries have their subpleural, independent course from the bronchial tree and their larger caliber at peripheral sites. In the visceral pleura and on the surface of the bronchi or within the bronchial wall, there are precapillary anastomoses between the bronchial and pulmonary arteries, and between the bronchial artery and pulmonary veins. The anastomoses occur either end to end or end to side.In the pleural adhesions of 9 cases of the lungs, the newly developed pleural branches arising from the intercostal, the superior intercostal, the pericardiophrenie or the internal mammary artery, anastomose with the bronchial artery via pleural arterial network to reinforce the blood supply for the diseased pulmonary area. The important physiological function of the anastomoses between the bronchial arteries and pulmonary vessels, as well as the course and distribution of the bronchial arteries in the lungs were discussed.
5.Research about the activity of CYP2A6 that related to regulative mechanism
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(12):-
CYP2A6 is an important drug metabolic enzyme that plays a central role in pharmacology and toxicology.Coumarin and nicodine are mainly metabolized by it.CYP2A6 also have a close connection with diseases that related to smoking. While hnRNP A1 is a protein that shows an important regulative action on some specific genes at post-transcription level.Recently, researchers are paying more and more attention to the relationship between the activity of CYP2A6 and the expression of hnRNPA1.In order to master the change rule of CYP2A6 activity,we try to explain the regulative effect on CYP2A6 by hnRNP A1 at post-transcription level, which will bring an important effect on guiding clinical medicine treatments and smoking addictive therapy.

7.Content Comparison on Quercetin from Different Parts of Penthorum Chinense Pursh. from Sichuan Province
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(9):2047-2049
This study was aimed to determinate the content of quercetin from different parts (such as flowers, fruits, stems, leaves and branches) of Penthorum chinense Pursh. from Sichuan province so as to offer reference for the comprehensivedeve lopment and utilization of P. chinense Pursh. The quantitative determination of quercetin from five groups of different parts of P. chinense Pursh. were carried out and put into comparison by the reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). The results showed that there were larger differences of content among different parts. The highest content of the medical parts were flowers and fruits, which was followed by the leaves, stems and branches. It was concluded that different parts (such as flowers, fruits, stems, leaves and branches) of P. chinense Pursh. from Sichuan province should be divided in the clinical and productive practice, which was to supply the scientific basis for enhancing the curative effect and reasonable exploitation and utilization of the resource of P. chinense Pursh.
8.Analysis on Influence of Specific Clinical Function of Dioscorea opposita Thunb
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(4):934-938
This study was aimed to analyze the influence of specific clinical effect of Dioscorea opposita Thunb. by dosage in order to summarize its rules. Recordings on pills containing D. opposita Thunb. from the classic prescrip-tion of the Formula Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected. Dosage of D. opposita Thunb. was used as the cardinal line. EXcellwas used to conduct schematic analysis. The results showed that small amount of D. opposita Thunb. had the effect of reinforcing the spleen. The effect of tonifying the lung had the dosage boundary line of 10 g. The small dosage had weak effect and large dosage had strong effect. The effect of tonifying the kidney was often the middle dosage. When the dose was larger or smaller, the effect was not obvious. The effect of consoli-dating the kidney was obvious when using larger or smaller dosage. It was concluded that the dosage of D. opposita Thunb. had relatively big influence on its effect, which provided reference of more value for the clinical practice and health cultivation.
