Objective To design and research of clinical medicine training visual simulation system based on Multigen/Vega. Methods Using MultiGen Creator modeling human organs, the three -dimensional objects were described by geometry, hierarchical structure and attributes description, and were in OpenFligh format storage. The virtual training situation required special effects can be generated by Vega on the model-driven. Results The simulation is divided into a virtual operating system and virtual scenes of real-time display. Conclusion The system is economic, safe, controllable, and is of great significance for improving skills of training in medical staff.

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common malignant lymphoma in China,which mostly starting from the lymph nodes.The studies find that the expression of NLRC5,member of nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor (NLR) family,is evident in the lymphoid cells,which is likely to be an important basis for lymphocyte tumorigenesis.NLRC5 can block the nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB),a core component of signal transduction pathway,and affect the development of tumor.While continuing activation of NF-κB is a necessary condition for DLBCL cell survival.Therefore,NLRC5 is likely to inhibit excessive inflammation,thereby inhibiting the function of DLBCL,which promises to be a new target for immunotherapy treatment of DLBCL.

OBJECTIVE: To study the endosomatic pharmacokinetics and bioequiavailability of kushenin tablets in health adults. METHODS: The blood concentrations of the blood samples taken from 22 healthy volunteers were determined by HPLC-MS after a single oral 0.3g kushenin (either tablet or capsule) dose and pretreatment with the internal standard (cimetidine) with m/z 265 (kushenin) taken as the detection ions and m/z 253 as the internal standard. RESULTS: The main pharmacokinetic parameters of the tablet and capsule of kushenin were as follows: t1/2 stood at (2.30?1.09)h and (1.90?0.58) h, respectively; tmax stood at (1.86?0.74)h and (1.68?0.55) h, respectively; Cmax stood at (525.09?208.94)ng/ml and (530.32?202.04) ng/ml, respectively; AUC0～11 stood at(2 048.5?749.4)(ng?h)/ml and (2 042.0?743.0)(ng?h)/ml, respectively;AUC0～∞ stood at(2 163.2?783.1)(ng?h)/ml and (2 136.4?792.1)(ng?h)/ml, respectively. The relative bioavailability of the kushenin tablet stood at (101.06?9.41) %. CONCLUSION:The tablet and capsule of kushenin were bioequiva_lent.

Objective To observe the expression of pancreatic K_(ATP) channels (Kir6.2/SUR1) in rats with chronic pancreatitis and explore the intervention of nateglinide on the changes.Methods Wistar rats were induced to suffer from chronic pancreatitis and then randomized into model group, nateglinide group and control group.Then OGTT of them were observed.RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of Kir6.2 and SUR1 mRNA, and western blot to detect the expression of Kir6.2 and SUR1 proteins.Results Model rats displayed impaired glucose tolerance (IGT).The expression of Kir6.2 and SUR1 in model group decreased significantly(P＜0.05), and nateglinide displayed up-reg-ulation to the expression in some degree.Conclusion The expression of pancreatic K_(ATP) channels in rats with chronic pancreatitis diminished, which might be the important mechanism of the development of pancreatogenic diabetes.Nateglinide can up-regulate the expression in some degree, which indicates that it may have latent effect of ameliorating the prognosis of patients with chronic pancreatitis.

Objective To discuss the sedative and hypnotic effect of Jiaotai Pills on insomnia in PCPA rat model .Methods The PCPA ( PCPA acid) rats insomnia model was established, and the rats were divided into the model group, high, middle and low dosage of Jiaotai Pills group, and diazepam positive control group.The high performance liquid detective method was adopted to observe the effect of Jiaotai Pills on rat insomnia and hypothalamus neurotransmitters 5-HT and GABA.Results Compared with the model group, there existed significant difference in the insomnia state of rats and the central neurotransmitters 5 -HT in the high and middle dosages of Jiaotai Pill group and diazepam group.However, in the comparison of the high and middle dosages of Jiaotai Pill group and the model group, there was no significant difference in GABA in the central nervous system .Conclusion Jiaotai Pills has sedative and hypnotic efficacy.Its mechanism may be related to the effects of central neurotransmitter 5 -HT.Its relationship with GABA in the central nervous system is not obvious.The research has significant influence on the further development of Jiaotai Pills.

Objective To compare the clinical effects of four kinds of gingival retraction technique in treat-ment of anterior teeth restoration.Methods 169 patients for 352 teeth with tooth body and tooth dentition defect by anterior crown bridge repair were chosen and divided into 4 group by patients'order,including A group(88cases)with single track method,B group(91cases)with single line for two times method,C group(89cases)with double line method and D group(94cases)with double line for two times method.And the fixed restoration satisfaction rate of anterior teeth of both groups was compared.Results The satisfaction rates of gums,shoulder,impression,model and restoration of A group were 73.9%,70.1%,69.3%,65.9%,61.4% respectively,which of B group were 83.5%, 80.2%,80.2%,80.2%,76.9%;which of C group were 84.3%,80.9%,78.7%,77.5%,76.4%;which of D group were 94.6%,93.6%,92.6%,92.6%,90.4%.There were no significant differences in the fixed restoration satisfaction rate of anterior teeth between B group and C group(χ2 =2.43,1.17,2.85,3.04,2.30,all P >0.05). The fixed restoration satisfaction rate of anterior teeth of D group were significantly better than A,B and C groups (χ2 =14.90,16.39,15.83,19.87,21.38,all P <0.05 ).Conclusion Double line for two times method in the treatment of anterior teeth restoration can efficiently avoid ree gingival damage in the situation with abutment shoulder preparation,improve the quality of preparation,impression and model,and are helpful to higher the fitness of the neck of anterior teeth fixed restorations.

Objective To explore the effectiveness and significance of neuronavigation in transsphenoidal approach microneurosurgical treatment of pituitary adenoma.Methods A total of 12 patients with pituitary adenomas underwent transsphenoidal surgery.Before the surgery a continuous CT or MRI scanning was adopted,and then the data were inputted into the neuronavigation system for 3-D reconstruction and registration.During the surgery,real-time positioning of the anatomic midline,the anterior wall of the sphenoidal sinus,and the floor of the sella turcica was employed by using the neuronavigation system,as well as the identification of the cavernous sinus and the internal carotid artery to avoid unexpected injury.The extent of tumor resection was assessed postoperatively.Results The mean fiducial error was 2.13?0.94 mm,and the accuracy of targets was

Objective To accurately detect ECG P wave,a P wave detection algorithm based on fitting function in the optimal interval is proposed and evaluated in this paper,for resolving very difficult problems.Such as differences of positions and figures in ECG P wave as well as easily suffered diversified interferences.Methods In this algorithm the quadratic function to fit the P wave with least square method in every interval was used,which was shifted in local range.Then the optimal fitting interval of P wave was found by comparing the error of fitting.Finally,the characteristic points of P wave were obtained with the fitting function to fit P wave in the optimal interval.Results The performance of this algorithm tested with the records of the MIT-BIH database was effective and accurate.Conclusion This algorithm on the wide range of heart rate variation and small P wave of ECG P wave detection has good effect.Also it has some capabilities of anti-interference and quite low dismissal probability in particular.
