And these usually lead to good curative effect. By Chinese drug pair analysis, it shows the organic combination of correct analysis on disease, defining therapy and agile pairing drugs is of great meaning to such diseases as diabetes.

Objective To study the bacteriostatic effect of the volatile oil from Artemisia argyi. Methods Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) was measured with double-fold didution method. Protective effect of the volatile oil from Artemisia argyi were determined by experimental treatment of infected mice in vivo. Results The MIC90 of 3 kind of pathogenic bacteria were 0.78～25 ?L/mL and protective rate for infected mice were 40%～50%. Conclusion The volatile oil from Artemisia argyi has better inhibiting effect on Staply lococcus aureus, Escherichiacoli and Pseudomona than Erythromycin. It has better protective effect for infected mice.

Background Previous studies showed that microRNA-184 (miR-184) might inhibit the biological function of vascular endothelial cells.In ophthalmology,to determine the inhibitory effect of miR-184 on angiogenesis is of clinical significance for the prevention and treatment of corneal inflammation,retinal and choroidal neovascularization.Objective This study was to verify the influence of miR-184 transfection on the proliferation,migration and angiogenic ability of HUVECs and explore its mechanism.Methods HUVECs line was cultured in vitro and divided into 4 groups.No transfection regent and RNA molecule were added in the medium of the blank control group;only transfection regent was added in the blank transfection group; hsa-miR-184 mimic/negative was added in the negative control group,and Cy3 labeled hsa-miR-184 mimic-lipofectamine 2 000 mixture was added in the miR-184 transfection group.The proliferation of HUVECs (absorbance,A490) was detected by MTT.The transmembrane cell number was counted by Transwell insert to evaluate the migration ability of HUVECs.A three dimensional cultural system of cells was constructed on the matrigel,and tube formation number of HUVECs was assessed.Results Positive HUVECs for Cy3 labeled siR-RiboTM + hposome showed red fluorescence,with the optimal transfecting concentration ＞ 100 nmol/L.The relative expression levels of miR-184 were 1 524.10±385.89 and 1.00±0.05 in the miR-184 transfection group and the negative control group,showing a significant difference (t=-7.894,P＜0.01).The A490value of HUVECs was 0.50±0.04 and the number of migrating cells through the transwell membrane was (55.40±5.86)/field in the miR-184 transfection group,and they are significantly reduced in comparison with (0.62±0.04) and (83.40±5.59)/field in the negative control group (t =5.639,7.730,all at P＜ 0.01).A significant difference was found in the total branch points of capillary tubes between the miR-184 transfection group and negative control group ([13.33 ± 2.08]/field versus [22.00 ± 2.00]/field) (t =5.511,P＜ 0.05).Conclusions MiR-184 can suppress the proliferation,migration and tubing of HUVECs after transfection in vitro.MiR-184 participates in the regulation of angiogenesis.

Objective To investigate the best time to establish the enteral nutrition (EN) in elderly patients with se?vere craniocerebral diseases. Methods Eighty-one elderly patients were divided into groups A, B and C. The EN support were given 24 h, 25-48 h, and 49-72 h after surgery. Changes of serum biochemical indexes, complications and GCS score were detected and statistical analysed. Results The serum levels of albumin and hemoglobin were significantly increased in group B than those of group A and group C. The total number of lymphocytes was significantly higher in group A and group B than that of group C (P<0.05). The amount of diarrhea was significantly fewer 7-day after operation in group B than that of group A (3.6%vs 26.9%). The amount of stress ulcer was significantly fewer in group B than that of group C (0 vs 22.2%). The amounts of lung infections (10.7%vs 38.5%) and stress ulcer (3.6%vs 25.9%) were significantly fewer 14-day after oper?ation in group B than those of group A. The scores of GCS were significantly higher 14-day after operation in group B than those of group A and group C (10.2±1.3 vs 9.5±1.2 vs 9.4±1.2, P<0.05). Conclusion The establishment of EN support 25 to 48 hours after surgery may meet the need of nutritional and metabolic support, reduce complications, be conducive to the consciousness recovery in elderly patients with severe craniocerebral diseases.

Wnt gene family has been shown to encode the multifunctional signaling glycoproteins that are involved in the regulation of a wide variety of normal and pathologic processes,including embriogenesis,differentiation,and tumorigenesis.Recent studies have demonstrated that the Wnt-5a expression is frequently deregulated in various human cancers,which suggested that Wnt5a shuld be a good marker for progression and prognosis of tumor,but the role of Wnt-5a is controversial in different tumors.Here,we assemble evidence of possible relations between Wnt and various tumors.

Objective To investigate the role of endoplasmic reticulum stress ( ERS) in asbestos-induced Alveolar epithelial cell apoptosis.Methods A549 cells were treated with asbestos to observe the expression of ERS proteins and apop-tosis gene by immunofluorescence staining and western blotting.Results Under asbestos exposure, the expression of Bip, GRP94, IRE-1α, BAX and BAK are up-regulated.There is a positive correlativity of the expression of proteins to the ex-posure time of asbestos.Conclusion Endoplasmic reticulum stress takes part in asbestos-induced apoptosis.

The following ways are the ef-fective methods of improving effects of classroom teaching of ECG:emphasizing the importance of ECG in clinical work at the beginning of the lecture on ECG in order that the students can understand the necessity of studying ECG and make up their mind to study ECG well;studying the teaching contents on ECG seriously and supplement the textbook appropriately;set up the link of discussion and create the condition that teacher and students work altogether;produce the slides with pictures(mainly)and words and give accounts of the pictures mainly;sum up the character-istics of all sorts of abnormal ECG and state the characteristics of presenting ECG simultaneously.

Community health service is an effective measure to relieve the difficult medical services and expensive medical cost problem,but community inhabitants in Chongqing make little use of community health service.The actual cause is that people s degree of trust in community health service is low.In view of existing situation,this article analyzes the various factors that influence community residents' degree of trust in community health service and puts forward corresponding policy proposal.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate clinical efficacy and safety of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of chronic ob-structive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with community-acquired pneumonia (CAP). METHODS:A total of 88 COPD patients with CAP selected from our hospital during Feb. 2013-Jan. 2015 were divided into control group and observa-tion group according to random number table,with 44 cases in each group. Control group received routine treatment as an-ti-infection,reducing phlegm,fluid replacement,nutritional support,etc. Based on control group,observation group was ad-ditionally given Xuebijing injection 50 mL added into 0.9% Sodium chloride injection 100 mL,ivgtt,for 30-40 min,bid, for consecutive 10 d. Clinical efficacy,application time of antibiotics,pulmonary function indexes [FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,VC] were observed in 2 groups. The occurrence of ADR was recorded. RESULTS:Total response rate of observation group was 88.64%,which was significantly higher than 70.45% of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). The application time of antibiotics in observation group was significantly shorter than control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,VC between 2 groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment,FEV1 and VC of 2 groups were improved significantly,and the observation group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in FVC,FEV1/EVC before and af-ter treatment and betwean the two groups (P>0.05). No obvious ADR was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS:Xuebijing injection has significant therapeutic efficacy for COPD complicated with CAP and can significantly shorten the use time of an-tibiotics,improve pulmonary function with good safety.
