1.Zhang Farong’s Experience in Treating Diabetes
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(06):-
Pro. Zhang Farong treats diabetes by differentiating signs and pairing drugs, such as mulberry bark and wolfberry bark, epimedium and male cocoon, lycium and mulberry, motherwort and Herba Lycopi. And these usually lead to good curative effect. By Chinese drug pair analysis, it shows the organic combination of correct analysis on disease, defining therapy and agile pairing drugs is of great meaning to such diseases as diabetes.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(08):-
Objective To study the bacteriostatic effect of the volatile oil from Artemisia argyi. Methods Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) was measured with double-fold didution method. Protective effect of the volatile oil from Artemisia argyi were determined by experimental treatment of infected mice in vivo. Results The MIC90 of 3 kind of pathogenic bacteria were 0.78~25 ?L/mL and protective rate for infected mice were 40%~50%. Conclusion The volatile oil from Artemisia argyi has better inhibiting effect on Staply lococcus aureus, Escherichiacoli and Pseudomona than Erythromycin. It has better protective effect for infected mice.
5.Advances in the study on association of Wnt-5a with tumor
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(07):-
Wnt gene family has been shown to encode the multifunctional signaling glycoproteins that are involved in the regulation of a wide variety of normal and pathologic processes, including embriogenesis, differentiation, and tumorigenesis.Recent studies have demonstrated that the Wnt-5a expression is frequently deregulated in various human cancers, which suggested that Wnt5a shuld be a good marker for progression and prognosis of tumor, but the role of Wnt-5a is controversial in different tumors. Here,we assemble evidence of possible relations between Wnt and various tumors.
6.A research on the influence factor of community residents' degree of belief of community health service in Chongqing
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(05):-
Community health service is an effective measure to relieve the difficult medical services and expensive medical cost problem, but community inhabitants in Chongqing make little use of community health service. The actual cause is that people s degree of trust in community health service is low.In view of existing situation, this article analyzes the various factors that influence community residents' degree of trust in community health service and puts forward corresponding policy proposal.
7.The influence of microRNA-184 transfection on the biological behavior of human umbilical vein endothelial cells in vitro
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2014;32(8):696-700
Background Previous studies showed that microRNA-184 (miR-184) might inhibit the biological function of vascular endothelial cells. In ophthalmology,to determine the inhibitory effect of miR-184 on angiogenesis is of clinical significance for the prevention and treatment of corneal inflammation, retinal and choroidal neovascularization. Objective This study was to verify the influence of miR-184 transfection on the proliferation, migration and angiogenic ability of HUVECs and explore its mechanism. Methods HUVECs line was cultured in vitro and divided into 4 groups. No transfection regent and RNA molecule were added in the medium of the blank control group;only transfection regent was added in the blank transfection group; hsa-miR-184 mimic/negative was added in the negative control group, and Cy3 labeled hsa-miR-184 mimic-lipofectamine 2 000 mixture was added in the miR-184 transfection group. The proliferation of HUVECs (absorbance,A490) was detected by MTT.The transmembrane cell number was counted by Transwell insert to evaluate the migration ability of HUVECs.A three dimensional cultural system of cells was constructed on the matrigel, and tube formation number of HUVECs was assessed. Results Positive HUVECs for Cy3 labeled siR-RiboTM + hposome showed red fluorescence, with the optimal transfecting concentration > 100 nmol/L.The relative expression levels of miR-184 were 1 524.10±385.89 and 1.00±0.05 in the miR-184 transfection group and the negative control group, showing a significant difference (t=-7.894,P<0.01).The A490value of HUVECs was 0.50±0.04 and the number of migrating cells through the transwell membrane was (55.40±5.86)/field in the miR-184 transfection group, and they are significantly reduced in comparison with (0.62±0.04) and (83.40±5.59)/field in the negative control group (t =5.639,7.730,all at P< 0.01).A significant difference was found in the total branch points of capillary tubes between the miR-184 transfection group and negative control group ([13.33 ± 2.08]/field versus [22.00 ± 2.00]/field) (t =5.511,P< 0.05).Conclusions MiR-184 can suppress the proliferation, migration and tubing of HUVECs after transfection in vitro.MiR-184 participates in the regulation of angiogenesis.
8.Proteomics of human tears: towards clinical applications
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2015;33(5):385-388
Tear fluid is a complex body fluid, which may contain thousands of protein/peptides and other molecules.Studies have determined that the changes in the chemical compositions of tears play an important role in some diseases and their progression.Tear fluid is a useful and easily accessible source for understanding ocular surface diseases, other eye diseases, and systemic diseases. It can also be used for identification of biomarkers for clinical applications and pharmaceutical development. Therefore, quantitative proteomic analysis of tears may provide very important information for diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases or the development of new drugs.Knowledge of the current proteomic technologies for tear analysis is helpful for conducting studies. In addition, ophthalmologists should pay close attentions to the association between tear proteomic changes and eye diseases, recent advances in tear proteomics and their applications in studying ocular surface diseases and conditions.
9.Paying attention to proteomics of human tear: clinical significance and application in ocular surface diseases
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2016;34(2):97-102
Previous research demonstrated that human tear is a valuable source for biomarker discovery for many ocular surface diseases. Here, we systematically summarized the changes of tear protein profile in many ocular surface diseases, including dry eye, blepharitis, ocular allergy, keratoconus, infectious keratitis, conjunctivochalasis, ocular rosacea, and thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy and other conditions, such as diabetes, ocular surface wounding and refractive surgeries, contact lens wearing, and effects of glaucoma medication on ocular surface, attempting to make ophthalmologists understand the specific changes of tear protein profile in each disease or condition and hold the promise for optimal management of the diseases.
10.Progress in placental growth factor in ocular neovascular disease
International Eye Science 2016;16(11):2053-2058
Neovascularization is the main cause of blindness, such as diabetic retinopathy, retinopathy of prematurity and age - related macular degeneration. Vascular endothelial growth factor( VEGF) plays an important role in the formation of angiogenesis, and is considered to be the most potent angiogenic growth factor. Placental Growth Factor(PlGF) is one of the VEGF family, which play a crucial role in endothelial cell proliferation and migration, angiogenesis, and immune - mediated inflammation. Meanwhile, PlGF is specifically expressed in pathological angiogenesis, but not in normal blood vessels. In recent years, there has been increasing attention to PlGF, therefore this article reviews the role of PlGF in neovascular ocular diseases.
