1.Zhang Farong’s Experience in Treating Diabetes
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2006;0(06):-
Pro. Zhang Farong treats diabetes by differentiating signs and pairing drugs, such as mulberry bark and wolfberry bark, epimedium and male cocoon, lycium and mulberry, motherwort and Herba Lycopi. And these usually lead to good curative effect. By Chinese drug pair analysis, it shows the organic combination of correct analysis on disease, defining therapy and agile pairing drugs is of great meaning to such diseases as diabetes.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(08):-
Objective To study the bacteriostatic effect of the volatile oil from Artemisia argyi. Methods Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) was measured with double-fold didution method. Protective effect of the volatile oil from Artemisia argyi were determined by experimental treatment of infected mice in vivo. Results The MIC90 of 3 kind of pathogenic bacteria were 0.78~25 ?L/mL and protective rate for infected mice were 40%~50%. Conclusion The volatile oil from Artemisia argyi has better inhibiting effect on Staply lococcus aureus, Escherichiacoli and Pseudomona than Erythromycin. It has better protective effect for infected mice.
5.Analyzing Pathway of Hospitalization Expense of Fibroid Operation
Chinese Health Economics 2013;(6):76-78
Objective: To explore the major factors which influence the hospitalization expense of fibroid operation, provide references for the effective control of the increasing medical expense and ease the burden of patients. Methods: From January 2011 to December 2012, 1 837 cases of fibroids in our hospital were investigated, and pathway analysis method was used to analyze the factors which influence the hospitalization expense. Results: Operation method, whether use hysterectomy, the year of medical treatment, complication, medical group and nosocomial infection are the critical influencing factors which can directly effect on the hospitalization expense, and these factors not only have direct effects but also have indirect effects on hospitalization expense. Conclusion:Government and medical institutions should take comprehensive measures to decraease hospitalization expense, including the reasonable treatment options, rational drug use, active treatment and prevention of infection.
6.The influence of cervical collar height on the compressive strength of CAD/CAM zirconia-ceramic restora-tion
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2014;(2):161-164
Objective:To evaluate the influence of cervical collar height on the compressive strength of CAD/CAMzirconia-ceramic restoration. Methods:Zirconia cores were manufactured and divided into 5 groups (n =1 0)based on the cervical collar height(mm):0.0(A),1 .0(B),1 .5(C),2.0(D)and 2.5(E).After veneered with porcelain, all the samples were cemented on the metal tooth analog and then mounted in an universal test machine. The force was applied at a crosshead speed of 1 mm/min until catastrophic fail-ure occurred.Fracture loads and failure modes were recorded. Results:Mean of the fracture strength values(kN)in group A,B,C, D and E were 0.95 ±0.39,1 .29 ±0.50,1 .54 ±0.28,2.04 ±0.1 9 and 2.27 ±0.53 respectively(among groups,P <0.05).Two types of fracture modes were observed:chipping of the veneering porcelain and fracture of the veneering porcelain together with the framework. Conclusion:Zirconia coping design with 1 .5 mm cervical collar height may increase the compressive strength of CAD/CAMzirconia-ceramic restoration.
7.Development of adolescent emotion regulation competence scale
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2012;21(7):662-663
ObjectiveTo develop an emotion regulation competence scale for Chinese edolescents.MethodsOn the basis of literature review and experimental analysis,703 edolescents were administrated.Item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory analysis and correlation analysis were conducted.ResultsFinal scale consisted of three dimensions which were emotion controlling competence, emotion recovering competence and strategies application competence. The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total-scale was 0.874,the test-retest coefficients of total-scale was 0.851.Confirmative factor analysis revealed that the three-dimension model was proper( x2/df =3.06,NNFI =0.95,CFI =0.96,RMSEA =0.079 ).ConclusionThe emotion regulation competence scale has satisfactory psychometric characteristics.
8.Adiponectin and ischemic stroke
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2012;(10):787-791
Adiponectin (APN) is an insulin sensitizing protein with protective effect secreted by adipose tissue. It has the effects of regulating glucose and lipid metabolism, protecting vascular endothelial function, promoting angiogenesis, and anti-inflammation,etc.It plays an important protective effect in cerebrovascular diseases. This article reviews APN and its effect in ischemic stroke.
9.Blue-green light phototherapy for preterm jaundice
Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2011;10(11):808-810
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of blue-green light phototherapy for jaundice in preterm newborns. Methods Total 124 preterm newborns with birth-weight below 2000 g were included in this study.Infants in group A (gestation age ≤32 weeks or/and instability,n =72) were treated with bluegreen light (group A1 ) or with single side blue light (group A2) randomly.Infants with gestation age >32weeks or/and stability (n =52) were also treated with blue-green light (group B1 ) or with single side blue light ( group B2) randomly.Peak levels of serum bilirubin ( PSB),the withdrawal time of jaundice and the duration of phototherapy were compared between groups. Results Group A:PSB of groupAl was lower than that of groupA2 [ (219 ± 31 ) μmol/L vs.( 257 ± 39 ) μ mol/L,P < 0.01 ].The withdrawal time of jaundice group Al was earlier than that of group A2 [ ( 10.3 ±3.0) d vs.( 16.2 ±4.2) d,P <0.01 ].The duration of phototherapy of groupA1 was shorter than that of group A2 [ (87 ±34) h vs.(23 ±49) h,P <0.01 ].Group B:There were no differences in PSB and withdrawal time of jaundice between two subgroups ( P >0.05).The duration of phototherapy of groupB1 was shorter than that of group B2 [ (59 ±23) h vs.(73 ±74) h,P < 0.05 ].Conclusion Blue-green light phototherapy is more effective than single side of blue light in treatment of jaundice in preterm newborns.
10.Effect of personality on adolescents' emotion regulation
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2012;21(1):79-81
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of adolescents'personality on emotion regulation. Methods 1073 adolescents were surveyed by adolescents' personality scale and emotion regulation scale.Resultspositive emotion regulation strategies were positively correlated with openness, agreeable, extraversion and conscientiousness ( r =0.359 ~ 0.455,P < 0.01 ),and were negatively correlated with neuroticism ( r =- 0.266,P< 0.01 ) ; negative emotion regulation strategies were negatively correlated with openness, agreeable, extraversion and conscientiousness ( r =- 0.117 ~ - 0.318,P < 0.01 ),and were positively correlated with neuroticism ( r =0.621,P< 0.01 ) ;emotion regulation competence were positively correlated with openness, agreeable, extraversion and conscientiousness ( r =0.402 ~ 0.498,P < 0.01 ),and were negatively correlated with neuroticism ( r =- 0.466,P < 0.01 ).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that cognitive reappraisal, positive refocusing, behavior diverting,rumination,self-suppressing and attacking others had an indirect effect between personality and emotion regulation competence (P < 0.01 ).ConclusionAdolescents' personality and emotion regulation strategies have effect on emotion regulation competence.
