Objective To compare the characteristics between two kinds of 40Hz auditory evoked potentials and provide suitable index for clinical auditory test of low-frequency. Methods The potentials including 40Hz auditory event related potential of middle latency response(40Hz AERP-MLR) and 40Hz auditory event related potential of early latency response(40Hz AERP-ELR) from window and vertex were recorded in guinea pigs. Results The common characteristics of the potentials were good frequency response, easy identification and lower responsive thresholds.Amplitude of 40Hz AERP-ELR was higher and threshold was lower than 40Hz AERP-MLR,especially 0.5kHz tone burst, which was (14.15?6.06)dBnHL.In vertex, the threshold of 40Hz AERP-MLR was (43.50?9.65)dBnHL,which was higher than that in round window(P

Objective To investigate the proliferation inhibition of chlorpromazine combined with taxol on Hep-2 cells (human laryngeal carcinoma cell line) and the effects on cell cycle progression. Methods Hep-2 cells at logarithmic growth phase were divided into taxol groups(3.0,6.0 and 12.0 mg?L-1),chlorpromazine(12.0 mg?L-1) comined with taxol (4 mg?L-1)group and control group (100 mL culture fluid).MTT and flow cytometry were used to detect the proliferation inhibition rates of Hep-2 cells in various groups.Flow cytometry was also used to analyze the cell cycle progression of Hep-2 cells and apoptotic rate after administration. Results The proliferation inhibition rates in 3.0,6.0 and 12.0 mg?L-1 taxol groups were 14.0%,23.9% and 36.7%,respectively,there were significant differences between three groups(P

Objective To observe auditory brainstem response evoked at different electrode positions adopting electrode slices .Methods The ABRs of 12 normal guinea pigs (24 ears)were recorded by two methods using clicks as stimulation .Active electrode was positioned at the vertex while the ground electrode at the nose .The reference e‐lectrode was placed on bilateral pinnas or mastoids .Then observe waveforms ,response thresholds (RT) ,peak la‐tencies(PL) and inter-peak latencies (IPL)of ABR .Results No significant difference were observed in the RT ,Ⅰ ,Ⅱand Ⅲ PL ,Ⅰ - Ⅲ IPL of ABR between the two methods(P>0 .05) .When stimulation was decreasing and with the reference electrode slices placed at bilateral pinnas ,waveⅡpeak was stable and discernable of ABR record‐ings across twenty -four ears of guinea pigs .The amplitude decreased more slowly than any other waves ,and dis‐appeared at the last .While reference electrode slices were placed on bilateral mastoids ,the amplitude of wave Ⅲ de‐creased more slowly than any other waves except wave Ⅳ ,and disappeared at lost .Ⅱ - Ⅲ ,Ⅲ - Ⅳ IPL became shorter .These two positions both recorded amplitude higher and PL advanced for wave Ⅳ as the stimulation de‐creased by 20 to 40 dB nHL ,and Ⅲ - Ⅳ IPL became shorter .This phenomenon was more obvious when reference electrode was placed at mastoid .Conclusion Wave Ⅱwas more stable and discernible with reference electrode placed at the bilateral pinnas .Therefore wave Ⅱ recorded by this way can be a new method to record the ABR threshold of g uinea pig s .

Purpose To investigate the expression of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and PI3K/AKT signaling pathway associated gene protein p70S6K1, VEGF in prostate cancer and adjacent tissues, and to determine their relationship with micro-vascular density ( MVD) , as well as the relationship between themselves. Methods The expression of ROS was detected by immunofluorescence, and the expression of p70S6K1, VEGF and MVD counting were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Compared to adjacent tis-sues, the expression of ROS, p70S6K1, VEGF and MVD in PCa were increased considerablely (P<0. 05). In prostate cancer the ex-pression of ROS were positively correlated to the expression of p70S6K1, VEGF protein, and the expression of ROS and p70S6K1, VEGF were positively correlated to the number of MVD. Conclusion (1)The expression level of ROS in prostate cancer tissues was significantly higher than adjacent tissues. (2) The expression of PI3K/AKT pathway associated gene protein p70S6K1, VEGF protein and MVD counting in prostate cancer tissue was higher than the adjacent tissues, suggesting PI3K/AKT signaling pathways may play a role in tumor angiogenesis. (3) The expression of ROS and PI3K/AKT pathway associated gene protein p70S6K1, VEGF and MVD counting in prostate cancer tissues was positively correlated, suggesting that ROS may play a positive regulatory role for the development of prostate cancer by PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.

【Objective】 To analyze the effect of extensively hydrolyzed formula(eHF) in the treatment of feeding intolerance in preterm infants and the effect on hospital infection, in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of feeding intolerance in preterm infants. 【Methods】 A total of 208 cases of preterm infants with feeding intolerance diagnosed and treated in Shandong Heze Municipal Hospital from April 2017 to February 2020 were selected into the clinical trial for eligibility assessment, then were randomly assigned into study group(n=100) and control group(n=100) after screening and exclusion. Children in the control group were fed with standard preterm formula, while children in the study group were fed with eHF. Feeding tolerance indicators, including daily milk intake, time to meconium evacuation, time to full gastrointestinal nutrition, total gastric residual counts(GRV1) in the 7-d period after resumption of breastfeeding, ratio of all-day gastric residual counts/all-day estimated milk intake after resumption of breastfeeding(GRV2) were compared between the two groups, and growth indicators(body weight growth rate, head dimension growth rate), complication incidence [necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC), pathological jaundice, positive fecal occult blood or blood in stool] and incidence of hospital-acquired infections. 【Results】 The daily milk intake(t=5.037) of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the time of foetal excretion(t=9.217), the time to reach full gastrointestinal nutrition(t=15.833), GRV1(t=6.737), GRV2(t=9.956) were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05). The rate of weight gain(t=2.454) and head dimension growth(t=5.469) in the study group was significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of the three complications of NEC, pathological jaundice and positive fecal occult blood or blood in stool(χ2=4.310) and the incidence of hospital infections(χ2=4.688) were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05). 【Conclusions】 Compared with the standard formula milk for preterm infants, eHF can significantly improve the feeding intolerance of preterm infants, promote growth and development, and reduce the occurrence of hospital-acquired infections. Therefore, eHF can be widely used in clinic for preterm infants with feeding intolerance.
