Objective To explore the distribution and development characters of the accidental injury and death in urban residents in Chifeng city.Method The data came from the annals of death caused by illness or injury and of the demography of the residents from Hongshan district of the Chifeng city(urban area),Ningcheng county(rural area) and Balin You Banner(pasturing area) during 2001-2003.The causes of the death were classified with ICD-9.Results The mortality of the accidental injury during 2001-2003 were 14.17/100 000 in urban area,48.13/100 000 in rural area and 38.02/100 000 in pasturing area,respectively;and which accounted for 5.63%,10.42% and 9.83% of the total deaths,respectively.The death caused by accidental injury ranked the top 5th in urban and rural areas,and the 4th in pasturing area.The main cause for the potential life losing was traffic accidents of the motor vehicles for men and suicides for women.The mortality of the accidental injury in urban and rural residents of over 20 s yrs was higher,and it was higher in male that in female.Conclusion The main causes for the death of the residents in Chifeng city were traffic accidents,suicides and accidental poisoning.It is necessary to adopt correspond measures and make prevention for it according to the epidemic and different ages and sex characters.

Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hypertension in Chifeng.Methods 6 015 subjects aged over 15 years old were selected with stratified randomized sampling.The history of hypertension and social-economic status were investigated by face-to-face interview and blood pressure,body height,body weight and waistline were measured at the same time.Results The prevalence of hypertension in Chifeng was 28.5%.The age-adjusted prevalence was 19.09%.Thereinto,the prevalence of hypertension in urban area,rural area,pasturing area were 23.15%,19.85%,32.03%,respectively.The Hypertension prevalence in male was increased with age.The prevalence in male was higher than in female among people who lived in urban and pasturing area(P0.05).The prevalence were higher in illiterate person and semiliterate than people in other educational level(P

Objective:To investigate the effect of MT01 on the differentiation of osteoblasts under infected condition through determining the expression level of collagen Ⅰ (Col Ⅰ )mRNA in MG63 cells treated with Porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg).Methods:The cultured MG63 cells were divided into blank control,MT01,Pg, and MT01+Pg groups.MT01 at a concentration of 1 mg·L-1 was added into the MG63 cells,and the cells were incubated for 3 h.The cells treated with PBS (1 mg·L-1 )were used as control group.Then Pg (MOI=100∶1) was added.Real-time PCR was used to detect the expression levels of ColⅠ mRNA in MG63 cells at 2,4,6,8, 12 and 24 h after incubation.Results:Compared with blank control group,the levles of ColⅠ mRNA in the MG63 cells in MT01 and MT01 + Pg groups had no significant changes at 2 and 4 h (P > 0.05);the Col Ⅰ mRNA expression levels in MT01 group at 8,12 and 24 h were increased (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Compared with Pg group,the expression levels of ColⅠ mRNA in MT01+ Pg at 2 and 4 h were decreased,but the expression levels of ColⅠ mRNA were increased at 6,8,12 and 24 h (P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion:MT01 can up-regulate the expression level of Col Ⅰ mRNA in the infected MG63 cells; MT01 could promot the differentiation of osteoblasts under infected condition.

Objective To study the resistance and molecular profiles of Staphylococcus aureus strains isolated from the clinical specimens.Methods Antimicrobial susceptibility was tested with 56 strains of Staphylococcus aureus isolated from a hospital from May to November 2011.The mecA and pvl genes were detected.The spa genetic types were analyzed.Results A total of 21 (37.5%)Staphylococcus aureus strains were resistant to methicillin (MRSA)and 35 (62.5%)were sensitive to methicillin (MSSA).Nineteen of the 21 (90.5%)MRSA strains carried mecA gene.Compared with MSSA,MRSA were much less sen-sitive to rifampin,fluoroqunolones,tetracycline and gentamicin (P <0.05).All the MRSA isolates were susceptible to vanco-mycin,linezolid,tigecycline,quinupristin-dalfopristin and nitrofurantoin.Six spa types were identified among the MRSA strains.Type t030 was the most prevalent,accounting for 66.7% (14/21)of all the MRSA strains.MRSA-t030 and MRSA-t002 were resistant to multiple antibiotics.Eighteen spa types were identified among the MSSA strains.Type t189,t377 and t034 were the top three spa types of MSSA,accounting for 14.3%,14.3% and 11.4%,respectively.A new MSSA spa typ-ing strain new1 was isolated from pus.There were five Panton-Valentine leukocidin (PVL)-positive isolates,3 of which was MSSA-t189 type. Conclusions Type t030 is the most prevalent spa type among clinical MRSA strains,which is resistant to many kinds of antibiotics and widely spreads in the hospital setting.There are many different spa types a-mong the MSSA strains.Type t389,t377 and t034 are the top three spa types of MSSA.

OBJECTIVETo find an inhibitor to reduce the volatilization of formalin.

METHODThe saturated solution of sodium hydrosulphite (SHS) was sprayed on the surface of the anatomy specimens, then the concentration of formaldehyde in the air was tested.

RESULTSThe concentration of formaldehyde in the air of SHS sprayed group [(3.10 +/- 1.22) mg/m3] was significantly lower than that of the control group [(8.36 +/- 4.11) mg/m3, P < 0.01].

CONCLUSIONSHS may be a volatilization inhibitor for formalin, which could reduce the concentration of formaldehyde in the air.

Objective To evaluate efficacy and safety of locally-produced pazufloxacin mesilate sodium chloride injection in the treatment of bacterial infections of respiratory and urinary tract.Methods A multi-center double-blind randomized controlled clinical trial was carried out to evaluate efficacy and safety of pazufloxacin mesilate sodium chloride in treatment for acute bacterial infection, as compared to those of levofloxacin hydrochloride and glucose injection as control treatment.A total of 244 patients with acute bacterial infection of respiratory and urinary tract were enrolled in the studies.120 in trial group and 120 in control group, with four withdrawals.Pazufloxacin mesilate and levofloxacin were administered intravenously by drip at a dose of 300 mg and 200 mg, every 12 hours for 7 to 14 days for trial and control groups, respectively.Resuits Overall efficacy of pazufloxacin mesilate was 77.0 percent and 93.5 percent in treatment for acute bacterial infections of respiratory and urinary tract.respectively, and that of levofloxacin was 80.6 percent and 89.6 percent, respectively.Overall bacterial clearance rate WaS 91.5 percent for pazufloxacin mesilate, 89.6 percent for respiratory tract infection and 94.1 percent for urinary tract infection, respectively.and 93.4 percent for levofloxacin, 97.3 percent for respiratory tract infection and 89.7 percent for urinary tract infection, respectively.No significant difference in adverse drug reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05)was found, with 4.88 percent and 7.44 percent for trial and control groups, respectively.Conclusions Pazufloxacin mesilate sodium chloride injection produced locally is a safe and effective antibiotic in treatment for acute infections of respiratory and urinary tract.

Objective Toinvestigatetheexpressionofsuppressorofcytokinesignaling1(SOCS1)inoverloaded ventricle papillary muscle, so as to understand its expression characteristics in structural remodeling after the overloading and the biomechanical properties of the muscle under cubic jellyfish toxin-1(CfTX-1) pretreatment that can affect cell signal transduction. Methods Abdominal aortic-venous fistula (AVF) were operated in Kunming mice (n=5), and the cardiac left ventricles were harvested after two weeks of fistulation. The mice in normal group were sham operated as a control (n=5). In vitro culture, the left ventricular papillary muscle of normal mice was used (n=20). In the stretching group, the isolated papillary muscles were double-ratio stretched and fixed on silicone plate. In the relaxation group, the muscles were not stretched. A separated subgroup that transfected with SOCS1 plasmids were set in each group of stretching and relaxation. The papillary muscle samples of each group were cultured in culture medium for 3 days at 37 ℃, and then homogenized for extracting total protein. The total protein was separated by 10％ sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The 23 ku band with SOCS1 was used as the target band, and the integrated optical density (IOD) value was measured by computer image analysis method. The expression of SOCS1 protein was detected by Western Blot and the imprinted IOD value was also measured. The papillary muscle in the stretching group was stretched by micro-positioned stretching method, and the initial load was 1 g. After stabilization, the papillary muscle was stretched by 15 mm for continuously 5 times, and the passive tension characteristic curves during the first and fifth stretching were observed and recorded. The peak passive tension (PTmax) and its deceleration velocity (DV) of the papillary muscle were calculated based on the curves. Results Comparing with the AVF group, the normal group had higher IOD values of 23 ku band and SOCS1 blot in total protein of the papillary muscle, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.01). The IOD value of 23 ku band in the SOCS1 transfected stretching group was significantly higher than those of the two relaxation groups, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.01). However, the difference of this value was not statistically significant between the two relaxation groups. The average IOD value of SOCS1 blot in the SOCS1 transfected stretching group was higher than those of the normal stretching group and the SOCS1 transfected relaxation group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.01). Comparing with the normal group, the AVF group had higher PTmax and ultimate PTmax of the papillary muscles, and had a lower DV values, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.01). Conclusions The expression of SOCS1 is sensitive to tension load, and has a positive effect as an overload-sensitive signal in improving myocardial adaptability, protecting myocardial structure and maintaining systolic and diastolic function. CfTX-1 also has a positive effect on improving the compliance of ventricular papillary muscles.

Being an important clinical fungal pathogen,Aspergillus (A.)fumigatus can cause fatal invasive fungal infections.Azoles are the first line drugs in treating various Aspergillus-caused diseases.Worldwidely,reports related to azole resistance in A.fumigatus have been increasing which posing a threat on the effectiveness of clinically used azole and agricultural fungicides.Currently,it has become an important public health issue.In this review,we summarize findings from literature regarding the following areas:the occurrence of azole resistance in A.fumigatus,the molecular mechanisms of resistance,contributing factors for the emergence of azole resistance,evolution of resistant strains and related control and prevention measures.

Anoectochilus, the fresh or dry whole grass of Anoectochilus roxburghii (Wall.) Lindl., has the effects of cooling blood, dispelling wind, dispelling dampness and resolving toxin, resulting in a wide range of clinical applications and large market demand. However, in the planting process, there are problems such as irregular planting management, excessive addition of pesticides, irregular processing links, even the phenomenon of selling adulteration, which seriously affects the quality of the medicine. In order to guarantee the quality and productivity of Chinese herbal medicines, this paper developed the standard operating procedures for the non-pollution Anoectochilus, including the non-pollution cultivation environment of Anoectochilus, planting methods, field management, pest control and quality control, etc., which provides guidance to promote the healthy development of the Anoectochilus industry.

Objective:To evaluate the value of radiomics based on contrast-enhanced spectral mammography (CESM) of internal and peripheral regions combined with clinical factors in predicting benign and malignant breast lesions of breast imaging reporting and data system category 4 (BI-RADS 4).Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical and imaging data of patients with breast lesions who were treated in Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital (Center 1) Affiliated to Qingdao University from July 2017 to July 2020 and in Fudan University Cancer Hospital (Center 2) from June 2019 to July 2020. Center 1 included 835 patients, all female, aged 17-80 (49±12) years, divided into training set (667 cases) and test set (168 cases) according to the "train-test-split" function in Python software at a ratio of 8∶2; and 49 patients were included from Center 2 as external validation set, all female, aged 34-70 (51±8) years. The radiomics features were extracted from the intralesional region (ITR), the perilesional regions of 5, 10 mm (PTR 5 mm, PTR10 mm) and the intra-and perilesional regions of 5, 10 mm (IPTR 5 mm, IPTR 10 mm) and were selected by variance filtering, SelectKBest algorithm, and least absolute shrinkage and selection operator. Then five radiomics signatures were constructed including ITR signature, PTR 5 mm signature, PTR 10 mm signature, IPTR 5 mm signature, IPTR 10 mm signature. In the training set, univariable and multivariable logistic regressions were used to construct nomograms by selecting radiomics signatures and clinical factors with significant difference between benign and malignant BI-RADS type 4 breast lesions. The efficacy of nomogram in predicting benign and malignant BI-RADS 4 breast lesions was evaluated by the receiver operating characteristic curve and area under the curve (AUC). Decision curve and calibration curve were used to evaluate the net benefit and calibration capability of the nomogram.Results:The nomogram included ITR signature, PTR 5 mm signature, PTR 10 mm signature, IPTR 5 mm signature, age, and BI-RADS category 4 subclassification for differentiating malignant and benign BI-RADS category 4 breast lesions and obtained AUCs of 0.94, 0.92, and 0.95 in the training set, test set, and external validation set, respectively. The calibration curve showed good agreement between the predicted probabilities and actual results and the decision curve indicated a good net benefit of the nomogram for predicting malignant BI-RADS 4 lesions in the training set, test set, and external validation set.Conclusion:The nomogram constructed from the radiomics features of the internal and surrounding regions of CESM breast lesions combined with clinical factors is attributed to differentiate benign from malignant BI-RADS category 4 breast lesions.
