Objective:To investigate the effect of sintering temperature on the shrinkage and microstructure of dental fluorosilicic mica glass-ceramic with two different particle size. Methods:Fluorosilicic mica glass powder with average particle diameter of 72.8 ?m was named PO and that with average diameter of 4.5 ?m was named Pm. PO and Pm were molded by cool isostatic pressing technique and then sintered at different temperatures between 600-1 000 ℃. The shrinkage and microstructure of the sintered blocks of PO and Pm were systematically compared with each other. Results:The shrinkage of PO and Pm blocks were all increased as the temperature ascended. However, the shrinkage curves were distinctly different. At the same sintering temperature the shringkage of Pm was larger than that of PO. Moreover, the turning points of temperature (reflecting transition of the sintering mechanisms) of Pm was higher than that of PO. The microstructure observation showed that sintering at 950 ℃ resulted in mica crystal in glass-ceramics and the best compactness of the sintered blocks of both PO and Pm. Conclusion:Sintering glass powder of smaller particle size at 700-850 ℃ may achieve better sintering compactness.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1996;0(02):-
Objective: To study the effect of B 2O 3 and P 2O 5 on fluorosilicic mica glass-ceramic sintering process. Methods: Six sets of K 2O-MgO-SiO 2-MgF glass were prepared by using B 2O 3 and P 2O 5as sintering aid respectively. Green bodies of the glass powder were formed by gelcasting and sintered at 800,850,900,950 and 1 000 ℃ for 6 h respectively. The sintering and crystallization behavior were studied by thermal shrinkage , X-ray diffraction (XRD) and SEM.Results:The shrinkage rate of the glass with 2% B 2O 3 and P 2O 5 was the highest ,while that of the glass with 5% P 2O 5 the lowest. The size of the precipitated crystal from the glass ceramics containing 2% B 2O 3 and 2% P 2O 5 was bigger. Conclusion:The density and shrinkage measurements of the sintered bodies show that the glass powder of pure K 2O-MgO-SiO 2-MgF system has poor sinterability, while minor addition (

OBJECTIVETo investigate the expression of casein kinase 2β in esophageal carcinoma tissues and analyze its clinical significance.
METHODSThe expression of CK2β in a tissue chip containing 60 normal esophageal mucosa and 60 colorectal cancer specimens were detected immunohistochemically. Ten human esophageal carcinoma and adjacent normal tissues were examined for the expression of CK2β protein and mRNA using Western blotting and real-time quantitative PCR, respectively.
RESULTSA strong expression of CK2β was found in 85.71% of the esophageal cancer tissues; 1.79% of the cancer tissues were negative for CK2β expression, and 1.79% and 10.71% of the cancer tissues were weakly and moderately positive, respectively. In the normal mucosal tissues, 96.67% of the tissues were negative for CK2β and 3.33% showed weak CK2β expression, showing a significant difference in the distribution of CK2β between normal and esophageal carcinoma tissues (P<0.001). The expression level of CK2β in esophageal cancers was associated with the pathological stage (TNM) (P=0.010). Western blotting and real-time quantitative PCR also confirmed an increased CK2β expression in the esophageal cancer tissues.
CONCLUSIONThe high expression of protein kinase CK2β is closely related to the carcinogenesis and malignancy of esophageal cancer.

7.The latest progress of prostate targeted biopsy
Journal of Modern Urology 2024;29(3):278-283
Image-guided targeted biopsy is currently the mainstream method of prostate cancer puncture biopsy, while risk stratification based on imaging and biochemical markers may become the new standard. This paper comprehensively reviews the latest advancements in various imaging techniques and strategies of targeted prostate biopsy. Ultrasound-assisted prostate biopsy mainly includes transrectal ultrasound (TRUS), transrectal-contrast enhanced ultrasound (TR-CEUS), and transrectal real-time elastography (TRTE), which can significantly increase the diagnosis rate of prostate cancer when combined with biopsy. Three-dimensional transrectal ultrasound (3D-TRUS) technology may be used in patients with a negative previous biopsy. At present, micro-ultrasound (Micro-US), the latest ultrasound method, is not inferior to mp-MRI in targeted biopsy of the prostate. Targeted biopsy by mp-MRI has improved the detection rate of clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa), and the common NMR targeted technologies are magnetic resonance imaging-visual-targeted biopsy (MRI-visual-TB), magnetic resonance imaging-fusion-targeted biopsy (MRI-fusion-TB), and in-bore magnetic resonance imaging-target biopsy (MRI-TB). The fusion of MRI and Micro-US imaging for targeted biopsy has also become a new targeted biopsy method, and MR robot-assisted biopsy is gradually being applied. PET/CT improves localization of tumors and may be valuable for initial staging, re-staging after biochemical recurrence, even in patients with MRI-negative prostate cancer. PET/CT targeted biopsy using tracer has been shown to yield good diagnostic efficacy. PET/MRI technology has the potential to be the imaging test for needle-free biopsies in the future. The development of technology has led to the adaptation and optimization of biopsy strategies in clinical practice.

Journal of Southern Medical University 2019;39(6):679-684
OBJECTIVE:
To explore the role of Long noncoding RNA UFC1 (lincRNA-UFC1) in modulating the metastasis and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells and the underlying mechanism.
METHODS:
Human HCC cell line Huh7 was infected with the lentiviral vector carrying lincRNA-UFC1 to obtain a cell line with lincRNA-UFC1 overexpression. A short hairpin RNA (shRNA) targeting lincRNA-UFC1 was delivered in human HCC BEL-7402 cells via a lentiviral vector to obtain a cell line with lincRNA-UFC1 knockdown. Expression levels of lincRNA-UFC1 in the two HCC cell lines were detected using real-time PCR, and the changes in the cell invasion and migration in response to lincRNA-UFC1 overexpression or knockdown were analyzed using Transwell and wound-healing assays. The expressions of GSK-3β/β-catenin-related proteins in the cells were detected with Western blotting. XAV-939, a GSK-3β/β-catenin inhibitor, was used for assessing the impact of lincRNAUFC1 overexpression on the invasion and migration of the HCC cells through Transwell and wound-healing assays.
RESULTS:
Overexpression of lincRNA-UFC1 significantly promoted the invasion and migration of Huh7 cells as compared with the control cells ( < 0.001), while lincRNA-UFC1 knockdown obviously suppressed the invasion and migration of BEL-7402 cells ( < 0.001). The results of Western blotting showed that the expressions of proteins associated with the cell invasion and migration, namely β-catenin and P-GSK-3β, were significantly upregulated in response to lincRNA-UFC1 overexpression, and were obviously lowered after lincRNA-UFC1 knockdown. Treatment of the cells with XAV-939 significantly reversed the effect of lincRNA-UFC1 overexpression on the cell invasion and migration ( < 0.001).
CONCLUSIONS
lincRNA-UFC1 overexpresison promotes cell invasion and migration through the GSK-3β/β-catenin axis in HCC cells .

Journal of Prevention and Treatment for Stomatological Diseases 2021;29(9):604-610
Objective:
To compare the clinical effect of the Yu flap and the Karapandzic flap in repairing greater than 2/3 defects of the lower lip and to provide a reference for clinical application.
Methods:
Ten patients with greater than 2/3 lower lip defects after surgical resection of lower lip tumors and vascular malformations were enrolled: 5 patients were repaired with the Yu flap (Yu flap group) and 5 patients were repaired with the Karapandzic flap (Karapandzic flap group). Follow-up for at least 1 year was conducted to evaluate the morphology (symmetry, stoma, exposure of vermilion) and function (sensory function, motor function) of the reconstructed lower lip.
Results :
All the flaps survived, and all wounds showed primary healing. The lower lips reconstructed with the Yu flap or the Karapandzic flap obtained similar satisfactory oral function. The sensory function was essentially restored. There were no obvious obstacles in speech and expression, and no saliva leakage occurred. In the Yu flap group, only 1 patient had slight microstomia. In the Karapandzic flap group, 2 patients had slight microstomia and 3 patients had moderate microstomia. 90% (9/10) of the patients were very satisfied with the postoperative outcome, and 1 patient in the Karapandzic flap group was basically satisfied.
Conclusion
Both the Yu flap and the Karapandzic flap can be used to repair greater than 2/3 lower lip defects and reliable outcomes can be achieved. These two methods can achieve similar oral functions, but the effect of the Karapandzic flap is inferior to that of the Yu flap in terms of aesthetic appearance, and microstomia often occurs, while the Yu flap can generally maintain the original size of the mouth cleft.
