Objective To explore correlation between alexithymia and resilience in military personnel. Methods 2802 subjects were chosen by random cluster sampling to outline the military personnel resilience scale and military alexithymia scale. The data were analyzed by t-test,chi-square test,ANOVA,correlation analysis and multiple linear regressions analysis. Results The prevalence rate of alexithymia was 6.85%,while resilience was 6.60%.Compared to sea force (45.62 ± 11.25 ) and air force (45.32 ± 9.98 ) subjects, land force (47.92 ± 9.92)had significantly higher total score in alexithymia(P< 0.05 ).Compared to sea force (87.35 ± 12.15 ) and air force ( 88.58 ± 10.39 ) subjects, land force ( 85.73 ± 10.70) had significantly lower total score in resilience(P < 0.05 ).The total score and every factor score of subjects with alexithymia were significant lower than those of control group in resilience(P < 0.05 ).Every factor of Resilience Scale were mild negative correlation with every factor of Alexithymia Scale (P<0.01).Problem solving, volition, optimism and family supports were the main factors which had affected on the alexithymia. Conclusion The prevalence rate of alexithymia in military personnel is lower than ordinary people, but there are still issues in alexithymia and resilience, particularly in land force. The research show mild correlation between alexithymia and resilience in military personnel.

Objective To study the feasibility of the measurement of the thickness of rabbit knee joint cartilage by comparing the optical coherence tomography (OCT)and the undecalcified frozen section method on respectively measure the thickness of New Zeal-and white rabbit’s knee cartilage. Methods 50 standardized cultivation, adult and male New Zealand white rabbits (100 knees) were selected in this study. The measurement point was at the knee weight-bearing area of the medial femoral condyle with a 2 milli-meter diameter trephine, and the cartilage thickness data at the same center point and ±0.5 mm from the center were obtained.OCT and freeze-sectioning method were adopted at each site, respectively. The difference between OCT and histological method was com-pared and Bland-Altman plot was constructed. Results The thickness results of the center,+0.5 mm,-0.5 mm points were (296.5± 1.6)μm,(302.6± 3.5)μm,(287.9±5.6)μm by OCT,(278.4±1.9)μm,(290.3±5.9)μm,(280.3±4.6)μm by freeze-sectio-ning method, respectively. In Bland-Altman diagram, mean difference and 95% confidence interval were 18.1 1 (1 6.65,1 9.56)μm, 12.4 (5.5,1 9.2)μm,7.4 (2.8,12.0)μm.Intra-class correlation coefficients(ICC)for resemblance between the 2 techniques were 0.93(95%CI:0.89-0.95,P <0.000 1),0.84(95%CI:0.77-0.89,P <0.000 1),0.91(95%CI:0.87 -0.94,P <0.000 1),respec-tively.Conclusion As compared with the measurement of undecalcified frozen section,OCT for the rabbits’knee joint cartilage thickness measurement is feasible with the advantages of noninvasiveness, good repeatability.OCT can provide data reference in ani-mal experiments of cartilage tissue engineering for articular cartilage defect repair.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effects of Tongfeng trace elements nutrient balance agent on the various growth indicators, physiological indicators, and the contents of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in one-year old Glycyrrhiza uralensis.
METHODThe plants of G. uralensis growing in Chifeng of Inner Mongolia and medicinal garden of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were fertilized for two times, respectively. The photosynthetic physiological indicators were measured by LI-6400 photosynthetic instrument. The pigments and antioxidase activities of the leaves were determined. Then contents of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in the plants were determined by HPLC.
RESULTThe application of this trace element nutrient balance agent could significantly improve the height, chla and chlb, and the photosynthetic physiology indicator such as P(n), C(i), and G(s). Similarly, it could significantly increase the fresh weight of shoots and dry weight of the roots. Compared with control block (CK), the fertilizer which was diluted by 300 times (T(1)) and 600 times (T(2)) significantly increased the content of glycyrrhizic acid by 24.72% and 20. 23%. There was significant difference between different treatments (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONThe Tongfeng trace elements nutrient balance agent could promote growth, physiology and the content of active constituents of G. uralensis, especially the effect of T(1) was superior to T(2).

Taking medical statistics major in Binzhou Medical University as an example, based on the outcome-based education theory, in order to enhance the innovation ability of university students, we put forward the systematic second classroom training system, including improving the personnel training system, implementing education, experiment teaching reform, and practice teaching reform. It has achieved outstanding results in the discipline competition, improved social service ability and high degree of employer satisfaction. The systematic second-class talent training system based on the outcome-based education theory can provide reference for other medical colleges and related applied majors.

BACKGROUND:
LY01005 (Goserelin acetate sustained-release microsphere injection) is a modified gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist injected monthly. This phase III trial study aimed to evaluated the efficacy and safety of LY01005 in Chinese patients with prostate cancer.
METHODS:
We conducted a randomized controlled, open-label, non-inferiority trial across 49 sites in China. This study included 290 patients with prostate cancer who received either LY01005 or goserelin implants every 28 days for three injections. The primary efficacy endpoints were the percentage of patients with testosterone suppression ≤50 ng/dL at day 29 and the cumulative probability of testosterone ≤50 ng/dL from day 29 to 85. Non-inferiority was prespecified at a margin of -10%. Secondary endpoints included significant castration (≤20 ng/dL), testosterone surge within 72 h following repeated dosing, and changes in luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, and prostate specific antigen levels.
RESULTS:
On day 29, in the LY01005 and goserelin implant groups, testosterone concentrations fell below medical-castration levels in 99.3% (142/143) and 100% (140/140) of patients, respectively, with a difference of -0.7% (95% confidence interval [CI], -3.9% to 2.0%) between the two groups. The cumulative probabilities of maintaining castration from days 29 to 85 were 99.3% and 97.8%, respectively, with a between-group difference of 1.5% (95% CI, -1.3% to 4.4%). Both results met the criterion for non-inferiority. Secondary endpoints were similar between groups. Both treatments were well-tolerated. LY01005 was associated with fewer injection-site reactions than the goserelin implant (0% vs . 1.4% [2/145]).
CONCLUSION:
LY01005 is as effective as goserelin implants in reducing testosterone to castration levels, with a similar safety profile.
