ObjectiveTo explore the mental health status and relevant factors among community residents during the normalization stage of prevention and control of COVID-19. MethodsFrom August 28 to September 7, 2020, an online cross-sectional survey using snowball sampling was conducted among community residents via Wenjuanxing platform, and their mental health status were assessed using Patients' Health Questionnaire Depression Scale-9 item(PHQ-9), Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 item(GAD-7), Insomnia Severity Index(ISI) and Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS). ResultsAmong the 476 community residents, the detection rates of depression, anxiety, insomnia and high perceived stress were 32.35%, 21.22%, 24.58% and 48.74%, respectively. In terms of gender, the detection rate of high perceived stress was higher in male than in female(χ2=5.269); in terms of marital status, the detection rates of depression and anxiety among the unmarried, divorced or widowed residents was higher than those of the married residents(χ2=5.251, 8.851); in terms of mental health service status, the detection rates of depression, anxiety, insomnia and high perceived stress among residents with mental health service needs was higher than those among residents without the needs(χ2=46.316, 66.934, 20.153, 21.576), with statistical significance(P<0.05 or 0.01). Correlation analysis showed that the age of community residents was negatively correlated with CPSS score(r=-0.171, P<0.01), sleep duration was negatively correlated with PHQ-9, GAD-7 and ISI scores(r=-0.210, -0.247, -0.297, P<0.01), and time spent following news on COVID-19 per day was negatively correlated with ISI score(r=-0.097, P<0.05). ConclusionDuring the normalization stage of prevention and control of COVID-19, the majority of community residents experience the symptoms of depression, anxiety, insomnia and high perceived stress. Male and younger residents are more likely to experience high levels of perceived stress. Those with shorter sleep duration and needs for mental health services are more likely to experience symptoms of depression, anxiety and insomnia, and those with short time spent following news on COVID-19 are more likely to experience insomnia symptom.

OBJECTIVE:
To explore the MRI findings of os acromiale and to analyze the relationship between os acromiale and the supraspinatus and infraspinatus injury.
METHODS:
From January 2010 to August 2020, 21 patients with os acromiale (os arcomiale group) were compared with 21 subjects with no evidence of os acromiale (no os arcomiale group). There were 14 males and 7 females in the os arcomiate group, aged from 29 to 77 years old, mean aged (55.5±11.5) years old. While in the control group, there were 10 males and 11 females in no os arcomiale group, aged from 31 to 70 years old, mean aged (51.1±10.0) years old. The os acromiales were classified as edematous os acromiale or non-edematous os acromiale based on whether the presence of marrow edema, and as displaced os acromiale or non-displaced os acromiale based on whether the presence of displacement of the os acromiale. The MRI features of os acromiale were analyzed. Statistical analyses were performed to identify the differences between the os arcomiale group and no os arcomiale group regarding rotator cuff tear, supraspinatus and infraspinatus injury. Differences in the supraspinatus and infraspinatus tear between the edematous and non-edematous os acromiale group, the displaced and non-displaced os acromiale group, the displaced os acromiale and no os arcomiale group were also assessed.
RESULTS:
On MRI, all the 21 os acromiales appeared as a triangular or irregular bone fragment of the distal acromion, and forms a pseudo-acromioclavicular joint with the acromion. Eleven cases were edematous os acromiale, 11 cases were displaced os acromiale. In the os arcomiale group, 17 had supraspinatus tear, 1 had supraspinatus tendinitis, 11 had infraspinatus tear, and 4 had infraspinatus tendinitis. In the no os arcomiale group, 11 had supraspinatus tear, 2 had supraspinatus tendinitis, 5 had infraspinatus tear, and 1 had infraspinatus tendinitis. No statistically significant difference between the os arcomiale group and no os arcomiale group regarding the rotator cuff tear, supraspinatus and infraspinatus injury (P>0.05). In the 11 cases of edematous os arcomiale, 10 had supraspinatus tear and 7 had infraspinatus tear. In the 10 cases of non-edematous os acromiale, 7 had supraspinatus tear and 4 had infraspinatus tear. No statistically significant difference was noted between the edematous os acromiale and non-edematous os acromiale in terms of supraspinatus and infraspinatus tear (P>0.05). In the 11 cases of displaced os acromiale, 11 had supraspinatus tear and 9 had infraspinatus tear. In the 10 cases of non-displaced os acromiale, 6 had supraspinatus tear and 2 had infraspinatus tear. In the no os arcomiale group, 11 had supraspinatus tear and 5 had infraspinatus tear. There was a statistically significant increases in the prevalence of supraspinatus and infraspinatus tear in the displaced os acromiale group compared with non-displaced os acromiale group, the displaced os acromiale group and no os arcomiale group(P<0.05).
CONCLUSION
Shoulder MRI can very well depict os acromiale and can reveal associated abnormalities such as adjacent bone marrow edema, displaced deformity, and rotator cuff tear, and it can be used to assess the stability of the os acromiale. The presence of os acromiale may not increase the risk of supraspinatus and infraspinatus tear significantly. However, the presence of displaced os acromiale is at greater risk of supraspinatus and infraspinatus tear.

【Objective】 To investigate the frequency of platelet antibodies in voluntary blood donors and patients in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, and to study the specificity and cross-matching of platelet antibodies. 【Methods】 Platelet antibodies of blood donors and patients were screened by solid-phase immunoadsorption (SPIA), rechecked by flow cytometry (FCM), and antibody specificity was identified by PakPlus enzyme immunoassay, and platelet cross-matching was simulated by SPIA. 【Results】 A total of 1 049 blood donor samples and 598 patient samples were tested, with 6 (0.57%) and 49 (8.19%) samples positive for SPIA,respectively(P<0.05); In SPIA positive samples, the positive concordance rate of FCM in blood donors and patients was 100% vs 95%, and that of enzyme immunoassay was 100% vs 88%. Among the initial screening positive samples of blood donors, 5 were anti-HLA Ⅰ antibodies, accounting for 83%, and 1 was anti CD36 antibody, accounting for 17%, with an incidence rate of 0.10%. Among the 14 samples of enzyme immunoassay positive patients, 2 were anti-GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa, 1 was anti-GP Ⅱa/Ⅱa, 8 were anti HLA Ⅰ, and 3 were mixed antibodies (HLA Ⅰ, GP Ⅱb/Ⅲa, GP Ⅰa/Ⅱa). According to the types of antibodies, HLA Ⅰ antibodies were the most common, accounting for 65% (11/17), followed by HPA related anti GP, accounting for 35% (6/17). The majority of patients had a platelet antibody positive typing rate below 30%, accounting for 71.4% (10/14). 【Conclusions】 The positive rate of platelet antibody of patients in Zhongshan area is significantly higher than that of voluntary blood donors, and most of them are anti-HLA Ⅰ and anti-GP, and the incidence of anti-CD36 is extremely low. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a known platelet antigen donor bank, and at the same time, carry out platelet antibody testing and matching of patients, which is helpful to solve the issue of platelet transfusion refractoriness.

Objective To evaluate the value of serum aminoterminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) and interleukin(IL)-6 levels in diagnosis and severity assessment of the preterm infants with respiratory distress syndrome(RDS).Methods Totally 150 preterm infants with RDS who were hospitalized in our center from August 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled in this study as the RDS group. These infants were further divided into grades 1,2,3,and 4 according to chest radiography. In addition,158 preterm infants without RDS hospitalized in our center during the same period were included as the controls (control group). Serum NT-proBNP and IL-6 levels were measured by ELISA on days 1,3,and 7 after birth, and their pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP) was monitored as well. Results Serum NT-proBNP and IL-6 levels in RDS group were significantly higher than those in control group on day 1 (t=-91.04,P=0.000;t=-11.03,P=0.000),day 3 (t=-89.10,P=0.000;t=-9.909,P=0.000),and day 7 (t=-87.91,P=0.000;t=-8.548,P=0.000). There were significant differences in NT-proBNP levels among grades 1,2,3,and 4 on day 1 (F=50.89,P=0.000),day 3 (F=49.16,P=0.000),and day 7 (F=45.45,P=0.000),showing an increasing trend. Serum IL-6 levels showed no significant difference among grades 1,2,3,and 4 on day 1 (F=0.89,P=0.448),day 3 (F=0.76,P=0.518),and day 7 (F=0.85,P=0.469). The PAP of the RDS group on days 1,3,and 7 was (49.3±3.7),(40.1±5.4),and (39.0±2.6)mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),which were significantly higher than those of the control group (35.0±2.7)mmHg (t=-90.01,P=0.000),(30.0±3.1)mmHg (t=-81.90,P=0.000),(26.0±3.0)mmHg (t=-88.89,P=0.000). Thus, there was a positive correlation between NT-proBNP and IL-6 levels (r=0.876,P=0.000) and a positive correlation between NT-proBNP and PAP (r=0.916,P=0.000) in preterm infants with RDS.Conclusion Monitoring serum NT-proBN contributes to early diagnosis and disease severity assessment in preterm infants with RDS.
