Objective To investigate the feasibility of dose verification of intensity modulated (IM) planning of helical tomotherapy (HT) using two-dimensional ion chamber array (2DICA),and develop an efficient way to validate the dose delivered under the parameters mirroring those during the treatment. Meth-ods A 2DICA,I'mRT MatriXX and MULTICube equivalent solid water phantom from IBA company were used to verify the dose distribution of 10 IM planning. The combined phantom was set up to measure the dose distributions on coronal and sagittal surface. The precise setup of phantom was guided by HTMVCT images. After the irradiation, the measured dose distributions on the coronal and sngittal plane were compared with those calculated by the IM planning system for verification. The results were evaluated and the feasibility of the different measuring methods was studied. Results The dose distribution measured by the MatriXX 2DICA was well consistent with that calculated by the treatment planning system. The errors between the measured dose and predicted dose in the selected points were within ±3%. In the comparison of the pixel-segmented ionization chamber versus treatment planning system using the 3 mm/3% γ criteria, the passing ratio of pixels with γ parameter ≤1 was 97.76% and 96.83%, respectively. Conclusions MatriXX is a-ble to measure the absolute and relative dose distributions simultaneously, which can be used for dose verifi-cation of IM planning.

Objective:To explore the feasibility and efficacy of subpatellar artery balloon molding in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer caused by arterial ischemia. Methods:The clinical data of patients with diabetic foot ulcer caused by subpatellar artery disease treated in Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University from December 2020 to April 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 29 patients received medical balloon dilatation (drug balloon group) and 30 patients received balloon dilatation alone (simple balloon group). The improvement of lower limb ischemia at 3 and 6 months after surgery was analyzed in the two groups. The observation indicators included case-fatality rate, limb preservation rate, ulcer healing, Rutherford grading and pain score. Results:There was no significant difference in preoperative Rutherford grading between the two groups ( P>0.05). Three and six months after operation, the Rutherford grading in both groups was significantly improved compared with that before surgery (all P<0.05), and there was no statistical significance between the two groups ( P>0.05). There was no significant difference in preoperative pain scores between the two groups ( P>0.05). The pain scores of both groups were significantly decreased 3 and 6 months after surgery ( P<0.05), and there was no statistical significance between the two groups ( P>0.05). Three and six months after surgery, the wound ulcer healing rate in the drug balloon group was higher than that in the simple balloon group [51.7%(15/29) vs 43.3%(13/30), P=0.519; 86.2%(25/29) vs 50.0%(15/30), P=0.002]. There was no death or amputation in the two groups 3 and 6 months after surgery. Conclusions:Balloon dilatation can improve severe limb ischemia of diabetic foot. Compared with balloon dilatation alone, drug balloon dilatation is more beneficial to the healing of ulcer wounds in diabetic limb ischemia patients.

Diabetic foot ulcer is a serious and destructive complication of diabetes, with the rates of disability and mortality increasing year by year, which poses a serious threat to human physical and mental health. In the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), the combination of syndrome differentiation and overall concept can not only alleviate TCM syndrome but also accelerate wound healing, reduce wound recurrence, delay the further deterioration of diabetic foot ulcer, and decrease the rates of disability and mortality. Modern studies have demonstrated that the difficult healing of diabetic foot ulcer is closely associated with the abnormal distribution of cytokines such as inflammatory cytokines, growth factors, and chemokines. With the deepening of modern medical research on TCM, the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer via regulation of cytokines by Chinese medicinal monomers and prescriptions has become a research focus. This paper summarizes the current research status at home and abroad and draws the following conclusions. ① Sesamol, geniposide, Danggui Buxuetang, and Zizhu ointment can regulate tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-1, IL-6, IL-10 and other inflammatory cytokines to inhibit wound inflammation. ② Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, salvianolic acid B, Sixiao powder, Badu Shengji ointment (Zhuang medicine), etc., regulate vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF), transforming growth factor (TGF), epidermal growth factor (EGF) and other growth factors to promote collagen deposition and angiogenesis on wound surface. ③ Paeoniflorin, cryptanshinone, bee venom, and Huiyang Shengji decoction regulate CXC chemokine ligand (CXCL) 1, CXCL2, C-C chemokine ligand (CCL) 2, CCL3, stromal cell-derived factor-1α (SDF-1α), monocyte chemoattract protein-1 (MCP-1) and other chemokines to reduce inflammatory response and promote neovascularization and wound granulation tissue formation. ④ In the treatment of diabetic foot ulcer, Chinese medicinal monomers and prescriptions have different and complicated mechanisms. The multi-target treatment manner determines that Chinese medicines can act on a variety of cytokines to participate in various stages of wound healing and thus play a therapeutic role. The conclusion above aims to provide ideas for the experimental research and clinical treatment of diabetic foot ulcer with TCM in the future.

We use a dense and fully connected convolutional network with good feature learning in small samples, to automatically pre-deline CTV of cervical cancer patients based on CT images and evaluate the effect. The CT data of stage IB and IIA postoperative cervical cancer with similar delineation scope were selected to be used to evaluate the pre-sketching accuracy from three aspects:sketching similarity, sketching offset and sketching volume difference. It has been proved that the 8 most representative parameters are superior to those with single network and reported internationally before. Dense V-Net can accurately predict CTV pre-delineation of cervical cancer patients, which can be used clinically after simple modification by doctors.
