Objective To observe the changes of the blood culture results before and after implementing the quality control on blood culture .Methods The blood culture results in 1 year before implementing the quality control and in 1 year after implementing the quality control were performed the contrastive analysis .Results After implementing the quality control on blood culture ,the positive rate of blood culture was elevated by 2 .4% and the pollution rate was decreased by 8 .6% after the quality control .Conclu‐sion Implementing the total quality control on blood culture can improve the positive rate of blood culture and reduces the pollu‐tion rate of blood culture .The determination of contamination bacteria must combine the laboratory detection data with the clinical situation for ensuring to provide accurate and effective antimicrobial agents for clinic .

Objective To develop rescue device for pilots in air accidents and solve the problem that it's difficult for medical staff to carry out on-board rescue because of the height from the ground to the cockpit edge of the fighter plane. This device with hydraulic system is multi-use: it can be joined to the plane as a ladder and tied in an ambulance as a stretcher. The medical support level of air force dump and station will be improved after using it. Methods 6082 aluminium alloy for aeronautic with advanced and matured technology was utilized to weld the principal part. The fissions can be fitted together and drawn out. The cantilever with hanger was applied. The active and diagonal crutches and the separable composite structure were also used. Results With this device, two staff can board the fighter plane to carry the wounded pilot to the sliding seat which is stably controlled by hydraulic system and then after quick sliding and separating from the device, the seat become a stretcher, and thus it can avoid the second carrying to the pilot. Using this device, the rescue work on-board become faster, more steady and safer. Conclusions This device can provide on-board rescue for pilots of forced landing in air accidents and it can be configured in a new kind of outfield ambulance for both military and civilian purposes. Because of being simple in frame and light in weight, it is easy to take or transport.

It is found that gambogic acid can play anti-tumor effects through different mechanisms in a variety of tumor cells,including induce apoptosis,inhibit telomerase and topoisomerase activity,inhibit the expression of heat shock protein and channel protein,inhibit tumor angiogenesis and metastasis and reverse multidrug resistance.Gambogic acid is expected to become a new anti-tumor drug,still need to be further explored its value in the field of anti-tumor.

Three widely used methods of sediment toxicity evaluation were introduced in the present paper, including organism toxicity tests, toxicity identification evaluation(TIE) and sediment quality guidelines(SQGs). Compared with the chemical analysis, toxicity tests have an advantage of taking the bioavailability of POPs into account, however, it fails to identify the causative toxicants. TIE, integrating with physicochemical analysis, implicates the specific pollutants in a tiered approach, and by which effective remediation can be designed accordingly. The sediment toxicity can be identified more quickly and appropriately by SQGs than by the former two methods. The differences among the different SQGs constituted by different standards may affect their values for toxicity evaluation. Extensive and reliable SQGs had been acquired to improve their utility. Finally, the combination of chemical analysis, toxicity tests and in situ bioassays will be the trend of sediment toxicity evaluation in the future.

Objective To observe the fixation features of foveoschisis in pathological myopia patients.Methods 36 patients(42 eyes)with>-6.00D myopic degree and foveoschisis who diagnosed by optical coherence tomography were included.The patients were divided into foveoschisis with retinal detachment group(11 eyes),foveoschisis with macular hole group(12 eyes)and only foveoschisis group(19 eyes).Micro-perimeter MP-1 was used to identify the fixation location and fixation stability.Results The eccentric fixation were formed above the foyea in the foveoschisis with retinal detachment and foveoschisis with macular hole group,the fixation location was formed on fovea in the only foveoschisis group.The fixation stability of the foveoschisis with retinal detachment,foveoschisis with macular hole and only foveoschisis group were(23±4)0A,(59±6)% ,(91±11)% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(F=243.47,P＜0.01).Conclusions The fixation location is formed on foyea in the patients with foveoschisis in pathological myopia.The eccentric fixation is formed above the fovea in the patients who has foveoschisis with retinal detachment and macular hole in pathological myopia.

Objective To determine the effect of the Buyang Huanwu Tang and batroxobin treating sudden deafness.Methods 90 cues(99 ears)with sudden deafness were randomly divided into two groups,the control group were treated with dextran glucose intravenous and lignstrazine,the treat group were treated with the Buyang Huanwu Tang and batroxobin.The periods were 2 weeks.Results The effect in the treat group was more remarkable compared with the control group,there was a significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion The Buyang Huanwu Tang and batroxobin treeing sudden deafness Can increase curative rete.

Objective: To study the effect of TIP30 gene on the cell cy cle distribution in adenoid cystic carcinoma ACC-M cells. Methods: Wild type TIP30 gene was transfected into ACC-M cells by using lipofectamin e, the postive cell clone was selected with G418,the expression of TIP30 protei n in the cells was detected by Western blot. Cell cycle distribution was detecte d by flow cytometry. Results:14 days after seletion anti-G418 c ell clone was obtained. Wstern blot revealed that the TIP30 protein was expresse d in the transfected cells.Flow cytometric analysis indicated that TIP30 induced a arrest of the cells in G 0-G 1 phase and led to a decrease of cell percent age in G 2-M and S phase. Conclusion:ACC-M can stably express exogene TIP30.TIP30 can inhibit proliferation of ACC-M cells.

Objective To observe the effectiveness of dexamethasone combined with azasetron for the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV) in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods A total of 150 ASA(Ⅰ~Ⅱ) patients undergoing an elective LC were randomly divided into three groups with 50 patients in each group: Group D+A was given intravenous dexamethasone 5mg and azasetron 10mg(2ml) at the end of surgery,Group A received intravenous azasetron 10mg(2ml) at the end of surgery,and Group C received normal saline(NS) 2 ml as the control.Episodes of nausea and vomiting were recorded for 24 h following the surgery.Results The incidence of nausea was 4% in the Group D+A(2/50),which was significantly lower than in the Group A(16%,8/50) and the Group C(34%,17/50)(?~2=4.00 and 14.62;P=0.046 and 0.000).The incidence of vomiting was 2% in the Group D+A(1/50),which was significantly lower than in the Group A (14%,(7/50)) and the Group C(32%,16/50)(?~2=4.89 and 15.95;P=0.027 and 0.000).The incidences of nausea and vomiting were significantly lower in the Group A than in the Group C(?~2=4.32 and 4.57;P=0.038 and 0.033).Conclusions Use of a low dose of dexamethasone in combination with azasetron is more effective than azasetron prophylaxis alone for a successful control of PONV after LC.
