The dynamica changes of the activity of serum tumor necrosis factor(TNF)was determined in 24 patients with severe burns, and the changes of cardiac and hepatic enzymes, plasma lactate and glucose, serum protein,WBC count etc were determined as well.It was found that TNF was produced in large amounts to damage and degenerate the vascular endothe-lium.Consequently intravascular emboli were more liable to occur to result in tissue hypoxia.TNF could also induce the release of polymorphonuclear neutrophils(PMNs)from the bone marrow.PMNs by chemotacsis accumulated in the inflammatory tissues to produce large amounts of toxic products, which could damage the cells and tissues directly to result in multiple organ failure.Furthermore,TNF,through the mediation of pyrogen and cachectin, could induce febrile reaction, exhaustion of glycogen reserve, and increment of muscular protein catabolism.Eventually the energy consumption of the host would be incresed and his defensive function weakened.

Objective:To investigate the value of 64-slice spiral computed tomography (64SCT) in preoperative evaluation of spinal vascular intervention. Methods: Seventeen patients with spinal vascular malformations(SVM) scheduled for spinal vascular interventional therapy in our hospital between January 2012-December 2014 were collected, all received 64-detector spiral CT angiography (64-MDCTA) before surgery, image postprocessing technologies such as volume rendering (VR), maximum intensity projection(MIP) and multiplanar reconstruction(MPR) were applied to conduct three-dimensional reconstruction, the traveling case of spinal cord feeding artery was analyzed and were compared with DSA test results. Results: All of the 17 patients clearly showed the abnormality of spinal cord blood vessels and lesions scope, the SVM classification and lesions scope were exactly the same as that of DSA and intraoperative performance, the coincidence rate was 100%;1 case of patient was not shown fistula, the rest of the patients clearly shown the draining veins around the spinal cord, open position and flow tendency of radiculomedullary artery, the coincidence rates were 100.00%, 94.12%%, 100.00%.Conclusion: 64-MDCTA is important for SVM patients to preoperative evaluation of spinal vascular intervention, for it can fully and accurately reflect the open position and flow tendency of radiculomedullary artery, spatial relationship with the surrounding vessels, spinal cord and vertebral situation, should be widely applied.

TCM service trades are an inevitable choice for TCM development, and also one of the most important levels in the national development strategy pattern. For the Belt and Road, it is necessary to promote the rapid development of TCM service trades, not only for promoting transformation cross domain development of TCM industry in Gansu, but also for promoting Gansu economic and social development. Based on the analysis of the significance and opportunities of the TCM service trades, this article proposed the specific strategies for promoting the development of TCM service trades in Gansu Province.

Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the X-ray characteristics and differential points of intra-thoracic malignant lymphoma-Hodgkin’s disease(HD) and Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma(NHL).Methods The X-ray manifestations of intra-thoracic malignant lymphoma in 66 cases(including HD in 20 and NHL in 46) with complete clinical informations and pathologic results were retrospectively analysed. The lymphadenopathy of the hilar and mediastinum, the changes of the intra-lung and pleura were mainly observed and compared with the pathological results.Try to find the characteristic X-ray appearance of the HD and NHL.Results (1)48 cases had enlargement of lymph nodes of the hilar with/or mediastinum, and common seen in NHL,and the lymphopathy appeared as unilateral or asymmetry in NHL,bilateral or symmetry in HD.(2)The involvement of lymph nodes was mostly the anterior mediastinum and retrosternal in HD,the posterior mediastinum in NHL and to cause the paraspinal line widening.(3)Intra-pulmonary lesions always were interstitial changes and common seen in NHL,and seldom seen in HD.(4)NHL was often accompanied with pleural lesions, and HD not. Conclusion Both HD and NHL have its own X-ray characteristics .Carefully observing and analyzing these characteristics are helpful in diagnosing and differentiating HD and NHL.

Journal of Interventional Radiology 2010;19(3):248-252
Preoperative portal vein embolization(PVE)has become an important tool in the management of selected patients with hepatic cancer before the major hepatic resection is carried out.PVE can redirect the portal flow to the intended future remnant liver tissue in order to induce the hypertrophy of the non-diseased portion of the liver and thereby may reduce the occurrence of complications and shorten the hospitalization days after surgery. This article aims to review the technical and clinical considerations in performing PVE and to discuss the PVE-related practical points, including the relevant anatomy, the access approach, the choosing of embolic agents and the pathophysioiogy of PVE.In addition, the indications and contraindications for performing PVE,the use of combination therapies and the concern for tumor growth after PVE are also discussed.

Objective To investigate the expression of p73 gene and its protein and their relation with clinicopathologic features in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) tissues. Methods Expression of p73 mRNA and protein in 52 NPC and 25 normal nasopharyngeal tissues was detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR and immunohistochemistry. Results Expression of p73 mRNA and protein was significantly higher in NPC than that in normal nasopharyngeal tissues (mRNA:73.1% vs 24.0 %,protein:71.2 % vs 36.0 %),there were significant statistical differences between the two groups (P < 0.05),and their expression was closely related to tumor invasion depth, degree of differentiation and clinical stage (P < 0.05).Expression of p73 gene and protein was not closely related to age and gender (P > 0.05).Conclusion Detection expression of p73 mRNA and its protein can be helpful in the diagnosis and prognostic evaluation in NPC.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2014;38(3):161-176
Magnesium stents have gained increasing interest as an ideal stent of future intervention. In order to study the deformation behavior of magnesium alloy stents in the interventional treatment, the finite element method was used to analysis the effects of different crimp and expansion dimensions on the mechanical properties (maximum stress, radial recoil rate, longitudinal shortening rate and radial strength). The results showed that crimping and expanding have a minimal influence on the stent radial strength. When the expansion size is same, the maximum equivalent stress and recoil rate decrease with the crimp size. When the crimp size is same, in contrast with the radial recoil rate, the maximum equivalent stress and longitudinal shortening rate increase with the expansion size. In addition the paper verified the radial strength-radial displacement curve obtained by FEM. Results are basically consistent, indicating the finite element method can efficiently provide researchers with reliable, high-quality design.

The finite element method was used for simulating the mechanical performance and fatigue safety of three different structures of Nitinol stent. According to the actual situation, after proposing reasonable assumptions and simplification, the geometry model and finite element model establishment, material mode selection and boundary condition setting are completed. The strain and fatigue life of different stent edges wide (omega) or strut angle (theta) are computed. The result can provide a valuable reference for the optimal design of stent.
