1.Observation on the effect of azithromycin in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its influence on the serum inflammatory cytokines level of patients
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(18):2791-2793
Objective To observe the effect of azithromycin in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) and its influence on the serum interleukin-10(IL-10),intedeukin-8 (IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-αt (TNF-a) level of patients. Methods According to the digital table,92 patients with AECOPD were divided into the control group and the observation group, each group 46 cases. The control group was given conventional therapy, and the observation group was given azithromycin on the basis of the treatment of the control group, and the treatment lasted one week. The effect and the change of the serum IL-I0,IL-8 and TNF-α level were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2 =8.165,P < 0.05).After treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the serum IL-8 and TNF-α level between the two groups (t =0.655,0.447,all P > 0.05),but the serum IL-10 level of the observation group was (15.71 ± 2.88)pg/L,which was significantly higher than that of the control group[(12.59 ± 1.12) pg/L] (t =6.848,P < 0.01).Conclusion Azithromycin in the treatment of AECOPD has definite effect, and can adjust the immune system of patients to release the inflammatory inhibitors and inhibit airway inflammation.
2.Surgical therapy for hepatic tuberculosis: a report of 8 cases
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1997;0(04):-
Objective To study the clinical features and operative methods for patients with hepatic tuberculosis. Methods The clinical features、diagnosis、operative methods and the location of tuberculosis focus in the liver were analysed in 8 patients. Results Difinite preoperative diagnosis could be reached in none of the 8 patients. Surgical procedure included focus remove (5 cases) and deroof plus drainage (3 cases). The diagnosis of hepatic tuberculosis was proved by pathological examination. [WT5”HZ]Conclusions Surgical resection plus anti tuberculosis drugs are the mainstay for the treatment of patients with hepatic tuberculosis.

4.Radiotherapy for cervical cancers in aged women
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2001;0(03):-
Objective To study the clinical features, efficacy and complications of the radiotherapy for cervical cancers in aged women. Methods Basing on the clinical stages, histologic types, differentiation of neoplasms, macroscopic types, sizes of cervical masses and vagina,542 female patients ≥ 60 years of age with cervical cancers were analyzed. The survival rates and sequelae were observed. Results The clinical stages, histologic types and differentiation of tumors in both ≥ 60 and
5.Preliminary Study on the Bacterial Endotoxin Test for Ofloxacin Injection
China Pharmacy 1991;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a bacterial endotoxin test for ofloxacin injection METHODS:Interference tests in ofloxacin injection were performed with limulus test agents provided by different factories RESULTS:Ofloxacin injection did not interfer with bacterial endotoxin CONCLUSION:Bacterial endotoxin test can take the place of pyrogen test for ofloxacin injection

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(10):-
Objective To explore the relationship between the concentration of t, t-2, 4-DDE in cooking oil fume(COF) and the cooking temperature. Methods The temperature control system of oil heating was developed, the activated carbon was used to collect gaseous pollutants. Six samples were prepared at 60, 90, 120, 150, 180, 210, 240 and 270 ℃. The concentration of t, t-2, 4-DDE in COF was analyzed by GC-FID. Results The concentration of t, t-2, 4-DDE in COF was below the detection limit when the oil temperature was not higher than 120 ℃. Among the 150 ℃ and 270 ℃ groups, the concentration of t, t-2, 4-DDE showed a significant increase. Conclusion The concentration of t, t-2, 4-DDE in COF may obviously increase as the cooking temperature is not lower than 150℃.

Chinese Journal of Organ Transplantation 2000;21(3):156-157
Objective In order to study the effect of the Fas system on normal peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBL)activated by allospecific antigen. Methods The isolated and purified lymphocytes werc subjected to one-way mixed lymphocyte culture.Fas antigen exprexsion on the surface of T lymphocytes freshly isolated and activated was detected dynamically by using flow-cytometry(FCM).The influence of the Fas system activated or not on the rate of lymphocytic apoptosis after mixed culture was investigated by using DNA electrophoresis and TdT-mediated dUTP nick end labeling(TUNEL).Results The Fas expression on the surface of activated T lymphocytes was increased and the rate of apoptosis of the grow with addition of anti-Fas monoclonal antibody was higher than that of the group without addition of antibody(P<0.05).Conclusion It was possible to dispose of the lymphocytes activated by specific antigen in vitro by anti-Fas monoclonal antibody.

Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2010;17(3):-
Objective To explore the effect of exogenesis VEGF 120 gene on the apoptosis of brain cells in the HIBD of newborn rats. Methods VEGF eukaryotic expression plasmid (pCDNA 3.1/r VEGF 120) was constructed by cloning rat VEGF 120 cDNA into eukaryotic expression vector pCDNA 3.1. The HIBD model was established with seven days old SD rats, and all rats were diveded into two groups at random :contral group 18 rats( every rat model was injected pCDNA 3.1 100 μg immediately after hypoxia-is-chemic.then raised seven days) and therapy group 18 rats (every rat model was injected pCDNA 3.1/ rVEGF 120 100 μg immediately after hypoxia-ischemic). Flow cytometer( FCM) was used to detect the ratio of apoptosis of brain cell. Results There was a significant decrease in the ratio of apoptosis brain cells( control group 17.505 ± 0.949; therapy group 8.93 ± 0. 332). Conclusion The VEGF gene product can reduce apoptosis of brain cells.
