Through analyzing the teaching effect,collected disagreements and suggestions by questionnaire,combining our teaching rules,we proposed efficient innovative methods and suggestions in probation of obstertrics-gynecology.

A myxobacterial strain, So ce cpu-1, was isolated from a soil sample near the Huanghai beach. So ce cpu-1 had broad antimicrobial activity, active component has maxima] absorption at 210 nm. The effects of different culture conditions on the yield of the secondary metabolites were investigated. The results showed that, when cultivating the strain in the M, medium (containing 10% w/v D312 neutral absorber resin ), the air up to 70% of the whole flask volume, adding 5?L the secondary metabolites as the revulsant, at 30℃, 200r/min, for 6 days, the yield of the secondary metabolites achieved the maximum.

Objective To explore expression of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) and change of peripheral blood dendritic cells(DCs) surface. Methods The expression of NF-κB and DCs in kidney of 40 LN cases were measured,by ALP-anti-ALP mice immune complex law(APAAP) and density gradient separation centrifugal meth-ods. Results kidney tissue of LN patients, NF-κB in the glomeruli and tubules showed a high level of expression ; CD80+ ,CD86+, HLA-DR+ expression decreasedtacrolimus group than the control group Division before and after the shape of the DCs had no effect on tacrolimus after the DCs could inhibit the proliferation of T cells and T cells to Th2 cell transformation. Conclusinn In vitro Tacrolimus inhibits the DCs mature in LN patients, NF-κB in LN kidney LN local expression and the occurrence and development of related.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the adverse drug reactions of 6 kinds of quinolones in order to provide information for clinically rational use of drugs.METHODS The adverse drug reactions of quinolones such as norfloxacin,ofloxacin,levofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,fleroxacin and rufloxacin used in outpatients during Feb to May 2007 were collected and retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS The main adverse drug reactions were seen in gastrointestinal system,nervous system,immune system,respiratory system,urinary system etc.From them the symptoms of gastrointestinal system and nervous system were prominent.CONCLUSIONS In use of quinolones it should think highly to their adverse drug reactions.

OBJECTIVE To find out the situation of antimicrobial usage in cardiac surgical perioperative period.METHODS The use of antimicrobials in cardiac surgical perioperative patients during Jan-Jun 2007,and the data of reasonable use of antibacterial were surveyed and evaluated.RESULTS Of the 276 patients,100.00% of them had received antimicrobials involving 12 kinds,59.78% of them used one kind only and 34.78% used two kinds antibiotics and 5.43% used more three kinds.CONCLUSIONS The use of antimicrobials in cardiac surgical perioperative period is reasonable and scientific.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the use of antibiotics in our Outpatient Department during 2006-2007,and to analyze and evaluate the trend and rationality.METHODS The data about consumption quantity and consumption sum of antibiotics in our Outpatient Department during 2006-2007 were retrieved by means of computer management software in the department of pharmacy for the analysis of the clinical use of antibiotics using the method of defined daily dose(DDD).RESULTS Fluoro quinolones,cephalosporins and plant antibiotics have dominated the first places among the antibiotics used in our hospital,and the consumption of cephalosporins kept increasing year by year.CONCLUSIONS The use of antibiotics in our hospital should be further standardized to ensure the drug using safe,efficient and economic in our hospital.

OBJECTIVE To promote clinical rational use of antibiotic prophylaxis through surveying it in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department (OG) by pharmacists. METHODS Data of 223 cases using of antibiotic prophylaxis in OG were retrospectively analyzed. According to unreasonable use of antibiotic prophylaxis,the clinical pharmacists put out reasonable measures and directed treatment in succedent 206 patients. RESULTS The rate of unreasonable use of antibiotic prophylaxis in 223 cases was 100% and rate of infection after operation was 9.87%. Objective To investigate the changes of enteric nervous system in gastrointestinal motility disorder in rats with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) as well as the influence of Chaishao Chengqi Decoction on neuronal nitric oxide synthase neuron (nNOS) neuron expression in myenteric plexus of rat intestinal tract. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (10 for each): sham operation group, model group and Chaishao Chengqi Decoction (CSCQD) group. SAP model was established in taurocholate into the junction of the common bile duct and pancreatic duct. Model group was administered with normal saline and CSCQD group was administered with Chaishao Chengqi Decoction. The gastrointestinal transmission time was observed. Pathological changes of the pancreas were examined with HE staining under light microscope. The neuronal nitric oxide synthase neurons in the small intestines and colonic myenteric plexus were detected by the dual immunofluorescent staining. Results Compared with that in model group, transmission index was increased in CSCQD group (P<0.05). The pathological lesion of the pancreas in CSCQD group was significantly lessened (P<0.05). The percentage of NOS-immunoreactive neurons was significantly decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion By reversing the plasticity of NOS-immunoreactive neurons, Chaishao Chengqi Decoction improves the gastrointestinal motility in rats with SAP and reduces the pathological damages of the pancreas.

Objective To examine the characteristics of affective intensity and cognitive emotion regulation in subjects with borderline personality disorder ( BPD) . Methods The BPD subscale of personal-ity disorder questionnaire( PDQ-4+) was used to assess the BPD symptoms,the short affective intensity scale (SAIS) and cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire (CERQ) were used to measure affect intensity and cognitive emotion regulation strategy,respectively. 765 subjects with BPD and 776 healthy controls were se-lected. The independent-samples t test was used to analyze the differences between BPD group and controls and logistic regression analysis was used to examine the related factors affecting the BPD. Results Com-pared with the control group(negative intensity:(3.08±0.66),negative coping dimension:(37.20±5.94), BPD group got higher scores in negative intensity((3.88±0.74), t=22.29, P<0.01,Cohen''s d>0.8)and negative coping dimension((44.77±6.36), t=24.16, P<0.01,Cohen''s d>0.8). The logistic regression anal-ysis showed that negative intensity(B=1.38,Exp(B)=3.97,95%CI for EXP(B):3.15~5.00, P<0.01) and negative cognitive regulations strategy(B=0.19,Exp(B)=1.21,95% CI:1.18-1.25, P<0.01) could affect the prevalence of BPD. Conclusion Subjects with BPD traits have more significant negative affective inten-sity and tend to use negative cognitive regulations strategy.
