ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of nursing intervention on medication compliance of patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods84 patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding in our hospital from April 2009 to April 2011 were treated,they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care during the course of medication,the observation group was given pertinent nursing intervention based on the routine nursing.The medication compliance and treatment effect were retrospectively analyzed. ResultsAmong 42 cases in the observation group,40 cases (95.2％) followed the doctor's advice,41 cases (97.6％) visited on time,3 cases (7.1％) failed the treatment.In the control group,30 cases (71.4％) followed the doctor's advice,25 cases(59.5％) visited on time,14 cases(33.3％) failed the treatment.The observation group was better than the control group. ConclusionsHormone treatment for patients with climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding can obtain desired therapeutic effect,but method of medication was more complicated.Nursing intervention during medication course can significantly improve medication compliance and treatment effect,which is of great clinical significance.

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in interventional treatment of patients With intractable postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 90 patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from May 2008 to May 2011 adopted interventional treatment approach.They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 45 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received pertinent nursing.The treatment effect was compared between two groups.Results The mean operation time,hemostasis time,hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those of the contrtol group.The cure rate was sigrnificantly better than the control group.No serious complications occurred.Conclusions During interventional treatment for patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage,pertinent nursing can reduce the incidence of complications,stop bleeding quickly and safely,keep the uterus and its physiological function.It can obtain satisfactory results and improve life quality of patients.

BACKGROUND:intervertebral disc degeneration can reduce nucleus pulposus cells,and peroxiredoxin II involved in the regulation of resist oxidation damage,cell division,differentiation,signal transduction and apoptosis.Peroxiredoxin Ⅱ has promotive effect on intervertebral disc degeneration,whereas the mechanism remains poorly understood.OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of perexiredoxin Ⅱ on human intevertebral disc cells activity and type Ⅱ collagen synthesis in vitro.METHODS:Human degenerated human lumbar disc cells were cultured in vitro,and assigned into the control and peroxidase Ⅱ groups.Peroxidase Ⅱ with doses of 10,100 and 1 000 ng/L were added into the peroxidase Ⅱ groups.The cells were identified by immunohistochemical staining,and the cell proliferation was detected using cck-8 kit.Cell supematant was collected at days 3 and 7 after operation,and the expression of type Ⅱ collagen was measured by double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:In vitro cultured human degenerative lumbar intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus cells by adding peroxidase increased with the dose-Ⅱ,the disc nucleus pulposus cells of the volume and type Ⅱ collagen synthesis gradually reduced(P ＜ 0.01).Tips peroxidase Ⅱ on the intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus cells,the number and type Ⅱ collagen synthesis significantly inhibited in a dose-dependent manner.Thus speculated that peroxidase Ⅱ on the nucleus pulposus cells in vitro may lead to disc degeneration as a precipitating factor.

Objective To evaluate the value of mistral-air inflatable blanket in neonatal temperature,postoperative complications,and the influence of the blood coagulation function after surgery undergoing general anesthesia.Methods A total of 60 newborns with laparotomy operation undergoing general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,30 persons each group.The newborns were given mistral-air inflatable blanket in the observation group,and conventional methods in the control group,two groups were transferred to Postanesthesia Care Unit by incubator at 37℃.The introperative nasopharyngeal temprature,HR,MAP and SpO2 were recorded before induction (T0),30 minutes during operation (T1),extubated instantly (T2),15 minutes during PACU (T3),30 min during PACU (T4).The extubation time and the incidence of apnoea and hyoxemia were recorded after operation.PT,APTT,TT and Fib were tested before induction and extubated instantly.Results The temperature of intraoperative and postoperative period were higher in the observation group than the control group,the difference was significant(P ＜ 0.05).The heart rates of intraoperative and postoperative period is significantly higher in the control group than the observation group,the difference was significant(P ＜ 0.05);the mean arterial pressure were no significant statistical difference(P ＞ 0.05).The observation group extubation time were less than the control group,the difference was significant (P ＜ 0.05).There was no significant difference about the incidence of hypoxemia and apnea in two groups(P ＞ 0.05).The PT,APTT,TT and Fib in the observation group were better than the control group,the difference between the groups was significant(P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Mistral-air inflatable blanket can effectively prevent the decrease of the body temperature during operation and PACU,reduce the exduction time and postoperative complications,and protect blood coagulation function.

Objective To observe the effect of early enteral feeding on clinical outcomes and immune function in patients after colorectal cancer surgery.Methods 90 cases of colorectal cancer patients were randomly divided into early enteral feeding group (43 cases) and control group (45 cases).Patients in early feeding group were given small amount of water several times and enteral nutrition early after surgery,while patients in the control group were administrated according to conventional postoperative care protocol.Data were collected on serum IgA,IgG,IgM,CD4 +,CD4 +/CD8 + and CRP on the postoperative first,third and seventh days,postoperative length of stay,complications and quality of life.Results The postoperative fever time [(54 ±6) h vs.(65 ±6) h,t =8.688,P ＜0.01],time to flatus [(58 ±8) h vs.(72±7) h,t=8.573,P＜0.01],postoperative length of stay [(6.9±1.4) dvs.(8.5 ±1.9) d,t=4.277,P ＜ 0.01] and health care cost [(41 868 ± 3 168) RMB vs.(45 950 ± 3 714) RMB,t =5.536,P ＜ 0.01] were significantly in favour of early enteral feeding group than those in control group.Further,the score of quality of life at discharge were significantly higher in early enteral feeding group [(18.4 ± 1.7) vs.(16.4 ± 1.9),t =5.235,P ＜ 0.01],while the complication incidence showed no difference between the two groups [18.6％ (8/43) vs.22.2％ (10/45),t=0.177,P＞0.05].The CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and IgM on the seventh postoperative day and the IgA and IgG on the third and seventh postoperative day were significantly better in early enteral feeding group while the CRP was significantly lower as compared to the control group (t =3.639,t =2.255,t =2.119,t =2.035,t =2.961,t =2.060,t =2.108,t =7.308,t =3.435,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Early oral enteral feeding after elective colorectal cancer surgery can improve patient's immune function,reduce the stress and accelerate rehabilitation.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of balloon dilatation with ice water and room temperature water on cricopharyngeal achalasia after brainstem stroke.Methods Forty dysphagic patients with cricopharyngeal achalasia after brainstem stroke were recruited.Twenty patients assigned to experimental group were treated by balloon dilatation with ice water and low frequency elecrtrical stimulation.Twenty patients assigned to control group were treated by balloon dilatation with room temperature water and low frequency electrical stimulation.Results After treatment,36 out of the 40 patients of the two groups could eat pasty food independently without choking.Videofluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS) showed that the cricopharyngeal sphincter relaxed and the foods passed successfully when swallowing bolus,and no aspiration happened.In comparison,the level of cricopharyngeal opening,the number of patients with nasogastric tube remained and eating normally,and the scores of functional oral intake scale (FOIS) between the two groups showed no significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).The average treatment sessions,average hospitalization days and average treatment cost in treatment group were significantly less than those in the control group(P ＜0.05).Conclusion Cricopharyngeal achalasia can be treated effectively by balloon dilatation with ice water or with room temperature water combined with low frequency electrical stimulation,but treatment course of balloon dilatation with ice water were significantly shorter than that of balloon dilatation with room temperature water.
