Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of post -stroke intractable hiccup.Methods 120 patients with post -stroke intractable hiccup were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases)and control groups(60 cases)according to the digital table.The patients in the control group were treated with baclofen tablets and methloxetamine hydrochloride injection, and the patients in the treatment group were treated with acupuncture combined with acupoint injection therapy.The treating period was 1 week.The scores of hiccup symptoms,the total effective rate and side effect were recorded before and after the treatment in all patients.Results The scores of hiccup symptoms before treatment in the treatment group and the control group were (5.32 ±1.17)points and (5.25 ±0.65)points respectively,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(t =1.79,P =0.96).The scores of hiccup symptoms on the 1 day after treatment in the treatment group and the control group were (3.97 ±1.24)points and (3.85 ±1.02 )points respectively,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(t =1.93,P =0.48).The scores of hiccup symptoms on the 3 days after treatment in the treatment group and the control group were (2.80 ±0.73)points and (3.75 ±1.11)points respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups(t =2.66,P =0.00), that in the treatment group was lower than the control group.The scores of hiccup symptoms on the 5 days after treatment in the treatment group and the control group were (2.25 ±1.07)points and (3.43 ±0.81)points respec-tively,there was significant difference between the two groups(t =2.85,P =0.00),that in the treatment group was lower than the control group.The scores of hiccup symptoms on the 7 days after treatment in the treatment group and the control group were (1.27 ±0.66)points and (2.02 ±0.98)points respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups(t =1.07,P =0.00),that in the treatment group was lower than the control group.The total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 90%(54 /60)and 65%(39 /60)respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups(χ2 =10.75,P =0.00).The incidence rates of side effects in the treatment group and the control group were 1.7%(1 /60)and 6.7%(4 /60)respectively,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ2 =0.84,P =0.36).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with acu-point injection can significantly reduce the hiccup symptom score of post -stroke intractable hiccup patients on the 3, 5 and 7 days after treatment,and improve the total effective rate.

Objective To detect the expression and function of cysteinyl leukotriene receptors (CysLTRs)in keratinocytes.Methods Human keratinocytes were isolated from the tissue of foreskin by digestion with dispase Ⅱ and trypsin,and subjected to primary culture.By using confocal laser scanning microscopy and reverse transcriptase PCR,the localization and expression of CysLTRs were studied in kemtinocytes.respectively.Some primarily cultured keratinocytes were pretreated with leukotriene D4 (30 nmoi/L),MK571(300 nmol/L),and BAYu9773 for 5 minutes followed by the detection of intmcellular calcium level using the Ca2+ indicator dye Fura-2/AM as well as cell proliferation bv MTT assay.Results The expressions of CysLTR1 and CysLTR2 were observed in cultured keratinocytes,and they were mainly located on cell membrane,partly in cytoplasm and nuclei.Compared with non.stimulated cells,a significant increase Was noted in the expression of CysLTRs,especially in the nuclei of keratinocytes stimulated by LTD4(P＜0.05),together with an elevation in intracellular calcium level(42.27±3.00 mmol/L,P＜0.01)and acceleration in cell proliferation (P＜0.01).However,both MK571 and BAYu9773 could completely block the effect of LTD4 on intmcellular calcium level and cell proliferation.and there was no significant difference in the blocking effect between MK571 and BAYu9773.Conclusions Functional CysLTRs are expressed in human keratinocytes.and they carl increase the intracellular calcium level in,and cell proliferation of,keratinocytes.

OBJECTIVETo control the quality of the product, quantitative fingerprint was used to evaluate the composition of the amino acids in the Xingnao Tongluo injection.

METHODThe method of the quantitative fingerprint to the amino acids composition was established through AccQ Tag precolumn derivatization. The quality was evaluated by the quantitative test of the amino acids and the similarity in ten batches.

RESULTThe Xingnao Tongluo injection contained 12 amino acids and the contents of these amino acids were stable. All the ten batches of the samples had similarity of more than 0.90.

CONCLUSIONThe method was accurate, feasible and could be a simple and effective way to evaluate the quality of the traditional Chinese medicine.

Through retrieval of all medical journals of CNKI and VIP from Jan. 1996 to Oct. 2012, ninety-nine articles were selected and analyzed. The result shows that reliable effect can be found in pain relieving, especially in pain of muscles and soft tissues. In mechanism research, action mechanism of Fu's subcutaneous needling (FSN) on pain relieving is expounded through theory of traditional medicine and modern medicine. Although the effect of FSN on pain relieving has been confirmed by numerous clinical trials, it is still lack of explanation on mechanism revealing. The further studies should focus on mechanism expounding, improving research methods and selecting more objective and reasonable evaluation system. Therefore, the effectiveness and scientificalness of FSN can be further enhanced.

[ ABSTRACT] AIM: To explore whether autophagy is involved in the excessive death of renal tubular epithelial cells in subtotal nephrectomy ( SNx) rats and the relationship between autophagy and necroptosis in the kidney of SNx rats. METHODS:Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to control group ( n=6 ) and SNx group ( n=42 ) .The rats in SNx group were subjected to SNx.Sham surgery was performed in the rats in control group.The rats in SNx group were divided into subgroups at 0, 4, 8 and 12 weeks ( n=6) and the other rats in SNx group were divided into SNx+vehi-cle group, SNx+necrostatin-1 (Nec-1) group and SNx+3-methyladenine (3-MA) group.The expression of RIP1, RIP3, LC3 and beclin-1 at mRNA and protein levels was measured at 0, 4, 8 and 12 weeks by qPCR and immunohistochemistry. The effects of Nec-1 or 3-MA on the protein expression of LC3-I, LC3-II and beclin-1, and production of reactive oxygen species ( ROS) in the rat kidney were determined by Western blot and DCFH-DA staining.The death of renal tubular epi-thelial cells in the SNx rats was observed by TUNEL staining and electron microscopy.Finally, the effects of Nec-1 and 3-MA on blood urea nitrogen ( BUN) , serum creatinine ( SCr) and the pathological changes of the renal tissues were ana-lyzed.RESULTS:The highest mRNA and protein levels of RIP1, RIP3, LC3 and beclin-1 appeared at the 8th week after SNx (P<0.01).Compared with the rats in SNx+vehicle group, the protein over-expression of LC3-II/I and beclin-1, re-nal tubular epithelial cells with typical morphological features of necroptotic cell death and TUNEL-positive renal tubular
cells were decreased in the SNx rats treated with Nec-1 and 3-MA (P<0.01), but 3-MA did not reduce the increased con-centration of ROS.In addition, treatment with Nec-1 and 3-MA obviously reduced BUN, SCr (P<0.05), glomeruloscle-rosis index and tubulointerstitial injury score (P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Autophagy participates in the excessive death of renal tubular epithelial cells in SNx rats.Inhibition of autograph prevents necroptotic cell death of renal tubular cells, and alleviates chronic renal injury in SNx rats.

Objective To study the role of Mycoplasma genitalium(Mg)infection in chronic non- bacterial prostatitis.Methods Culture and two PCR systems were performed on prostatic secretion specimens from 487 patients with chronic non-bacterial prostatitis and 75 health men in Changchun regions. Objective To discuss the value of moving darkroom and accompanying X-rays protective shield in endemic fluorosis areas.Methods Using moving and fixed darkrooms,the X-rays photos of the forearms and shanks of the 320 persons were developed in the endemic fluorosis areas,while the time for development and installing-uninstalling films was documented.The films develpoed in the darkroom were evaluated for the quality.Results Among the 320 films develpoed in the moving darkroom,the 268 had fingerprints,47 had scratches,298 were in good quality(93.13%),while in the fixed darkroom,the figure was correspondingly 735,384,227(70.93%);The moving darkroom increased excellent film rate significantly than fixed darkroom(χ2=53.43,P＜0.01),The detectable rate of skelelal fluorosis and degree Ⅰ skelelal fluorosis were highter than that in the fixed darkroom did (χ2=10.34,χ2=9.56,P＜0.01).Conclusions The films developed in moving darkroom have superior quality and higher diagnostic value,so it is important to use moving X-rays photographing in ecdemic fluorosis areas.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effect of nutrition protection on oxidation damage of the submarine men.

METHODS50 submarine men were randomly divided into test group and control group, 25 persons each. The test group member took VitB2 5 mg, VitC 200 mg, GPC capsule 50 mg, once every other day and VitA capsules 25 000 units for every week during the sea-voyage. The total anti-oxidative capacity (T-AOC), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), the proliferation of peripheral-blood lymphocyte (PPL), the hemolytic degree of RBC and IFN-gamma were detected.

RESULTSBefore sea voyage, the difference in the T-AOC and SOD and PPL and IFN-gamma and the MDA content and the hemolytic degree of RBC between the test group and the control group were not significant (P>0.05). After sea voyage, the T-AOC and SOD and PPL and IFN-gamma in the test group [(24.08 +/- 0.10) U/ml, (44.85 +/- 0.96) U/ml, (0.29 +/- 0.05) (with H2O2), (0.34 +/- 0.04) (without H2O2) and (34.21 +/- 3.52) pg/ml] were higher than the control group [(21.06 +/- 1.10) U/ml, (42.80 +/- 1.46) nu/ml, (0.23 +/- 0.01) (with H2O2), (0.34 +/- 0.04) (without H2O2) and (31.89 +/- 3.52) pg/ml]. The MDA content and the hemolytic degree of RBC [(2.15 +/- 0.28) nmol/ml and (20.96% +/- 0.10%)] were lower than the control group [(2.44 +/- 0.32) nmol/ml and (23.12% +/- 0.77%)]. The difference was significant (P<0.05).

CONCLUSIONTo add antioxidant nutrients can improve the submarine men's antioxidant capacity.

The research range from the Chinese herbal medicine research, herbal origin, harvesting, processing, identification of traits, physical and chemical identification, modern research, character, taste, Indications, clinical application, processing, dispensing medicine, Chinese medicine specifications, usage, dosage, caution, efficacy indications to small packaging applications, drug research, management and other related issues, including traditional Chinese medicine theory, application and hospital management information; according to the general and part 16 content of the national "Health Information Data Element Standards", and the basic method of extracting data element to study and develop the data element of TCM clinical pharmacy information from the defining content. Correspondingly propose the ideas and methods of construction of the "Data Element Standard Directory of TCM Clinical Pharmacy Information", sort out medicine clinical information data element standard catalog, divided into basic categories, clinical application class, management class three parts, and set norms and standards of identifying data elements, definitions, allowable value of traditional Chinese medicine clinical information, and discuss the sources and standards of information collection, leaving the interface, standardized and scientific terminology, docking with the existing standards, maintenance and management program and oter issues.
