The informatization of traditional Chinese medicine resources is the basis of modern medicine. With a spatial attribute traditional Chinese medicine resources could be carried out for in-depth spatial analysis, data mining and traditional Chinese medicine resources regional industrial layout. In this paper, we took the data of Glycyrrhiza uralensis in the third national Chinese medicine resources survey as the experimental data, described the principles and structure of traditional Chinese medicine resources spatial information database. We also described the establishment of analysis model with the help of this spatial database.

BACKGROUND: Many studies have suggested that artificial joint replacement has a greater advantage in the treatment of cases of elderly osteoporosis, comminuted fractures and unable to internal fixation or failure of internal fixation. OBJECTIVE:To analyze the curative effect of cemented artificial femoral head arthroplasty for treatment of elderly unstable intertrochanteric fracture. METHODS: Totaly 18 patients with unstable intertrochanteric fracture, aged>75 years, were enroled and underwent cemented artificial femoral head arthroplasty. At 3 months after replacement, the curative effect was evaluated according to the Harris hip joint function score method. The early complications after replacement and long-term complications of prosthesis were observed by folow-up. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Al these 18 patients were folowed up for 13 to 34 months, and had no infections, pressure sores, femoral shaft fractures and other complications. X-ray films showed that the frauture healed wel, without prosthesis infection, dislocation, loosening, sinking and breaking. After 3 months of replacement, al patients returned to pre-injury level of walking function. The curative effect was excelent for eight cases, good for seven cases, fair for two cases, poor for one case. These results demonstrate that cemented artificial femoral head arthroplasty for treatment of elderly unstable intertrochanteric fracture has good biocompatibility and stability, and can restore the limb function of patients.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(21):2956-2958
OBJECTIVE:To study the chemical constituents of Sedum lineare. METHODS:Silica gel column chromatogra-phy,TLC and crystallization were adopted to isolate the chemical constituents of S. lineare. And chemical structures were analyzed and identified based on physicochemical properties and spectral data of compounds. RESULTS:A total of 6 sterols and 2 triterpe-noids were isolated from petroleum ether fraction of S. lineare, which were identified as stigmaster-5-ene-3β-ol-7-one(1),stigmas-ter-5-ene-3β,7α-diol(2),daucosterol(3),daucosterol palmitate(4),β-sitosterol(5),stigmaster-7-ene-3β-ol(6),δ-amyrin(7),andδ-amyrone(8)respectively. CONCLUSIONS:Compounds 3,4 and 7 are isolated from S. lineare for the first time, and compound 4 is isolated from genus S.lineare for the first time. The study has laid certain foundation for the quality evaluation of S. lineare.

Parenteral & Enteral Nutrition 1997;0(04):-
Objective: To discuss the way of early nutritional support in the patients after the liver transplantation. Methods: The nutritional support was used in 28 patients who had suffered the orthopetic liver transplantation (OLT).Parenteral nutrition was started as soon as possible after the operation. On the fourth day after the operation, enteral nutrition was also used. Results: 5 patients died from the postoperative complications. 23 patients survived and had been in better nutrition. Conclusion: The early nutrition support can play an important role in the patients recovery after OLT. EN should be administrated immediately when the gut functions.

Objective To establish the HPLC determination method of chlorogenic acid for developing the quality standard of Yinqiao Jiedu Oral Liquid. Methods HPLC method was performed on an E.Merck LiChrospher 100RP-18 column(250 mm? 4 mm,5 ? m).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrle and o.4 % phosphoric acid(10:100).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,column temperature was 30 ℃,and the detection wavelength was 327 nm.Results Chlorogenic acid was linear at the range of 0.12~ 0.63 ? g(r=0.999 6),the average recovery was 96.68 %,and RSD was 1.56 % .Conclusion This method is accurate, reliable, reproducible, and can provide evidence for the quality control of Yinqiao Jiedu Oral Liquid.

Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2003;23(2):154-7
The feasibility of using cord blood mesenchymal stem/progenitor cells (CB-MSPCs) to regenerate cardiomyocytes and the optimal inducing conditions were investigated. The CB mononuclear cells were cultured in low serum DMEM medium to produce an adherent layer. After expansion, the adherent cells were added into cardiomyocyte inducing medium supplemented with 5-azacytidine. Cardiogenic specific contractile protein troponin T staining was performed to identify the cardiomyocyte-like cells. The results showed that the frequency of CB-MSPCs clones in CB mononuclear cells was 0.5 x 10(-6) and about 1.3 x 10(7)-fold expansion was achieved within 20 sub-cultivation. After cardiogenic induction, 70% CB-MSPCs was differentiated into cardiomyocyte-like cells. It was indicated that low serum culture could expand CB-MSPCs extensively and the expanded CB-MSPCs could be induced to differentiate into cardiomyocyte-like cells in high efficiency.

Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2020;55(11):2549-2557
Tumor cells can metabolize glucose through glycolysis to intermediates for biomacromolecule synthesis by inhibiting the activity of the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex (PDC) in mitochondria. In this process, pyruvate dehydrogenase kinases (PDKs) play a key role. The inhibition of the activity of PDKs can effectively block this metabolic pathway, activate mitochondrial oxidative metabolism, and induce tumor cell apoptosis. PDK inhibitors have become a research hotspot in medicinal chemistry, and novel structures targeting classical binding sites have been synthesized. In this paper, recent research progress on PDK inhibitors is reviewed to provide information on these latest entities and to explore their clinical applicability.
