Objective To observe the expression of aquaporin-1(AQP1)in rats with acute lung injury induced by radiation,and discuss the protection of Tanreqing for rats with acute lung injury.Methods A total of 20 SD healthy rats were randomly assigned into 4 groups,including the comparison group,the radiation group(0.9％ NaCl 0.2ml),the dexamethasne group(5mg/kg)and the Tanreqing group(0.67ml/kg).Strat intraperitoneal injection one day after radiotherapy,the rats were sacrificed after 7 days.The pathological changes of lung tissues were observed by HE stain.AQP1 expressions in lung tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR test.Results Compared with the radiation group,there was an obvious amelioration in pathological injury of lung tissue in the dexamethasne and Tanreqing groups.AQP1 was increased significantly in comparison group(0.8006±0.05846),but AQP1 was decreased in the radiation group (0.4938±0.03477)(P＜0.05),and AQP1 was increased after the Tanreqing and dexamethasne treatment(0.6492±0.03477,0.6664±0.03251) (P＜0.05).Conclusion Tanreqing may have beneficial effects on radiationinduced lung injury by regulating AQP1 expression in the lungs of rats.

[ Objective ] To investigate the relationship between tongue manifestations and immune function in chronic hepatitis B with HBsAg, HBeAg and HBcAb positive. [Methods] Among the cases of HBsAg, HBeAg and HBcAb positive from the out - patient department and health screening survey, 200 chronic hepatitis patients and 100 asymptomatic HBV carriers with glumatic - pyruvic transaminase at normal level were included. Thirty healthy volunteers served as control. Relationship of tongue manifestations with phytohemagglutinin (PHA) skin test and the serum levels of immunoglobulin (Ig) G, IgA and IgM was analyzed. [Results] With the development of chronic hepatitis, the immune function became disordered and tongue manifestations abnormal. Reddish tongue with or without yellowish greasy fur or yellowish fur showed the hyperactivity of immune function; whitish swollen tongue with or without whitish greasy fur indicated the hypoactivity of immune function; dull purplish tongue was the sign of disordered immune function. Objective To compare the effect of active compression-decompression cardiopulmonary resuscitation(ACD-CPR) with standard- cardiopulmonary resuscitation(S-CPR) on ventricular function in a canine ventricular fibrillation model. Methods Ventricular fibrillation was induced in anesthetized and instrumented canine. Twenty-four dogs were randomly assigned to either ACD-CPR group or S-CPR group.After 4 minutes of untreated VF,two-dimension echocardiography was used to evaluate the left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of every canine of the two groups when they were undergoing cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Results During ventricular fibrillation, both ACD-CPR group and S-CPR group showed decreased LVEDV compared with pre-ventricular fibrillation, but not statistically significant( P ＞0.05).LVEDV was increased in ACD-CPR group compared with S-CPR group, but not statistically significant (P＞ 0. 05). Both ACD-CPR group and S-CPR group showed significantly increased LVESV compared with pre-ventricular fibrillation,of which the difference was statistically significant ( P ＜0. 001). Both ACD-CPRgroup and S-CPR group showed significantly decreased LVEF compared with pre-ventricular fibrillation,of which the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0. 001). LVEF was increased in ACD-CPR group compared with S-CPR group,of which the difference was statistically significant ( P = 0.019). Conclusions Compared with S-CPR,ACD-CPR resulted in higher LVEF.

Objective To investigate the homology of methicillin-resistant Stphylococcusaureus(MRSA)from the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)of a children's hospital,and evaluate routes and preventive strategies of MRSA healthcare-associated infection(HAI). Methods MRSA strains from neonates and environment of NICU between October and December 2014 were collected,and strains were identified by VITEK-2 microbial analysis system and cefoxitin Kirby-Bauer method,homology of MRSA was analyzed by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE ). Results A total of 6 MRSA strains were isolated from NICU between October and December 2014,3 of which (bed-58,70,and 100)were detected MRSA from specimens,MRSA were isolated from neonatal incubator and nurse (nasal swabs and hands)who cared for neonate at bed 58. 5 of 6 MRSA strains were homology,antimicrobial susceptibility testing result showed that No. 1-5 strains were resistant to clindamycin and amoxicillin/clavulanic acid,No. 6 strain was slightly different from No. 1-5 strains,No. 6 strain was susceptible to both clindamycin and amoxicillin/clavulanic acid. PFGE results showed that No. 1-5 strains were of the same type,No. 6 strain was a different type. Conclusion The main route of this MRSA transmission is contact transmission,especially through the hands of health care workers,identification and analysis of epidemic strains by PFGE technique is an effective measures to prevent HAI outbreak and perform epidemiological study.

Objective To understand the situation of iodine of Taishan nuclear power station employees,and assess the relationships between iodine nutrition and thyroid nodule of Taishan nuclear power station in Taishan,Guangdong.Methods Totally 300 people were selected from of Taishan nuclear power station through stratifiedrandom sampling method,random urine samples were collected and urinary iodine level was tested in 2014.According to 20 to 29 years old,30 to 39 years old,40 to 59 years old,3 age groups were sampled,and each age group was 100 people.Drinking water and edible salt samples of the of nuclear power station were collected and iodine level was tested.Daily dietary intake of the staff was investigated,and daily iodine intake was calculated.Result of thyroid B ultrasonic of the employees (1 091) were studied,and detection rate of thyroid nodule was calculated.Results Totally 308 urine samples were tested,and the median urinary iodine was 193 μg/L.The difference of urinary iodine between 20-year-old group (201 μg/L) and 30-year-old group (165 μg/L) was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).A total of 9 iodized salt samples were collected,with an average iodine value of (24.4 ± 0.5)mg/kg.A total of 9 water samples were collected,the median of water iodine was 20.5 μg/L in 3 centralized water supply samples.The daily iodine intake per capita of the staff was 274.0 μg/d,the highest contribution among all the varieties of food was iodized salt,the second was seafood,which were 45.26 percent and 41.86 percent,respectively.A total of 99 thyroid nodules and suspicious nodules were detected in 1 091,and the prevalence was 9.07 percent (99/1 091).The prevalence of people aged 40-59 [15.6％ (22/141)] was significantly higher than those of people aged 20 to 29 [8.1％ (51/633)] and aged 30 to 39 [8.2％ (26/317)],and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The iodine nutrition of Taishan nuclear power station employees is appropriate as a whole.The detection rate of thyroid nodules is higher in people aged 40 to 59.

Objective To investigate whether the release of fibroblast growth factor-1 ( FGF-1 ) was changed after inhibition of S100A13 gene (small hairpin RNA, shRNA)and serum-deprivation in human thyroid cancer cells (TT cells ). Methods The S100A13-shRNA pENTRTM/U6 entry vector was transfected into TT cells. The expression of S100A13 mRNA and protein was detected by immunoflurescence, real-time RT-PCR, and Western blot. Then TT cells were treated with S100A13 gene inhibition and serum-deprivation. The changes in release of FGF-1 were detected by indirect immunoflurescence, RT-PCR, and ELISA. Results S100A13 shRNA transfected TT cells (S100A13 RNAi cells)had a reduction of S100A13 gene and protein expression by 80%.Indirect immunofluorescence indicated FGF-1 was mostly localized in the cytoplasm and nucleus of TT cells in primary culture. When serum-deprivation stress was given to TT cells, FGF-1 in cytoplasm almost disappeared in the cells at 6 h. RT-PCR indicated that when serum-deprivation stress was given to TT cells the mRNA of FGF-1 was reduced. ELISA showed that with inhibition of S100A13, the release of FGF-1 was reduced (P＜0.05).Conclusion S100A13-shRNA pENTRTM/U6 entry vector transfected TT cells may inhibit the expression of S100A13 and reduce the release of FGF-1.
