Seventy C57BL/6 mice were divided into control group,lard group,lard transferred into safflower oil group,and safflower oil group.After 20 weeks,the white adipose tissues were taken to analyse the gene differentiational expression prolife.The results showed that body weight,blood glucose and lipids,and insulin levels in lard group were higher than those in control group( all P＜0.05 ),which were decreased after lard was transferred into safflower oil for 10 weeks( all P＜0.05 ).Safflower oil regulated some of the orexigenic genes,anorectic genes,and the genes involved in energy expenditure in adipose tissues such as opioid receptor,glucagon,and PPARα.

This paper reviews the common approaches for B cell epitopes and T cell epitopes study in recent years, and its application in foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV)’s antigen epitope study. The development of antigen epitopes of FMDV are also summarized.

Objective To compare the difference of serum heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and carbon monoxide(CO) levels between the patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) caused chronic heart failure(CHF) and CHD patients with normal cardiac function,and further to explore the protective mechanism of HO-1/CO system during the pathogenesis process of CHF.Methods Ninety-one patients with CHF were selected as the observation group and 72 CHD cases with normal cardiac function were taken as the control group.The concentration of HO-1 was determined by ELISA arid the Chalmer S method was used to detect serum CO concentration.The general clinical data of the two groups were recorded by the using the heart failure questionnaire.And the liver and kidney functions,blood lipids,NT-proBNP,BNP and cardiac echocardiography examination were performed.Results The serum HO-1 level in the observation group was (8.13±0.27)ng/mL,which was higher than (2.80±0.52)ng/mL in the control group;the CO level in the observation group was (0.35±0.06)mg/L,which was lower than(0.59±0.07)mg/L in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01);the HO-1 level in the observation group was gradually increased with the increase of cardiac function grade (P＜0.01);while the CO level was decreased with the increase of cardiac function grade (P＜0.01).Conclusion The serum HO-11evel in the patients with CHF is highly expressed with the heart failure aggravation;endogenous CO is gradually decreased due to consumption after cardiac failure aggravation.

In recent years,using stem cells to repair the bladder defect is a hot issue on the studies of bladder tissue engineering.They are ideal seed cells for bladder regeneration of tissue engineering depending on their self-renewal and multi-differentiation potential.In this paper,we give a review on the use of embryonic stem cells and adult stem cells as seed cells to repair the bladder defect by tissue engineering approach.

ObjectiveTo selected the safe dosage of intrathecal injection of sufentanil for preemptive analgesia in lower limb orthopaedic surgery.MethodsSelected 96 patients who ASA classification Ⅰ - Ⅱ grades undergoing elective lower limb orthopaedic surgery with subarachnoid epidural block down,they were divided into six groups by random number table and double blind method,each group of 16 cases.Group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ received 0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25,0 μ g/kg of intrathecal sufentanil and 2.5 ml of 0.5％ levobupivacaine.Observed and recorded the duration of block level of pain to T10,visual analog score (VAS)postoperative at 2,4,6,8,12,24,48 h,and side effects.ResultsThe duration of block level of pain to T10 of group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,Ⅵ was (245.6 ± 34.2),(259.3 ± 36.7),(268.9 ± 37.8),(286.6 ± 38.8),(287.7 ± 39.1 ),(228.6 ± 31.4) min.There was no significant difference between group Ⅳ and group Ⅴ (P ＞ 0.05 ),the differences of other groups were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05 ).Compared with group Ⅴ,VAS of group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ at 6,8,12,24,48 h after operation was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05),and they were lower than the other three groups(P ＜ 0.05 ).There were no respiratory depression occurred after operation in group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅵ,4 cases occurred in group Ⅴ.ConclusionThe best of effective dose of intrathecal injection of sufentanil for preemptive analgesia in lower limb orthopaedic surgery is 0.20 μ g/kg.

Objective To investigate the geographic distribution of 5-HT2A T102C genotypes frequency in the PLA schizophrenia patients. Methods The 5-HT2A receptor gene T102C polymorphism was analyzed for genotyping by the method of polymerase chain reaction(PCR)in 177 male PLA schizophrenia patients. Results The distribution of 5-HT2A genotypic frequencies in 177 male PLA schizophrenia patients were 0.07~0.33(? 2=4.44,P=0.617 1) for A1A1, 0.50~0.72 for A1A2 (? 2=1.14, P=0.942 2), and 0.17~0.29 for A2A2 (? 2=0.93, P=0.985 7), respectively. There was no significant correlation between 5-HT2A frequencies and different populations. Conclusion The frequencies of 5-HT2A T102C genotypes in the PLA schizophrenia patients were uniform in different populations.

The peroneal artery chimeric bone flap combined with chimeric flap of lateral femoral circumflex artery was applied in the repair of a case defects of both ulna and radius arteries combined with large extensive ring-like soft tissue defects of forearm in November, 2018, causing no blood supply to the hand. In the one-stage surgical procedure, anastomosis of the ulnar and radial arteries with the pedicle of the 2 flaps by Flow-through anastomosis were performed and the blood supply of the forearm and hand was restored. Six months after the surgery, the rotation functions of forearm, wrist joint and fingers were recovered. The patient was able to carry out daily activities and some of precision tasks.

Objective To discuss the curative effect and functionary mechanism of intraparotid injection on Sjogren’s syndrome (SS), validate the action of restoring the parotid configuration destroyed by immunoreaction and protecting unspoiled parotid, testify the action of improving the function of parotid excreting saliva by intraparotid injection. Methods Patients diagnosed as SS were divided into control group and treatment group. The patient of two groups were all treated by the same dosage hormone and Runzaoling capsule, at the same time, the treatment group were added the intraparotid injection. To study adhesion of human bifidobacterial strains to cultured human intestinal epithelial cells in vitro mediated by purified adhesin. Results showed that the binding of human bifidobacterial strains to human intestinal epithelial cells appeared to be specific. The adhesion was time and dose-dependent.These data suggested adhesion of human bifidobacterial strains to cultured human intestinal epithelial cells in vitro can be mediated specifically by purified adhesin.

Objective To investigate the relationship between diagnosis and treatment of the primary peritoneal carcinoma(PPC)and its prognosis.Methods The clinical materials of 10 women,who were diagnosed with PPC,were analyzed retrospectively from Mar.2000 to Nov.2006.Results We found that PPC has lower rate of incidence,higher rate of wrong diagnosis,wider spread in pelvis cavity and abdominal cavity and had no significant clinical signs and symptoms specificity.All of the patients needed cytoreductive surgery,but the majority of rudimental focus diameter is larger than 2 cm.After the operation,platinum combined other chemotherapeutic drug were needed.Conclusion Abdominal distention,ascites,abdominal pain are the main symptoms and signs of PPC.we need choose cytoreductive surgery as much as possible.Extra trauma to patients will affect restoration and survival time of patients and the effect of chemotherapy.We also found the effect of abdominal cavity chemotherapy may be better than that of chemotherapy in vein.
