Objective To know the contents and changes situation of trace elements among children aged 0-6 years old in Chengdu are‐a .Methods The BH5100T atomic absorption spectrometry was adopted to detect the levels of trace elements Cu ,Zn ,Ca ,Mg ,Fe in 786 children aged 0-6 years old undergoing the physical examination in our hospital from April 2015 to November 2015 .The detection results were statistically analyzed .Results The deficiency rates of Cu ,Zn ,Ca ,Mg and Fe in Chengdu area were 0 .4% ,5 .0% ,18 .1% ,9 .5% and 8 .3% respectively ,in which the deficiency rates of Ca in children aged <1 ,1 ,2 ,3 ,≥ 4 years old were 47 .4% ,27 .5% ,12 .6% ,9 .9% and 11 .9% respectively ,indicating that the Ca deficiency rate in children < 1 years old was higher .The Ca deficiency rate had statistical differ‐ence among different age groups(P<0 .05) ,and there were no statistically significant differences in the deficiency rates of several trace ele‐ments among different age groups of male and female children .Conclusion The abnormality rate of trace elements among children aged 0-6 years old in Chengdu area is higher ,in which the Ca deficiency rate is highest ,meanwhile the Mg and Fe were lack too .The trace element content in children is closely related with the feeding habit .The 0-6 years old children in this area should pay attention to the supplement of trace elements ,especially supplement of Ca ,meanw hile breastfeeding is advocated .

Objective To explore the correlations between Annexin A1 protein expression and clinicopathological character-istics in carcinoma of papillary thyroid.Methods The different expressions of annexin A1 in papillary thyroid tissue and para-cari-noma tissue were investigated by immunohistochemistry.Results Among 69 samples tissues of papillary thyriod carcinoma,the positive rate of annexin A1 was higher than that of 69 para-carcinoma tissues(88.41%vs .8.69%),there was a significant difference (P <0.05).Furthermore,the expression of annexin A1 was correlation with the lymph node metastasis and tumor size,which was higher in ≥1 cm diameter of tumor(P <0.05).Conclusion High AnnexinA1 positive expression in papillary thyroid cancer tissues is associated with tumor malignant progression,which might be a valuable predictor and potential target for the diagnosis and treat-ment of papillary thyroid carcinoma.

Objective Investigate the effect of EC50 of propofol target-injection in the different TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) physique types of patients who are in unconscious phase. Methods Depend on the standard protocol of TCM physique types sort and determination, we sorted 60 patients into three groups:Ping He (group A), Yang Xu (group B) and Yin Xu (group C), 20 patients per group. We applied the sequential experiment to measure the minimal EC50 and NI values of propofol when the patients were in the unconscious phase. Results The EC50 of propofol of group A, B and C are 3.85 μg/mL, 4.12 μg/mL and 3.43 μg/mL respectively. 95% confidence intervals of group A, B and C are 3.64 ~ 4.07 μg/mL, 3.92 ~ 4.33μg/mL and 3.26 ~ 3.60 μg/mL respectively. Conclusion There is a correlation between the different TCM physique types and the dosage of propofol target-injection.

The implantation of an intravascular stent has become a widely used minimally invasive treatment for coronary heart diseases due to its minimal invasiveness and high efficiency.But the long-term outcomes are often compromised by in-stent restenosis (ISR),which severely restricts its practical effectiveness.In this paper,the formation mechanism of ISR was discussed,and the effects of mechanical environment on ISR were analyzed from the view of solid mechanics.The research progress of stent expansion in vessels with 4 different shapes,including straight vessel,tapered vessel,bifurcation vessel and curved vessel was reviewed.Moreover,the correlations between vessel stress and vessel shape change caused by stent expansion and ISR were reviewed.Finally,based on the influence of different vessel shapes on stent expansion,a multi-objective optimization design method was proposed to improve the stent expansion performance and reduce the occurrence of ISR.

Objective : To evaluate the risk of cardiovascular disease in hypertensive patients managed by communities in Tongxiang in the next 10 years,and to provide evidence for the development of cardiovascular disease prevention strategies. Methods: The information about hypertensive patients managed by communities was collected from Tongxiang resident health records management system. The risk of ischemic cardiovascular disease（ICVD）in the next 10 years was assessed by the Assessment Scale of 10-Year ICVD Risk in Chinese. Results: A total of 27 173 hypertensive patients managed by communities with complete data were recruited,including 11 868 males,accounting for 43.68%,and 15 305 females,accounting for 56.32%. The median（inter-quartile range）of the total scores of 10-year ICVD risk in hypertensive patients was 8.00（3.00）,with 9.00（2.00）in males and 8.00（2.00）in females. The total scores of 10-year ICVD risk in males was significantly higher than those in females（P<0.05）. A total of 8 764 patients had high 10-year ICVD risk,accounting for 32.25%. The proportion of high10-year ICVD risk in females with hypertension was higher than that in males（P<0.05）. The weights of ICVD risk factors in males were 54.58% in age,17.42% in systolic blood pressure,14.27% in smoking,7.77% in body mass index,4.51% in total cholesterol and 1.45% in diabetes;the ones in females were 63.57% in age,14.63% in systolic blood pressure,9.81% in body mass index,6.00% in total cholesterol,5.88% in diabetes and 0.11% in smoking. Conclusion The ICVD risk of hypertensive patients managed by communities in Tongxiang is higher in the next 10 years. Male patients should focus on the control of blood pressure and smoking,while female patients should focus on the control of blood pressure and body weight.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) on the proliferation, apoptosis and function of hyperoxia exposed Type II alveolar epithelial cells (AEC II) isolated from premature rat lungs, and to explore the mechanism of the protective effect of HGF on hyperoxia-induced lung injury. METHODS: Type II alveolar epithelial cells from fetal rat lungs were cultured. After being purified, AEC II was randomly divided to 4 groups: air group (Air), hyperoxia group (HO), air plus hepatocyte growth factor group (Air+HGF), hyperoxia plus hepatocyte growth factor group (HO+HGF) . The mRNA levels of surfactant associated protein, SPs (including SPA, SPB, SPC) were measured by RT-PCR. The proliferation and apoptosis of AEC II were analyzed with flow cytometric assay and Western blot. RESULTS: (1) Compared with Air group, the apoptosis rate increased significantly in the HO group, while G(2)/M phase percentage and the protein expression levels of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) decreased significantly (P<0.01); the S phase percentage and the protein expression levels of PCNA increased significantly in the Air+HGF group. (2) In the HO +HGF group, the apoptosis rate was not significantly different, G0/G1 phase percentage decreased significantly, S phase, G(2)/M phase percentage and the protein expression levels of PCNA increased significantly compared with the HO group. (3) SPs mRNA levels significantly decreased in the HO group compared with those in the Air group. After HGF was added, SPs mRNA levels increased in the HO +HGF group and the Air+HGF group compared with the HO group. CONCLUSION Hyperoxia can inhibit the proliferation, increase the apoptosis rate and decrease SPs mRNAs levels of AEC II in vitro in premature rats, while HGF can partly inhibit the changes of SPs mRNAs levels and cell proliferation of AEC II resulted from hyperoxia, and HGF may play a protective role in hyperoxia-induced lung injury.

Objective - （ ） To evaluate the effect of job rotation on pain in wrist work related musculoskeletal disorders WMSDs （ ）Methods of physical therapists PTs . A total of 100 PTs from nine medical institutions were selected as the research subjects ， using judgment sampling method and they were divided into control group and intervention group by stratified random sampling ， method with 50 person in each group. The individuals in control group perform routine works. People in the intervention group were rotated between posts or added mobile shift replacements in daily work for 30 minutes. The duration of intervention was ， ， （ ） once a day five days a week for ten weeks. Visual Analogue Scale VAS score and pain duration were used as the evaluation ， indexes of intervention effect. The changes of indexes before intervention five weeks and ten weeks after intervention were Results ， compared between the two groups. Before intervention there was no significant difference in the VAS score and pain （ P ） duration between the control group and the intervention group all >0.05 . There was no significant difference in VAS score （ P ） and pain duration among the control group at three time points after intervention all >0.05 . The VAS score of PTs in the （P ）， intervention group at ten weeks was lower than that in the control group at the same time point <0.05 and it was lower than （ P ） that before intervention and at five weeks of intervention in the same group all <0.05 . The pain duration of PTs in the （ P ）， intervention group was lower than that in the control group at five and ten weeks after intervention all <0.05 and was lower （ P ） Conclusion ， than that before intervention at the same group all <0.05 . Rotating schedule can relieve WMSDs of PTs and the effect of intervention for ten weeks is more effective than that of intervention for five weeks.

Background Infective keratopathy is a key cause of corneal blindness in China,and fungal keratitis is proved to have a higher incidence and bigger threats in infective keratitis.Researches showed that topical immunology plays an important effect during the development of fungal keratitis,but its mechanism is still studying.Objective This experiment was to explore the critical immunocyte during the process of fungal keratitis.Methods Forty-eight SPF 12-week-old male C57BL/6J mice were included and randomized into the control group and model group.The fungal keratitis model closely mimicking human cornea infections was established in the mouse using scratch followed by incubation of fusarium solani on the cornea,and the mice in the control group scratched on the cornea only.Cornea was examined under the slit lamp at 0,6,9,12,24,72 and 120 hours after operation.The severity of keratomycosis was clinically scored based on the literature criteria.The inflammatory cells were identified using immnofluorescence label,and the number of the inflammatory cells was calculated and compared among different groups and time points.This study complied with the Statement of ARVO in the use of experimental animal.Both Experimental Animal Ethic Commission in Zhengzhou University and Life Science Management Commission approved this study proposal.Results After inoculation of fusarium solani,typical fungul keratitis signs were seen on the cornea.Severe corneal opacifieation occurred within 24 hours and peaked at 72 hours.However,only mild edema of cornea was exhibited and gradually recovered normal in the control group within 24 hours.The clinical score of inflammation was higher in the model group in various time points than that in the control group,and it was seen that 24-72 hours after operation,the score attached peak in the model group with a significant difference in comparison with the control group(P＜0.01).In 9,12,24,72 and 120 hours after operation,the number of neutrophil cells was significantly increased in the model group compared with control group (P＜0.05),and that in 12,24,72 hours after operation was significantly higher than the 6 hours(P=0.004,0.000,0.001).However,no significant differences were seen in the number of neutrophil cells between 9 or 120 hours and 6 hours after operation(P=0.772,0.323).The number of T lymphocytes in cornea was significantly increased in 72 and 120 hours in comparison with 6 hours in the model group(P=0.000,0.000),and from 72 to 120 hours after operation,the number of T lymphocytes was significantly higher than that of the contral group (P＜0.01).The neutrophil cell number was positive correlated with the inflammatory score in the early phase (r =0.593,P =0.000).T limphocyte emerged in late phase but no significant correlation with the clinical score (r＝0.315,P=0.062).Conclusions Neutrophil cells play a critical role in the development of fungal keratitis in early stage.
