The cover letters from 123 affiliated medical institutes in 57 Universities were selected.The departments giving cover letters or signing and the contents of academic standard in the cover letters were summarized and analyzed. It found that the departments were not unified and the contents of the academic standard were little. The same standard was deficient about violation of the academic standard in manuscripts. In this paper it was proposed that the Universities should make standard for the cover letters from their affiliated medical institutes. It could decrease the violation of the academic standard.

Objective:To observe the impact of rehabilitation training,acupuncture-moxibustion combined with Danshen Chuanxiongqin acupoint injection on the patients with shoulder-hand syndrome (SHS) after cerebral infarction (CI).Methods:82 patients with SHS after CI from March 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into the group A and the group B (n=41).Patients in the group A received comprehensive drug therapy,acupuncture and rehabilitation training,the group B was given Danshen Chuanxiongqin acupoint injection therapy based on the group A.Before and after treatment,the upper limb movement function score (FMA),digital pain score (NRS),the degree of swelling in the shoulder joint,shoulder joint of motion (ROM),and neural function defect scale (CNFDS),daily life activities ability (MBI) and quality of life scores (WHOQOL) of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:After treatment,the scores of NRS,shoulder swelling,upper extremity CNFDS were significantly higher than those before treatment,the ROM,while the upper extremity FMA,MBI and WHOQOL of both groups were significantly decreased (P＜0.05),these index improved more significantly in group A than those of group B (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation training,acupuncture-moxibustion combined with Danshen Chuanxiongqin acupoint injection was more effective in the treatment of SHS after cerebral infarction than rehabilitation training and acupuncture-moxibustion.

ObjectiveTo assess gene chip application value in detecting pathogenic bacteria in intracranial infection cases.MethodsPrimers and probes aiming at the specific DNA sequences of 4 kinds of common pathogenic bacteria and 6 kinds of common drug resistance genes (DRGs) were designed and used to identify the bacteria and DRGs among 30 cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) specimens (12 positive,18negative in CSF culture) from patients with intracranial infection using multiplex polymerase chain reaction (mPCR) and gene chip.The results of gene detection were compared with those of CSF culture and drug sensitivity testing.ResultsBacteria were identified and DRGs were detected in 15 specimens; DRGs and 16S gene were detected in 8 specimens; neither bacterium nor DRG was detected in 7 specimens.ConclusionGene chip technique is characterized by its relative sensitivity and rapidity of detecting the pathogenic bacteria in CSF of intraeranial infection cases.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the transcription level of gene hld of Staphylococcus epidermidis in the biofilm forming and detaching under MIC antibiotic and explore the relationship between biofilm-related drug resistance and persistant infection.METHODS The transcription level of gene hld of S.epidermidis under MIC concentration of 4 antibiotics was compared with those of the control group without antibiotics by SYBR real-time fluorescent quantitative RT-PCR at the different time point of biofilm formation and detachment.RESULTS The transcription of gene hld decreased rapidly from initial adherence,and droped continuously for few hours.There was an increase from 24 hours to 72 hours in groups without antibiotics but not in antibiotics groups,the differenet was significant.CONCLUSIONS Antibiotics improve adherence at first and then prevent matrix decomposition water-conducting tube and detachment of cells by impact of transcription of gene hld,it can protect cells from killing by inhibiting the penetration of biotics and prevent them become planktonic cells after detachment from biofilm.

OBJECTIVE To analyze risk factors in order to provide scientific gist in diagnosis and treatment of central venous catheter related sepsis(CRS) in patients with total parenteral nutrition(TPN). Objective To investigate the effects of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) transplantation combining with vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) gene therapy on myocardium rebuilding,angiogene- sis,and heart function improvement in rats with myocardial infarction.Methods SD rat MSCs were isola- ted,cultured in vitro,labeled with BrdU and transfected by Ad.VEGF gene.Four weeks after left anterior descending artery was ligated to created rat myocardial infarction,cardiac function was examined with echocar- diography,rats were randomly divided into four groups (n=10 in each group):GroupⅠ:MSCs/Ad.VEGF implantation;GroupⅡ:MSCs implantation;GroupⅢ:Ad.VEGF injection;GroupⅣ:Control.MSCs dif- ferentiation was observed 4 weeks after transplantation.Immunohistochemistry and angiogenesis were observed. Echocardiography was performed to detect the effects on heart function.Results MSCs labeled with BrdU could be identified in host hearts in groupⅠandⅡ,most of them positively stained with cTnT antibody. Echocardiography indicated that the improvement of the LVEF value in groupⅠwas more significant than that in the other three groups (P＜0.01,respectively).Some cells were incorporated into the coronary capillaries in the infarcted region.The capillary density in groupⅠwas higher than that in the other three groups (P＜0.01,respectively).Conclusion MSCs implantation combining with VEGF gene therapy can obviously re- pair damaged myocardium and enhance the angiogenesis in ischemic heart tissue.
