1.Classification,Features and Selection of Emergency Transporting Ventilators
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(08):-
The clinical features of the emergent and seriously ill patients are summarized, the mechanisms, features and fields of applications of current commonly-used emergency transporting ventilators are studied and analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of various types of emergency transporting ventilators in the clinical application of emergency transporting are made comparisons. The technical development of domestic and foreign emergency transport ventilators is introduced, which points out that mini and multi-functional ventilators are the inevitable trend of emergency transporting ventilators and should be used in correspondence with specific clinical circumstances.
2.The adaptive response of low dose sodium nitrite pretreatment on cultured CHL cells to DNA damage caused by high dose sodium nitrite
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
AIM:To study if low dose NaNO2 can induce the adaptive response of cultured Chinese hamster lung cells(CHL cells)to DNA damage.METHODS:Single cell gel electrophoresis technique was used to detect the DNA damage in CHL cells exposed to NaNO2 at different concentrations.CHL cells were pretreated with NaNO2 of concentrations of 0.01 mg/L,0.1 mg/L and 1 mg/L respectively. And the adaptive response to the toxicity of 1g/L NaNO2 was observed. The activity of polyADP-ribose polymerase(PARP-1) of CHL cells was inhibited with 3-aminobenzamide(3AB) before or after pretreated with low dose of NaNO2.And the changes of the adaptive response were observed.RESULTS:The rate of tailing cells was 7.87% when the cells were exposed to 1 g/L NaNO2 without pretreatment with low dose NaNO2.An extremely remarkable statistics significance(P0.05).The adaptive response could be blocked when the activity of PARP-1 was inhibited with 3AB before the low dose pretreatment, but could not be blocked when the activity of PARP-1 was inhibited after low dose NaNO2 pretreatment 6 h.CONCLUSION:NaNO2 of concentration that equals to or lowers than 0.1 mg/L can induce the adaptive response of cultured CHL cells to DNA damage caused by high dose NaNO2 through PARP-1 activation. And the dose of NaNO2 that can induce adaptive response might not cause the DNA damage.
3.Sleeve gastrectomy model in DIO rat:establishment and evaluation
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the weight loss mechanism of sleeve gastrectomy. Methods SD rats were fed with high-fat diet to induce obesity, and then the obesity rats were randomly divided into experimental group(underwent SG) and control group(underwent sham surgery).Eight weeks after operation, the body weight, food intake and peripheral blood concentration of Ghrelin,GLP-1,PYY3-36 of rats were checked. Results Compared with controll group,in experimental SG model, food intake was decreased(P 0.05).Conclusions The weight loss of sleeve gastrectomy in DIO rats's decline is lasting and obvious. The postoperative effect of decreased Ghrelin and increased GLP-1,PYY3-36 is the main mechanism for weight loss.

5.Discussion on "removing stasis and regulating qi and blood" in the scraping therapy.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2016;36(4):428-430
Stasis is the critical causative factor and pathological production considered in clinic treatment. Promoting the circulation in blood vessel and removing stasis are equally important in treatment. Stasis is interactive with qi and blood. Removing stasis aims to regulating the circulation of qi and blood. Scraping therapy is one of the major approaches to stasis removal in TCM. In clinical practice, the stasis can be removed with scraping, bleeding and cupping, etc. Additionally, removing stasis with scraping should be combined with regulating qi and blood to enhance the therapeutic effect.

6.Interpretation of“European Evidence Based Consensus on Surgery for Ulcerative Colitis”
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2016;21(12):705-707
The goal of the consensus initiated by the European Crohn’s and Colitis organisation(ECCO)was to establish the European consensus guidelines for surgical treatment of ulcerative colitis. The consensus covered four parts:the preoperative phase, intraoperative phase, postoperative phase and special situations. This consensus guideline was published in“Journal of Crohn’s and Colitis”and posted on the websites of ECCo in 2015. Interpretation of main points of this consensus was presented in this paper.
7.The relationship of patent ductus arteriosus management and the development of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in very and extremely low birth weight infants
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2016;23(12):820-825
Bronchopulmonary dysplasia( BPD) is one of the common complications in premature in-fants,especially those with very and extremely low birth weight. Among all the related factors of BPD,the role of patent ductus arteriosus( PDA) and especially its management with the different approaches and tim-ing of interventions have received widespread attention. Research progresses of the relationship between patent ductus arteriosus management and the development of BPD were summarized . On the basis of that, the sug-gestions focusing on lowering the incidence of BPD in very /extremely low birth weight infants are recom-mended.
8.Advances in silent bran infraction
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2013;21(5):363-368
Silent brain infarction (SBI) is mainly diagnosed by brain imaging which is more common in the elderly population. It is considered as the early clinical stage of symptomatic cerebral infarction and cognitive impairment. Its risk factors include age, history of smoking, hypertension, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, carotid atherosclerosis, chronic kidney disease, atrial fibrillation, and obstructive sleep apnea. The related serum biological markers include high-sensitivity C reactive protein, homocysteine, cholesterol, uric acid, and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1.This article reviews the advances in research on the imaging characteristics, risk factors, serum biological markers and clinical significance of SBI.
10.Evaluation of Reference Planes Related to Wits Appraisal Measurement
Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the reliability and validity of three reference planes used in Wits appraisal measurement in evaluation of sagittal jaw relationship. Methods Lateral cephalo-radiography was performed before and after treatment in 25 patients with class Ⅱ division 1 of four premolars extraction. Wits appraisals were measured using the functional occlusal plane(FOP), bisected occlusal plane(BOP), and maxillary-mandibular bisector (MMB), respectively. The effect of different reference planes on Wits appraisals was analyzed. Results FOP and BOP showed a statistically significant change in their cant after treatment(P0.05). MMB Wits had the highest correlation with ANB angle (r=0.79, P
