1.Comparison of percutaneous versus open pedicle screw fixation for thoracolumbar fractures:a Meta analysis
Chongqing Medicine 2015;(6):810-812
Objective To compare the feasibility and efficacy of PPSF with OPSF for thoracolumbar fractures. Methods We searched the PUBMED,OVID and Cochrane CENTRAL databases through Jan 2014.All of the clinical trials included were extrac-ted and evaluated by two reviewers independently.Data were analyzed using RevMan 5.2.6 software by the Cochrane Collabora-tion.Results Seven studies including 353 patients met the inclusion criteria. The Meta analysis found there were significant differ-ences between the two procedures in intraoperation blood loss (RR = 1.89,95%CI :1.55 - 2.29,P < 0.05)and operation time (RR=1.21,95%CI :1.12-1.30,P <0.05).For the correction of sagittal Cobb′s angle and the anterior vertebral body height,a-nalysis did not find any significant difference between the PPSF and OPSF(P >0.05).Conclusion Both PPSF and OPSF are safe and efficacious internal fixation methods for treating thoracolumbar fractures, while,PPSF may cause less blood loss and cost less time.
2.Current understanding of ABCA1 in lipid accumulation
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2017;37(6):869-873
ATP-binding cassette transporter A1 (ABCA1) is an membrane protein, using ATP for transferring substances, modulated by liver X receptors(LXRs), retinoic X receptors(RXRs), sterol regulatory element binding proteins(SREBPs), microRNAs and other upstream modulators.ABCA1 plays an important role in multiple pathways related to lipid accumulation.Upregulating ABCA1 expression may slow-down lipid accumulation, thus offers a promising strategy for metabolic diseases.
3.FORENSIC PATHOLOGIC DIAGNOSIS OF SUDDEN DEATH CAUSED BY THE VIRAL MYOCARDITIS
Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1986;0(02):-
This paper reports the forensic pathological diagnosis of 3 cases of sudden death caused by the viral myocarditis. The mechanism of sudden death was discussed.
4.The Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Employment of Grade 2006 Undergraduates in a Medical University
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
Goal To research the major factors affecting medical undergraduates' employment.Method In combination with quantity and quality,we reasonably analyzed the factors affecting the employment of Grade 2006 undergraduates in a Medical University in Chongqing.Result The major factors consist of the inadequate knowledge、the increased condition admission、hidden rule and the unreasonable objects. Conclusion Medical universities should try their best to adapt to the development of the society and medical students should try to become the useful talents.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(02):-
The present study was to analyze the epitopes of autoantigen Dsg3 in pemphigus vulgaris (PV), and to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying autoimmune diseases. Based on the sequence analysis of autoantigen Dsg3 in Genbank five fragments of Dsg 3 cDNA (E1, E2, E3, E4, and E5) were cloned using RT PCR. Then PCR products were inserted into the expression vector pGEX 2T, and transformed into JM109 strain of E. coli. Dsg3 recombinant proteins were purified from the cell lysates. The epitopes of Dsg3 in PV patients were analyzed with five Dsg3 recombinant proteins by Western blot. The results showed that Dsg3 E1, E2 and E4 recombinant proteins reacted with PV patients′ sera, but not with control or normal sera. The dominant epitopes of Dsg3 in PV patients were different. The above data indicated that the epitopes of Dsg3 were located in E1, E2, and E4, which might play an important role in the pathogenesis of pemphigus vulgaris.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(05):-
OBJECTIVE To comprehend characteristics and risk factors of lower respiratory tract infection after tracheotomy.METHODS Lower respiratory tract infection condition of 60 cases with tracheotomy was investigated.Risk factors were analyzed.RESULTS The prevalence of nosocomial infection was 93.3%,mainly lower respiratory tract infection(82.1%).The most common pathogens were Gram-negative bacilli. This group of patients had the seriously underlying diseases. In the treatment they carried on the trachea intubation, the tracheotomy, oxygen inhalation, sputum aspiration, atomization and so on.The time the tracheotomy and days in hospital be longer, the lower respiratory tract infection be higher.CONCLUSIONS The trachea intubation, the tracheotomy, the time of tracheotomy and the longer days in hospital may be the risk factors which can cause the lower respiratory tract infection.
