1.Investigation and analysis of psychological state after needle stick injury among nurses

Objective To explore the psychological state after needle stick injury among nurses.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 256 nurses to understand their psychological state after needle stick injury, and the results underwent analysis.Results 220 nurses suffered needle stick injury among 256 nurses.79% nurses recognized that the serious result after needle stick injury was various blood-borne diseases.91% nuuses felt feared after needle stick injury.70% nurses felt inevitable to suffer needle stick injury. 10% and 11% nurses showed avoidance and turnover idea. Conclusions The majority of nurses show negative and fearful mental status after needle stick injury, but they think it is inevitable and give no sufficient attention to it, besides, the minority of nurses show less recognition to needle stick injury.

3.Mechanism of HAG priming protocols inducing apoptosis of leukemia cell lines in vitro

Objective To investigate the effect and the mechanism of different G-CSF-priming protocols on leukemia cell lines (HL-60 and U937) in vitro and provide the clinical guidance to clinical treatment of acute leukemia.Methods The leukemia cell lines HL-60 and U937 were used as model to detect the effects of three drugs alone and combined two drugs (HA) or three drugs (HAG) respectively.Cell viability and cell growth inhibition were performed by cell count kit-8 (CCK-8) assay.Apoptotic marker AnnexinV/PI,cell membrane surface antigen CD11b,cell cycle,mitochondrial membrane potential (JC-1) and Caspase-3 were determined by flow cytometry.Results After using of HAG for 48 h,HL-60 and U937 cells counts were decreased significantly and the apoptotic marker Annexin V was significantly increased. To compare the single drug group with two drug combination group,the result was significantly different (P <0.05),and the apoptosis of U937 cells was higher than HL-60 cell line.CD11b expression among the three groups did not change (P > 0.05).Using of CAG and MAG,the mitochondrial nembrane potential of HL-60 and U937cells was increased,the three-drug combination group was significantly higher than single-drug group and control group (P <0.05); Caspase-3 was activated,the fluorescence intensities of Caspase-3 of the three-drug combination group and single drug group were significantly higher (P <0.05) comparing with the control group.Conclusion HAG regimen could induce leukemia cells to apoptosis through the reduction of mitochondrial membrane potential and the activation of Caspase-3 to induce apoptosis of leukemia cells.

5.Developing Drug Counseling Service in Psychiatry Hospital: Experience and Analysis

OBJECTIVE: To offer guidance for psychiatric patients about rational drug use and improve patient's compliance.METHODS: Clinical pharmacists answered the questions encountered by patients during medication process by means of face-to-face talk with patients or their relatives and telephone inquiry.RESULTS: Patients' drug counseling in psychiatry department covered wide range,much as in the aspects of drug interactions and adverse drug reactions.Due to medication consultation service,patient's consciousness of rational drug use had been improved and some medication errors had been avoided,clinical pharmacists' professional knowledge has been enriched and clinical pharmacy has been enhanced and developed.CONCLUSION: The medication consultation service developed in psychiatric department is of positive practical significance in promoting rational drug use and improving clinical efficacy.
6.Three dimensional visualization technology in pancreatic surgery

The development of science and technology not only promotes the development of the society,but also has a great influence on the progress of medicine.The three dimensional (3D) printing technology together with other digital production modes will promote the realization of the third industrial revolution.New 3D equipments and concepts brought a huge leap of surgery,and pancreatic surgery is also benefited from this.The author has committed himself to the scientific research of 3D pancreatic surgery for decades,and applying 3D visualization technology of the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer,3D visualization of peri-pancreatic vessels,resectability evaluation of the pancreatic cancer and prevention of pancreatic fistula.This article presents a new idea on the development of pancreatic surgery and introduces not only the progress in the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic diseases in the era of digital medicine,but also the relative advantages brough about by the new equipments (such as da Vinci robotic surgical system,3D laparoscope).

OBJECTIVE:To eualuate in vitro antibacterial activities of silver nitrate and povidone-iodine for preventing ophthalmia neonatorum. METHODS:Minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) and mininmal bactericidal concentration (MBC) were deter-mined by double broth dilution method. RESULTS:For Stapanrens Streppnenmonia and N gonorhveae,the MIC50 of silver nitrate were<4~8μg.ml-1 and its MIC90 were 8~32μg.ml-1.The MIC50 of povidone-iodine were64~256μg.ml-1 and its MBC90were 512 μg.ml-1. CONCLUSION: Silver nitrate and povidone-iodine exhibited activities against common pathogens of ophthalmia neonatorum isolates.Silver nitrate was more active than povidone-iodine.
9.Effect of estrogen on astrocyte and synaptic plasticity in hippocampus of PTZ kindling rat model of epilepsy

Objective To investigate the effect of estrogen on gliosis, synaptic proliferation and reorganization in hippocampus of rats with chronic epilepsy induced by pentylenetetrazol (PTZ). Methods Thirty-two Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, PTZ kindling epilepsy group, estrogen+PTZ group and estrogen +Tamoxifen (mixed estrogen antagonist)+PTZ group. The PTZ kindling epilepsy group was intraperitoneally injected with 35 mg/kg PTZ once a day, then the behavior of the rats in one hour was observed. The estrogen interfered group was intramuscluarly injected of 0.6 ?g/kg ?-estradiol 6 h before PTZ injection, 1/3 d. The estrogen+Tamoxifen interfered group was injected of Tamoxifen into lateral cerebral ventricle 1 h before estrogen injection. If the severe epileptic seizures occurred three times, the rats were ready for detecting the expression of filial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) and synaptophysin (P38) by immunohistochemical technique. Results Epileptic seizure occoured earlier and more severely in most rats of estrogen interfered group than no estrogen interfered group. Rats in all model groups were found more astrocyte proliferation and positive synaptophysin staining, especially in the CA2, CA3 and hilar areas of dentate gyrus (DG) of hippocampus than control group. 10.Effect of transfected tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2 on nuclear factor-?B and protein kinase C of the injured rabbit vascular smooth cells

Objective To study the expression changes of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), protein kinase C (PKC) and nuclear factor-?B (NF-?B ) on the injured rabbit vascular smooth muscular cells (VSMC) transfected with tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2 (TIMP-2) vector. Methods Lipofectin method was used to transfect TIMP-2 vector into VSMC, Western blot analysis to detect TIMP-2 peptides and zymography assay to determine MMPs. The activities of MMPs and NF-?B were detected by electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA). The mRNA and protein expressions of PKC? were determined by RT-PCR and immunocytochemistry. Results The injured VSMC showed increased enzyme activity of MMP-2. There was very lower level expressions of PKC? and NF-?B in the normal VSMC but high in the injured VSMC.
