Objective To explore the psychological state after needle stick injury among nurses.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 256 nurses to understand their psychological state after needle stick injury, and the results underwent analysis.Results 220 nurses suffered needle stick injury among 256 nurses.79% nurses recognized that the serious result after needle stick injury was various blood-borne diseases.91% nuuses felt feared after needle stick injury.70% nurses felt inevitable to suffer needle stick injury. 10% and 11% nurses showed avoidance and turnover idea. Conclusions The majority of nurses show negative and fearful mental status after needle stick injury, but they think it is inevitable and give no sufficient attention to it, besides, the minority of nurses show less recognition to needle stick injury.

Objective To investigate the effect and the mechanism of different G-CSF-priming protocols on leukemia cell lines (HL-60 and U937) in vitro and provide the clinical guidance to clinical treatment of acute leukemia.Methods The leukemia cell lines HL-60 and U937 were used as model to detect the effects of three drugs alone and combined two drugs (HA) or three drugs (HAG) respectively.Cell viability and cell growth inhibition were performed by cell count kit-8 (CCK-8) assay.Apoptotic marker AnnexinV/PI,cell membrane surface antigen CD11b,cell cycle,mitochondrial membrane potential (JC-1) and Caspase-3 were determined by flow cytometry.Results After using of HAG for 48 h,HL-60 and U937 cells counts were decreased significantly and the apoptotic marker Annexin V was significantly increased. To compare the single drug group with two drug combination group,the result was significantly different (P ＜0.05),and the apoptosis of U937 cells was higher than HL-60 cell line.CD11b expression among the three groups did not change (P ＞ 0.05).Using of CAG and MAG,the mitochondrial nembrane potential of HL-60 and U937cells was increased,the three-drug combination group was significantly higher than single-drug group and control group (P ＜0.05); Caspase-3 was activated,the fluorescence intensities of Caspase-3 of the three-drug combination group and single drug group were significantly higher (P ＜0.05) comparing with the control group.Conclusion HAG regimen could induce leukemia cells to apoptosis through the reduction of mitochondrial membrane potential and the activation of Caspase-3 to induce apoptosis of leukemia cells.

Objective: To develop the Padua Inventory(PI) for the use of Chinese college students;explore the structure and examine the sex difference in non-clinical sample in China.Methods: The PI was filled by 1300 college subjects,including 680 males and 542 females(78 gender missing),aged 19.6?2.2,for exploratory factor analysis(EFA).The second sample has 30 college students from Peking University for test-retest study.Results: The results of EFA has four factors: impaired control over mental activities/doubting,worries of losing control over motor activities,contamination,and checking.Reliabilities of four factors are 0.94,0.85,0.86,0.83 for each and 0.96 for the total scores.The test-retest correlations of the four factors are 0.77,0.87,0.85,0.84 for each.Females scored significantly higher in factor 3(P=.000) while males scoring significantly higher in factor 4(P=.017).Conclusion: The results suggest that PI has eligible psychometric reliability,but needs further study for the validity in China.

Objective To study the expression changes of matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs), protein kinase C (PKC) and nuclear factor-?B (NF-?B ) on the injured rabbit vascular smooth muscular cells (VSMC) transfected with tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2 (TIMP-2) vector. Objective To investigate the effect of endovascular brachytherapy with Rhenium-188-filled catheter balloon on cell proliferation,phenotype of smooth muscle cell and secretion of transforming growth factor; to explore the possible mechanism of this method employed in restenosis prevention. Methods After the right common carotid arteries were overstretched by 3.5?20 mm balloon,twenty New Zealand White rabbits were randomized into irradiation (n=10) and control group (n=10). Endovascular bachytherapy was performed wth a 188[KG*2/2]Re filled 3.0?20 mm balloon catheter delivering a dosage of 16 Gy (0.5 mm underneath the luminal surface) in the irradiation group, whereas isovolume normal-sodium-filled balloon catheter was used in the control group for an equal period. Objective: To control the quality of Jinqiantonglin Oral Liquid and establish the determination of chlorogenic acid in the liquid. Methods: HPLC was used to determine the content of chlorogenic acid on ODS-2 column with a mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-water(10.5∶2.5∶87). pH was adjusted to 3.0 by acetic acid. UV detection wavelength was set at 325nm. Results: The linearity of chlorogenic acid standard was well and the average recovery was 100.07%, RSD was 1.47%(n=6).
