Objective: To explore early diagnostic value of combined detection of ischemia-modified albumin and other biochemical markers for acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Methods: A total of 156 patients, who received treatment within 4h because of chest pain onset, were divided into ACS group (n=112) and non-ischemic chest pain group (NICP group, n=44) according to coronary angiography (CAG). Blood sample was taken within 4h and during 4~8h after chest pain to measure cardiac biochemical markers, including ischemia-modified albumin (IMA), LDH, CK, CK-MB and cardiac troponin I (cTnI), comprehensive analysis was performed by detected results of above biochemical markers and CAG. Results: For diagnosis of ACS, within 4h after onset IMA possessed highest sensitivity (87.50%) and highest accuracy (80.77%), cTnI possessed highest specificity (95.45%); In 4～8h IMA still possessed highest sensitivity (91.07%), cTnI still possessed highest specificity（97.73%）, CK（85.90%），and IMA（85.25%）possessed highest accuracy （both CK and IMA had no significant difference）; According to comprehensive analysis, regardless of within 4h or during 4~8h after chest pain, IMA possessed highest sensitivity and highest accuracy, cTnI possessed highest specificity. Within 4h after chest pain, detection of IMA combined above-mentioned other four indexes increased sensitivity (89.28%), specificity （95.45%） and accuracy （91.02%）to highest level. Conclusion: For diagnosis of ACS, IMA possesses highest sensitivity and highest accuracy, cTnI possesses highest specificity; IMA combined above-mentioned other four indexes may increase sensitivity, specificity and accuracy to highest level.

Objective:To investigate the expression of miR-126-3p in thyroid cancer and the biological function.Methods:The expression of miR-126-3p in thyroid carcinoma,adjacent tissues and three types of thyroid cancer cells(TPC-1,FTC-133,8505C) were detected by RT-PCR;thyroid cancer cells were divided into analogue group(mimic) and control group(NC),which were respectively with the transfection of miR-126-3p mimic and negative control plasmid.The proliferation and apoptosis in two groups were respectively detected by Brdu-ELISA and flow cytometry.The migration and invasion were detected by Transwell Chambers method.Results:The expression of miR-126-3p in thyroid carcinoma was significantly lower than adjacent tissues(0.384±0.028 vs 0.981±0.039,t=10.291,P<0.05);the expression of miR-126-3p in TPC-1 was the lowest among three types of thyroid cancer cells.Compared with NC group,the proliferation of TPC-1 in mimic group was significantly inhibited,the same with migration(26.68±4.48 vs 82.21±3.65,t=17.789,P<0.05)and invasion(12.28±1.03 vs 34.43±2.10,t=8.103,P<0.05),which the apoptosis was significantly increased[(15.32±3.20)% vs (8.12±1.17)%,t=4.623,P<0.05].Conclusion:The miR-126-3p expression is reduced in thyroid cancer tissue,overexpression of miR-126-3p significantly suppresses the proliferation,migration and invasion of thyroid cancer cells,and promotes the apoptosis,miR-126-3p can play an important biological function as a cancer suppressor gene in thyroid cancer.

Objective To study the effects of treating limbs pain of patients with depression after cerebral apoplexy with self-designed hemiparalysis-washing formula.Methods 80 patients with limbs pain after cerebral apoplexy in our hospital from May 2013 to November 2013 were recruited into a control group and a treatment group randomly,40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with 30mg edamvone and 100ml 0.9％ sodium chloride or 0.5％ glucose injection,Ⅳ in 30min,and twice daily.Meanwhile,regular functional rehabilitation training was adopted for the patients.The treatment group was additional treated with self-designed hemiparalysis-washing formula on the basis of the control group.VAS,HAMD-24,MESSS,STREAM and therapeutic effects were evaluated in both groups after one month treatment.Results ① clinical therapeutic effects comparison:the total effective rate was 90％ and 70％ in the treatment group and the control group respectively,with statistical difference between the two groups (t=3.58,P＜ 0.01).② VAS,HAMD-24,MESSS,STREAM comparison:VAS,HAMD-24,MESSS,STREAM score was (2.28 ± 0.54)、(11.34 ± 3.02)、(13.49±4.27)、(44.76±20.71)in the treatment group respectively,and(2.90 ± 0.75) 、(14.24 ± 3.35)、(17.55 ±4.91) 、(34.56 ±15.56) in the control group respectively.Both groups showed obviously improvement than the before treatment,and the effects were better in the treatment group than the control group (all P＜0.05).Conclusion Self-designed hemiparalysis-washing formula improve limbs pain in patients with cerebral apoplexy and relieve their depression.

Results ① The incidence rates of Aschoff body were 37.5% (3/8), 46% (5/11) , and 50% (6/12) in Group Ⅰ, Group Ⅱ, and the control group. There was no difference in Aschoff body between the left and right atrial myocytes. ② There was no difference in myocytic degeneration, interstitial hyperplasia, and lymphocytes infiltration between the left and right atrial myocytes in each group. ③ Myolysis, accumulation of glycogen, and fibrosis were detected by electron microscopy in the 3 groups. Changes of myolysis and fibrosis were more obvious in patients with AF than patients without AF. Conclusion There are similar pathological changes in the left and right atria in rheumatic heart disease patients with or without AF. Fibrosis of atrial myocytes may be involved in the occurrence and maintenance of AF.

Objective To explore the effects of parents'participatory functional training on the prognosis of newborn babies with hypoglycemic brain injury.Methods Functional training was given to 32 parents of newborn babies with hypoglycemic brain injury and then carried out on their babies for three months.The clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy of the babies and parents'satisfaction with nursing care were then observed.Results The clinical symptoms of the babies were improved significantly after training, and the parents had significantly higher satisfaction with nursing care as compared to pretraining (p<0.01).After training, 22 babies showed significant clinical efficacy (68.75%) , 8 babies had the targeted effect (25.00%);and the total effect rate was 93.75%.Conclusion Parents'participatory functional training helps to improve the prognosis of newborn babies with hypoglycemic brain injury and reduce the incidence of neurological sequelae.

Objective:To investigate if in vitro chemotherapy can induce the EMT progress in gastric cancer (GC) cells. Method:The GC cell line, SGC7901, was treated using 5-Fu at a concentration of 30 μg/mL. The residual cells after four cycles of 5-Fu therapy were named as SGC7901/Fu. The morphological changes and malignant biological features, including the invasiveness and clone formation ability and the characteristics of cancer stem cell and biomarkers of EMT between SGC7901 and SGC7901/Fu, were compared. Results:The SGC7901/Fu cells displayed a mesenchymal appearance, decreased the expression of epithelial markers, and increased the expression of mesenchymal markers. The 50% inhibitory concentrations in the SGC7901/Fu and SGC7901 cells were (43.8 ± 7.2) and (64.6 ± 5.5)μg/mL, respectively. The number of cells that migrated through the basement-membrane of the Transwell chamber was 51.4 ± 8.7 and 93.2 ± 9.5, respectively. The rate of clone formation was 5.2%± 1.0%and 13.2%± 2.2%, respectively. The portions of the CD44+/CD24-cells were 4.13%±0.81%and 7.97%±0.50%, respectively. All differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The residual GC cells underwent EMT progress after 5-Fu treatment, with increased chemoresistance and ability of invasiveness and acquired the property of cancer stem cells.

OBJECTIVE:To study the effectiveness of the management measures on the enhancing of pharmacy services quality in our hospital.METHODS:The concerned data about the management measures such as rules that‘those who rece_ ived the prescriptions the first should be responsible for which’,activity that‘no error,no appealing for100days’,rules th_ at‘exchanging notebooks about working quality’,etc.,were analyzed by SPSS10.0software package.RESULTS:The ef?fective practice of management measures can increase patients'satisfaction and trust in the consultancy.CONCLUSION:The management measures are helpful in the enhancement of pharmacy services quality and the information communication between pharmacy department and the other concerned departments.

Objective To study the effect of ischemia reperfusion(IR) on electrophysiological function of sinoatrial node(SAN) in rabbits. Methods Ninety healthy adult rabbits were divided randomly into control group, ischemia groups (I) 10(I10 min), 30(I30 min), 60(I60 min) and 120 min(I120 min) and IR groups (10, 30, 60 and 120 min ischemia followed by 4 h reperfusion respectively)(I10 minR4 h, I30 minR4 h, I60 minR4 h and I120 minR4 h). There were 10 rabbits in the control group and each subgroup. IR injury model of SAN was established by occluding and loosening the start section of right coronary artery(RCA). The changes of AA interval and arrhythmia were recorded by electrocardiography and cardiac chamber electrography synchronously. Results ① There was no significant difference in AA interval between different time points in the control group. ② Sinus arrest(SA), sinus bradycardia with arrhythmia(SB), or atrial tachyarrhythmia(AT) were found in 51 rabbits (63.75%) out of 80 rabbits in I and IR groups in ischemic period. The incidence rate of arrhythmia increased in a time dependent manner. The AA intervals also increased by at least 40 ms in 54 rabbits (67.5%). ③ Sinus or atrial arrhythmia during ischemic period was found in 26 out of the 40 rabbits in IR group, but 15 returned normal after reperfusion. ④ Increased AA intervals were found in 27 out of the 40 rabbits in IR group during ischemic period. Most of them recovered to pre occlusion level within 10 min after reperfusion, but the AA intervals prolonged again in I60 minR4 h and I120 minR4 h groups as the reperfusion elongated. Conclusion ① These findings suggest that about 2/3 of the rabbit sinus node arteries may stem from right coronary artery. ② Electrophysiological changes due to ischemia of SAN resemble the electrocardiogram of sick sinoatrial node syndrome. ③ Reperfusion arrhythmia can be induced by reperfusion after a long time of ischemia.

Objective To investigate the effects of sevoflurane preconditioning on autophagy after traumatic brain injury (TBI) in rats and the role of C-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) signaling pathway.Methods Sixty adult male Sprague-Dawley rats,weighing 220-250 g,were randomly divided into 4 groups (n =15 each) using a random number table:sham operation group (group S),group TBI,TBI + sevoflurane preconditioning group (group TBI + Sevo) and TBI + sevoflurane preconditioning + JNK inhibitor SP600125 group (group TBI + Sev + SP).TBI models were established using Feeney' s method.In TBI + Sev and TBI + Sev + SP groups,the rats inhaled 2.4％ sevoflurane for 30 min once a day for 4 concecutive days,and TBI was produced at 24 h after the end of sevoflurane preconditioning.In TBI + Sev + SP group,SP600125 (6 mg/kg) was injected intrapetitoneally at 30 min after TBI.Five rats were chosen at day 1,3,and 7 after TBI,and neurological deficit score (NDS) was measured.The rats were then sacrificed and brains were removed to measure brain water content,expression of LC3 lⅡ and Beclin-1 mRNA (using PCR),and expression of LC3 Ⅱ,Beclin-1,JNK and phosphorylated JNK (p-JNK) (by Western blot).Results Compared with group S,brain water content and NDS were significantly increased,and the expression of LC3 Ⅱ and Beclin-1 protein and mRNA,JNK,and p-JNK was up-regulated in the other three groups.Brain water content and NDS were significantly decreased,and the expression of LC3 Ⅱ and Beclin-1 protein and mRNA,JNK,and p-JNK was down-regulated in TBI + Sev and TBI + Sev + SP groups as compared with group TBI,and in TBI + Sev + SP group as compared with TBI + Sev group.Conclusion The mechanism by which sevoflurane preconditioning mitigates TBI is related to inhibiton of activation of JNK signaling pathway and decreased autophagy in rats.
