College students' self cognition of the learning effectiveness influences their learning behavior greatly. Focusing on college students' self cognition of their learning effectiveness, and then standardizing their learning behavior is one of the important work of educators in colleges. Therefore this paper has designed the questionnaire of the influencing factors of learning effectiveness self cog-nition, used SIMPP analysis method to analyze it, and set up the relation model. The analysis shows that college students' self cognition of learning effectiveness is influenced not only by students' dili-gence level and the recognition degree of specialized subject, but also by the factors such as the attitude when you get the bad results. The result provides data basis and scientific basis for future practice and relevant research for educators in colleges.

BACKGROUND:The existing bone grafting apparatus are al long tubular-shape, antegrade bone grafting; however, the bone grains within the tube were difficult to put through, along with large bone loss. OBJECTIVE:To design a new concept of minimaly invasive bone grafting apparatus, so as to achieve the minimaly invasive bone grafting in vertebral body and intervertebral space. METHODS: On Solidworks 2012 software platform, the 3D three-dimensional solid modeling technology was employed to design a new concept of gun-shape bone grafting device with the characteristics of headend reversely placing at the grafting position and antegrade pushout, against the problems such as antegrade bone grafting, long bone grafting path and difficulty in bone grafting existing in precious percutaneous or/and transpedicular bone graft apparatus. The virtual assembly and simulative bone grafting surgery were performed with the bone grafting apparatus for observation of the instrument matching degree and grafting surgical procedures. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: A set of minimaly invasive gun-shape bone grafting apparatus was successfuly designed; its length was 20 cm in total; the length of the front semi-closed bone tube was 2.5 cm. There are two kinds of diameter specifications: inner diameter of 3.5 mm/outer diameter of 4 mm, and inner diameter of 5 mm/outer diameter of 6 mm. Virtual assembly revealed that the grafting apparatus were wel matched. Stimulative surgery displayed that the bone grain loading and launch were simple. The gun-shape bone grafting device is reasonable in design, avoiding pushing too long distance, bone pushing difficulties, bone loss and other problems in previous tubular bone grafting apparatus. Percutaneous, endoscopic vertebrae or intervertebral space minimaly invasive bone grafting can be performed with this apparatus.

Objective:To study the occlusion characteristics of the young subjects with bruxism before and after treatment by elastic occlusal splint. Methods:10 patients with bruxism and aged 22-27 years(n=10) were treated by elastic occlusal splint, before and 6 months after treatment they were examined by T-Scan occlusion detector. The occlusion time( OT) , disclusion time( DT) , oc-clusion force( OF) , the perentage of occlusion force( POF) , the changes of the position of center occlusal force( COF) and the asym-metry index of occlusion force(AOF) were observed and compared with those of the healthy controls(n=10). Results: ① In the case group there was significant difference in the OT and DT between left and right anterior teeth before treatment (P<0. 05), but not after treatment (P>0. 05). There was significant difference in the momevent of COF of left and right side, the POF of right side and the AOF between the 2 groups before treatment, but not after the treatment(P>0. 05). ② In the case group after treatment the OT and DT of left and right anterior teeth were shortened(P<0. 05). The POF of right side and the AOF were significantly improved. In the case group DT, OF center excursion, the left POF and the AOF showed no significant difference before and after treatment( P>0. 05). Conclusion:The occlusal factors such as early contact, lateral teeth synthetic interference, occlusal force center excursion have close relationship with bruxism. Elastic occlusal splint can effectively correct muscle dysfunction and make occlusal relationship more coordinated and stable, and therefore is effective in the treatment of bruxism.
