The meaning,the principle and concrete methods of researching and establishment of the basic request university mathematics course teaching of medicine profession is discussed. By the analysis of the present constitution of mathematics course in medical education,the author points out the establishment such basic request has certain theoretical value and practical meaning.He has also discussed some principle and the methods to realize this value and meaning.

In order to investigate the therapeutic effect of traditional chinese medicine "Re Du Qing" on silicosis, the cultured and purifiel peritoneal macrophages in five groups obtained from mice were observed dynamically with cytochemical me- thods and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the survival times of cell cultures were 2-3 weeks, 24-48, 72, 48-72 and 48-72 hr in normal, silica, "Re Du Qing", P204 and joint action group respectively in vitro. The characteristics of cell morphology with a series of cell surface ultrastructural changes in different times of culturd and the stages of various function were different in five groups. The cell surface ultrastructural changes of "Re Du Qing" group were similar to the normal group. The macrophages in the silica group phagocytosed silica dusts rapidly died and broken down much earlier than the cells in "Re Du Qing" group. The cell surface ultrastructural changes in P204 group were less than that of the cells in silica group, whereas the eell surface ultrastructural changes in joint action group were between the cells in "Re Du Qing" and P204 groups. The activities of intracellular acid phosphatase (AcP) and succinic dehydrogenase (SDH) in silica group were also much lower than that of "Re Du Qing" one. This study suggested that traditional chinese medicine "Re Du Qing" is evidently more effective on therapy of experimental silicosis.

OBJECTIVE: To understand the current situation of clinical drug use and to inspect the rationality of drug use and survey indices. METHODS: Twenty common diseases(1 530 cases ) treated in this hospital in 1995 were selected. Patierits were divided into three groups according to the sources of expenses: free of charge, self - expense, public - expense or into cases of internal medical and surgical departments. Using selected drug use indicators(SDUI) and self - designed indices, clinical drug use were surveyed and analyzed. RESULTS: There were no significant differences between each group jn main indices. It showed that irrational drug use was only different in degree. CONCLUSION: ①The indices adopted are practicable and rational for surveying and studying the rational drug use objectively. ②In any health care system and in any disease, the irrational drug use was serious.

This study aimed at evaluating the quality of the precise powder decoction pieces (PPDP) of L.japonicae Flos (LJF) compared with the traditional commercial slices with chemical fingerprint methods and DNA molecular identification technology.Different specifications of PPDP were prepared,their dry extract contents were in contrast with that of commercial slices.The three batches of commercial slices were collected,and the content uniformity,fingerprint and similarity evaluation before and after the mixing and pulverization were studied by HPLC-DAD and DNA sequence alignment.As a result,the paste rate of PPDP was slightly higher than that of the traditional commercial slices.The dissolution of chlorogenic acid of PPDP was higher than that of the traditional commercial slices.RSD of inter-assay dissolutions of chlorogenic acid of commercial slices was 11.93％,which was reduced to 8.29％ after mixing and preparing into PPDP.The fingerprint showed that the slimilarity of the fringerprint of the mixed and powdered LJF was elevated with 7 common peaks.All the common peaks were increased at different levels.In conclusion,compared with traditional commercial slices of LJF,PPDP apparently improved the dissolution rate and the quality uniformity,indicating that the boiled powder of CRP obviously presented vantages in clinic.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of double contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (DCUS) for the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed to review the DCUS data of 26 patients which were diagnosed as gastric cancer by pathology in the third affiliated hospital of Kunming Medical University from October 2014 to July 2015.The analysis results were compared with postoperative pathology to get accuracy rates.Results The located accuracy,qualitative accuracy and accuracy at T phase of DUCS was 100％ (26/26),100％ (26/26) and 88.5％ (23/26),respectively.Compared with color doppler flow imaging (CDFI),the qualitative accuracy of DUCS was much higher (P ＜ 0.05).The accuracy of DUCS at T phase was higher than that of CDFI with no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05) Conclusion DUCS has an important application value in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.

Nannochloropsis has been considered as a promising feedstock for biodiesel production in recent years. To improve its lipid productivity, heavy-ion irradiation mutagenesis, an effectively breeding method used in plants and microorganisms was applied in Nannochloropsis oceanica OZ-1. After large-scale screening using Imaging-PAM and microplate-reader, two mutants (HP-1 and HP-2) with higher growth rate were isolated from the wild type N. oceanica. Subsequently analysis showed that after 18 days of cultivation biomass accumulation of the HP-1 and HP-2 mutant was increased by 18% and 26% respectively compare to the wild type. Total lipid productivity of the HP-1 and HP-2 mutant was 295 mg/(L x d) and 275 mg/(L x d), respectively, whereas that of the wild type was 247 mg/(L x d). Both mutants showed significantly advantage over their wild type concerning biomass accumulation and lipid productivity.

OBJECTIVE: Exploring a method of rhinoplasty and septoplasty to get better nasal function and aesthetic effect. METHOD: 1) Using endoscopic rhinoplasty and septoplasty, separating the joint of quadrangular cartilage and the bones around it, resecting vertical and horizontal strip of the deviated septal cartilage and fracturing the deviated septal bones and reconstructing them with three layers (mucosa-cartilage or bone-mucosa), positing the reconstructed septum in the middle between two lateral walls of nasal cavity, proper space between septum and turbinates was maintained. 2) The caudal part of quadrangular cartilage was resected and placed in the columella pocket between the two medial parts of the alar cartilage and the supporting function of the septal cartilage was maintained. RESULT: Compared with traditional nasal septal reconstruction surgery, our method got better functional and aesthetic outcome. CONCLUSION The anatomic three layers were preserved in our method, thus it is better than the traditional methods. The caudal septal cartilage should be used as the perfect material in rhinoplasty.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the correlation between allergic rhinitis and obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea (OSAHS) syndrome in children. METHOD: (1) According to medical history, physical signs, skin-prick test, serum sIgE, endoscopic examination and polysomnography, the incidence of allergic rhinitis was confirmed in 574 cases of childhood obstructive sleeping apnea-hypopnea syndrome in our hospital between July in 2008 to June in 2010. (2) Effects of anti-allergic drugs were observed on 78 children with OSAHS and allergic rhinitis meanwhile. RESULT: (1) 258 cases of allergic rhinitis were confirmed in 574 cases of OSAHS, accounting for 44.9% of the OSAHS cases and 50.4% of all cases of allergic rhinitis during the same period. Most of them were perennial allergic rhinitis (223 cases, 86.4%), and 72.5% of them were aroused by fungal allergen. Compared with other allergen, statistically significant difference was found (P < 0.05). (2) After receiving anti-allergic drugs regularly for 3 weeks, 40 cases suffering from mild and moderate OSAHS and allergic rhinitis, 3 cases out of 38 cases suffering from serious OSAHS and allergic rhinitis showed satisfactory results, while other cases had little improvement. CONCLUSION Allergic rhinitis is closely related to childhood OSAHS, and perennial allergic rhinitis dominates. The most common allergen is fungal allergen, the second is house and flour dust mites. So for patients of mild and moderate OSAHS with allergic rhinitis, regular anti-allergic drugs can lighten OSAHS effectively and may make patients avoid surgery. Severe OSAHS cases can receive surgical intervention if prior anti allergic therapy fails. Anti allergic therapy should be adopted routinely after tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy in case of hypopnea due to hypertrophy of inferior turbinate or tubal torus in allergic rhinitis.

Objective To explore the effects of different storage time of bone marrow specimens on the expressions of different antigens in normal plasma cells (nPC) and clone plasma cells (cPC) by flow cytometry. Methods The bone marrow samples of 12 patients with multiple myeloma (MM) who were treated in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital from September 2017 to January 2018 were selected as MM group. The minimum residual disease (MRD) level in MM group was 10-3-10-2. The bone marrow samples of 12 patients without plasma cell diseases were used as control group. Bone marrow samples were anticoagulated with ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid dipotassium (EDTA-K2) and stored at 2-8 °C. The fluorescent antibodies CD56, CD138, CD45, CD38, CD117, CD81 and cκ, cλ, CD45, CD38, CD19, CD27 were labeled at 0, 24, 48 and 72 h, respectively. The average fluorescence intensity (MFI) of the above 10 antigens expressed in nPC and cPC was analyzed by Diva software. The proportion and absolute count of nPC in control group and cPC in MM group were analyzed. Results In control group, when stored for 24 h, compared with 0 h, the difference of MFI of antigens in nPC was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05). When stored for 48 h, compared with 0 h, the MFI of CD38, CD138, CD27, cκ and cλ in nPC decreased, and the differences were statistically significant (28 943±6 591 vs. 23 569±7 587, P＝ 0.018; 1 412±399 vs. 817±223, P＝ 0.014;12 855±3 734 vs. 9 210±3 660, P＝ 0.005; 26 712±9 025 vs. 17 247±5 078, P＝ 0.026; 17 707±8 633 vs. 8 307±3 158, P ＝ 0.049); the MFI of CD45 increased, and the difference was statistically significant (7 694± 2 525 vs. 9 184±1 332, P ＝ 0.037). When stored for 72 h, compared with 0 h, the MFI of cκ and cλ increased, but the differences were not statistically significant (both P ＞ 0.05). In MM group, when stored for 24 h, compared with 0 h, the difference in MFI of antigens in cPC was not statistically significant (P＞ 0.05). When stored for 48 h, compared with 0 h, the MFI of CD38, CD138, CD81, cκ and cλ decreased, and the differences were statistically significant (16 664±11 744 vs. 10 130±10 026, P＝ 0.003; 2 041±1 145 vs. 1 371±696, P＝ 0.047; 2 679±784 vs. 1 524±1 153, P＝ 0.025; 29 102±18 138 vs. 18 372±10 327, P＝0.038; 16 314±12 728 vs. 9 752±6 271, P＝0.034). When stored for 72 h, compared with 0 h, the MFI of cκ and cλ increased, but the differences were not statistically significant (both P＞ 0.05). The absolute count of nPC and cPC gradually decreased with the prolongation of the storage time, and the difference was statistically significant (both P<0.05) when stored for 0 h and 24 h. There was no significant difference in the percentage of nPC and cPC among different storage time (all P ＞ 0.05). Conclusion Different storage time of bone marrow samples has effects on the MFI of antigens and absolute count of nPC and cPC, and the detection should be completed within 48 h.
