In China, the morbidity and mortality of lung cancer both rank the first. EGFR-TKI occurring has pushedthe treatment of lung cancer to an unprecedented new stage. At the same time of targeted drugs working, the side effects on associated rash also gradually attracted people's attention.Traditional Chinese medicine has its own specific advantage of treating sample acne skin rash.Thisarticle from the understanding of acne, andvarious of acne syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine experience of ancient doctorsto sample acne skin rash was summarized. At the same time, the paper wassummarized forEGFR-TKI induced sample acne skin rash in the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine from the etiology and pathogenesis, differentiation of symptoms and signs,principle and prescription of treatment,in order to cure the current disease by learning the ancient method.

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of oral ulcer using two methods in radio-therapeutic patients after tongue squamous cell carcinoma operation. Methods Thirty-six radiotherapeutic patients after tongue squamous cell carcinoma operation were collected from May 2012 to May 2014 and divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method. Regular oral nursing was administered to control group, treatment group were received regular therapy plus orally vitamin B and cetylpyridinium chloride gargle for gargling, and then evaluated the efficacy according related standards. Results Less oral ulcer (1/18 vs.7/18,χ2=-2.372,P<0.05), better oral lustration (Z=-2.093,P<0.05) and overall oral nursing effect (Z=-2.166,P<0.05) were observed in treatment group compared to control group after 7 days of therapy, however, treatment group presented no significantly better comfort level at the same time (Z=-1.708,P>0.05). Conclusions Regular therapy plus orally vitamin B and cetylpyridinium chloride gargle for gargling are effective for the prevention of oral ulcer in radiotherapeutic patients after tongue squamous cell carcinoma operation.

Objective To explore whether antisense-EGFR could enhance the radiosonsitivity of human lung cancer spc-a-1 cell line.Methods The spc-a-1 cells were transfected with antisenso.EGFR-pcDNA3 by lipofectamine 2000(pcDNA3 antiEGFR group).Two other groups were used for comparison:control group(spc-a-1 cell without transfection)and pcDNA3 group(spc-a-1 cell transfeeted with pcDNA3 which did not contain antisense EGFR).Cell clones that stable expressing antisense-EGFR wa8 selected with G41 8 and the suppression of the expression of EGFR mRNA and protein were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot.The influence of antisense-EGFR on cell cycle was testified by flow cytometry assay.The cell apoptosis was analyzed by flow cytometry after 8 Gy irradiation.Further,cells of each group were irradiated with X-rays at the dose of 0,2,4,6 and 8 Gy.Dose-survival curve of each group was established by colony-forming assay.Results The expression of EGFR mRNA and protein were significantly inhibited after antisense-EGFR-pcDNA3 transfection.The cells arrested at the G2/M phase in the pcDNA3 antiEGFR group,control group and pcDNA3 group were (29.53±1.91)%,(13.7±1.30)%and(12.40±1.34)%,respectively.The apoptosis index of spc-a-1 cells in the antisonse-EGFR combined with irradiation group was obviously higher than that of the comparable groups [(39.24±1.57)%,(13.79±0.63)%and(15.02±0.85%)].The values of D0,Dq,SF2 of pcDNA3 antiEGFR group declined obviously compared with the control group(2.11,2.49,0.84 vs 1.19,0.15,0.32).Conclusions Antisense-EGFR could induce the G2/M cell cycle arrest,promote cell apoptosis and inhibit the ability of sublethal cell damage repair induced by irradiation,80 that it could significantly improve the radiosensitivity of spc-a-1 cell in vitro.

Objective To investigate the nursing efficacy of basic fibroblast growth factor gelatin on radiotherapeutic patients with oral ulcer after tongue squamous cell carcinoma operation. Methods The study investigated 23 radiotherapeutic patients with oral ulcer after tongue squamous cell carcinoma operation from May 2012 to May 2014. The participants were divided into two groups:control group and enhanced group. The patients of control group was normal cared and the patients of enhanced group received basic fibroblast growth factor gelatin based on regular nursing care, and then evaluated the efficacy according to related standards. Results Pain disappearance and oral ulcer healing were observed in both control and enhanced group at 3, 5 and 7 days after therapy, and the enhanced group presented a significant higher efficacy rate (P<0. 05). The overall nursing efficacy rates were 92. 3% and 40. 0% in enhanced and control group (P <0. 05). Conclusions Basic fibroblast growth factor gelatin is effective way for the nursing of radiotherapeutic patients with oral ulcer after tongue squamous cell carcinoma operation.

Objective Investigate the effect of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia on the detection of HBsAg by chemiluminescence and its elimination methods.Methods Case control study.The HBsAg in human serum was detected in 200 cases of hyperbilirubinemia neonates who were hospitalized in Beijing Children's Hospital,Capital Medical University from July 2015 to May 2016 and whose serum total bilirubin level exceeded 200 μmol/L.The positive serum was further detected by 16 200×g high-spoed centrifugation or blue light irradiation for 8 hours,and the results of re-assay of HBsAg were recorded.The retest positive serum wastested for HBV DNA load and checked the results of their mother's examination in HBV.136 adult serum samples with total bilirubin levels exceeding 200 μmol/L in the Peking University First Hospital,were taken as reference to compare the influence of hyperbilirubinemia between adults and newborns on the determination of HBsAg.Results The median level of serum total bilirubin in neonates was 259.0 μ mol/L (226.5,312.5);median level of indirect bilirubin 244.1 μmol / L(212.5,295.8).Median level of serum total bilirubin in adults 356.4 μmol/L(295.9,435.1);median level ofindirect bilirubin 137.1 μmol/L (107.8,172.7).The HBsAg test was negative in adults,11 cases (5.5％) were positive in newborns,their" HBV DNA load was less than＜100 IU/ml.Among them,9 have inoculated hepatitis B vaccine and 2 were unknown.10 of 11 mothers of infants were healthy and 1 was positive for HBsAg,HBeAb,HBcAb.2 of the 11 positive specimens turned negative of HBsAg after high-speed centrifugation.In addition to high speed centrifugation,4 cases turned negative after blue light irradiation.5 cases remained positive after high speed centrifugation and blue light irradiation.Conclusions Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,which is different from that of adults,is mainly caused by indirectly bilirubin increased,which is one of the main reasons for false positive detection of HBsAg by chemiluminescence in neonates.High-speed centrifugation and blue light irradiation can eliminate the influence of serum indirect bilirubin on the detection of HBsAg to the greatest extent.

Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic characteristics, differential diagnosis and prognosis of pulmonary epithelioid hemangioendotheliomas (PEHs).Methods The clinical symptoms and imaging findings of 6 cases of PEHs were investigated and pathologic analyses including histomorphologic and immunohistochemical studies were performed.Results Clinical symptoms of the patients were nonspecific and insidious.The typical radiological manifestation was characterized by multiple small pulmonary nodules. The pathological findings were well-demarcated hypocellular hyalinized nodules with more cellularity at the periphery of the nodule. The neoplastic cells showed mild nuclear atypia and prominent eosinophilic cytoplasm with vacuoles, attempting to form primitive vasculature.Immunohistochemically, tumor cells were positive to CD31, CD34 and ERG.Follow-up data from 8 months to 5 years showed no tumor progression, except for the development of bone metastases in one case at 6 months.Conclusions PEHs are uncommon vascular tumors with low-intermediate malignancy. Using H&E and immunohistochemistry, the final pathological diagnosis can be made and misdiagnosed as a benign fibrotic nodule or other malignant tumors can be avoided. The most effective treatment is surgical resection, if necessary, combined with chemotherapy or radiotherapy.
