1.Synthesis and identification of the conjugation of nonylphenol and ovalbumin

Objective:To conjugate nonylphenol and ovalbumin(OVA).Methods:Nonylphenol was conjugated to OVA by Mannich reaction with formaldehyde in phosphate buffer(PBS, pH=8.0).And we identified the conjugate by antichip and ultraviolet scan.Results:Nonylphenol was conjugated to OVA successfully, and nonylphenol monoantibody recognized the conjugate less than 2.68 ?g/ml.Conclusion:This is an easy method to produce the conjugate of nonylphenol successfully.
2.Clinical value of flow cytometry HLA-B27 testing in diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis

Objective To investigate the clinical value of HLA-B27 testing in diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) by flow cytometry. Methods The peripheral blood HLA-B27 was detected by flow cytometry in 75 diagnosed AS patients (AS group), 95 suspected AS patients (non-AS group) and 45 health people (control group). Results The fluorescence intensity and the positive rates of HLA-B27 in AS group were significantly higher than those in non-AS group and control group: 158.0 ±24.0 vs. 94.8 ±30.5 and 89.1 ±18.9, 93.33% (70/75) vs. 5.26% (5/95) and 4.44% (2/45), and there were statistical differences (P<0.05). The sensitivity of HLA-B27 in diagnosis of AS was 93.3% (70/75), the specificity was 94.7%(90/95), while the accuracy was 94.1%(160/170). Conclusions There is a high correlation between AS and HLA-B27. The flow cytometry assay of HLA-B27 plays an important role in the early diagnosis and differential diagnosis of AS.
3.INVESTIGATION ON THE DISTRIBUTION OF ESTERASE D(EsD)PHENOTYPES AND THE DETECTION OF EsD FROM BLOODSTAINS

The phenotyping of erythrocyte esterase D of 221 Chinese random donors,Han nationalities in Shenyang,China,was performed by the agarose gel electrophoresis.Gene frequencies were:E_SD~1=0.629,E_SD~2= 0.371.There is no significant difference of gene frequencies of Han nationalities between Shenyang and Beijing.The minimal amount meeted the requirment for detection of E_S D were 1?l of fresh hemolysate or 1?l hemolysate.The E_S D can be detected from the hemolysates kept in 37℃ for 7~8days as well as from 1?l hemolysate bloodstain kept for 2 weeks and 5?l hemolysate bloodstain kept for 3 weeks.
4.Effects of sinomenine on the psychic dependence on morphine and the brain cyclic AMP level in mice

AIM To explore the effects of sinomenine (Sin) on psychic dependence induced by morphine (Mor) in mice and its relation to the cAMP content of the cerebral cortex. METHODS A biased procedure induced the strong place preference. The effect of Sin (10, 30, 60 mg?kg -1 , ip) on the rewarding property of morphine was observed in a conditioned place preference(CPP) paradigm in mice,at the same time, the change of cAMP content in cerebral cortex was measured by the radioimmunoassay(RIA). RESULTS Sin significantly shortened the time of staying in morphine-pair compartment and lowered the cAMP level of mice. CONCLUSION Sin could attenuate effects of psychical dependence induced by Mor, its mechanism may be related to decrease of cAMP level in the brain, and Sin did not display psychical dependence in the experiment.
5.Optimization of Matrix Prescription and Preparation Process of Xuanshe Painkillers Cataplasm Using Uniform Design

Objective To optimize the formula ratio of matrix and the preparation process of Xuanshe Painkillers Cataplasm. Methods The optimal matrix prescription of Xuanshe Painkillers Cataplasm was optimized by uniform design,and the optimal preparation process was determined at the same time. The viscosity and the appearance of the Xuanshe Painkillers Cataplasm (film residue,uniformity,ductility,skin adhesive ability of the plaster)are used as indexes. Results The preparation process of Xuanshe Painkillers Cataplasm is good,and through the analysis of experimental data,the optimal ratio of the matrix is NP-700∶aluminum hydroxide ∶glycerol ∶0.1% tartrate solution=3∶0.3∶25∶5. Conclusion The Preparation process is good and the optimal matrix has moderate viscosity,no film residue,and with better uniformity,ductility and skin adhesive ability.
6.Electroencephalogram monitoring of premature

As the development of technology in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit,the neurology outcome of premature has become a critical issue for their future life quality.Early electroencephalogram (EEG) test is a noninvasive and convenient method to monitor brain function.Nowadays,EEG monitoring has been used to evaluate the maturity of background activity,to detect subclinical seizures and to predict future neurological outcomes.The guideline of American clinical neurophysiology society in 2011,and the guideline of French clinical neurophysiology society in 2015 have made recommendations for the indication,timing and duration of EEG monitoring.Interpret EEG needs both skill and experience,it is hard for clinicians to master the skill in a short time.Hence,despite the advantages of EEG monitoring,the application of EEG among premature is limited.The amplitude-integrated EEG and other quantitative EEG monitoring method have become the latest research hotspot for evaluation of preterm brain function.In order to improve the recognition of EEG in the area of preterm neurologic evaluation,now the latest researches are reviewed.
8.CYTOCHEMICAL STUDIES ON BEATING AND BEAT ARRESTED CARDIOCYTES CULTURED IN VITRO

The relationship between the morphological development and the contents of glycogen, LDH, SDH in the beating as well as beat arrested cardiocytes cultured in vitro was studied cytochemically in neonatal rats. The results showed that. (1) After the cardiocytes were inoculated, they did not start to beat until they developed to elongated cells with some processes or stellated cells, and the contents of glycogen, LDH and SDH in cardiocytes reached to a given threshold (score) respectively. In beat arrested cells the contents of glycogen, LDH and SDH were below the beat-starting thresholds. (2) The greater the cell density of cardiocytes was, the more strongly the cell clusters beated. The cell density of cardiocytes was increased by mitosis. In 48-72h, cell divisions occurred in part of cardiocytes. Most mitotic figures were observed in 120h. When mitosis was in progress, cardiocytes containing glycogen particles became short but still with some branched processes. As the cardiocyte clusters were formed, the beat occurred strongly. The cytochemical reactions mentioned above may be used to evaluate how serious the cell is damaged in cytotoxicological and pharmalogical research.
9.ULTRASTRUCTURAL OBSERVATION OF PITUICYTES IN NEUROHYPOPHYSIS OF ADULT RATS

Neurohypophyses of six adult rats were observed under electron microscope toinvestigate the morphological features of pituicytes and their possible functionalsignificance.The results of morphological observation showed that the pituicytesmay be divided into 4 types,the two of which,astral pituicytes and ependymalpituicytes,obviously resemble to the neurogliocytes of central nervous system intheir morphological features.The third,dark pituicytes,was rich in mitochondria.Little was known about secretory pituicytes other than their presumable secretoryfunction suggested by the secretory granules present in their cytoplasm.The interstitial cisternae were the sites where the neurosecretory activities carriedon.The dilations of nerve fiber around the interstitial cisternae were rich in vesi-cles.It was substantiated that the pituicytes can participate in supporting andnourishing the nerve fibers,removing cell debris and may also serve a function oftransferring excitation,because of the presence of gap junction between pituicytes andynapselike contact between pituicyte and the nerve fiber.
