Objective To explore diagnosis and treatmnet method for ischemic colitis(IC).Methods 29 patinets with IC included:their clinical manifestation lesions,using endoscopic seen,pathological features, X-ray barium enema examination and treatment were restrospectively analysed.Results IC occurred most frequently in mid-aged and elders with predominant presentations as sudden onset of lower left abdominal pains and bloody stools.Endoscopic lesions located mainly in left colon.Mucosal edema,erosion and submucosal bleeding were common pathological features.Barium enemata had few findings.Combined traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine or plus operations had good effectes.Conclusions IC should be suspected in all elder patients with sudden onset of lower left abdominal pain and bloody stools.Early colonoscopy is of diagnostic significance .Combination of traditional and werstern methods had good effectes,chroni IC patients should be treated timely.

Objective To compare the effect of low-temperature plasma ablation and YAG laser treatment on persistent allergic rhinitis(PAR) after septoplasty and to seek adjunct surgical procedures to tackle PAR.Methods Follow-up was performed three years after randomized grouping on PAR patients ( Low-temperature plasma ablation group 127 cases and YAG laser group 1 18 cases).Visual Analog Scale (VAS) was used to evaluate symptoms,such as nasal congestion,running nose,sneezing,nasal itching,eye itching etc preoperatively and postoperatively in order to compare the treatment effectiveness and intergroup difference.Results The efficacy rate of Low-temperature plasma ablation group was 87.4％,and YAG laser group was 66.1％.The difference was statistically significant( x2 =15.74,P ＜ 0.01 ).The VAS scores for postoperative symptom relief in both groups were significantly different ( t =21.24,20.56,all P ＜ 0.0 1 ).Conclusion As an adjunct treatment approach,low-temperature plasma ablation was superior to YAG laser in the treatment of PAR with preferable safety.

The rapid detection technology in food safety plays a vital role in the field of preventive medicine.The traditional physical and chemical detection methods have some limitations,such as costly,difficult to operate and high requirements on environment,can not meet the needs of quality and safety on-site rapid screening,and are gradually replaced by emerging sensor detection technologies.The aptamer-upconversion biosensor technology is a novel rapid detection technology,which is based on the combination of functionalized upconversion nanomaterials and aptamer technology.Compared with the traditional immunofluorescence technology,it has advantages in sensitivity,specificity and stability,and is widely used in rapid detection.In this paper,the upconversion luminescence and aptamer technologies were briefly introduced,and the aptamer-based upconverting phosphor biosensing technology and its application in rapid detection of food safety were summarized.Based on the current research status,the bottleneck and the future development trend of this technology were analyzed,which provides a reference for the application of this technology in food safety and other fields.

Objective To study the correlated factors of long-term survival after hepatectomy.Methods The preoperative and postoperative conditions of 94 patients with liver cancer survived over 10 years after hepatectomy were enrolled for reviewing analysis.Results The important correlated factors of postoperative long-term survival are the following:(1) Diameter of tumor≤ 5 cm(73.4 ％);peripheral liver cancer(70.2 ％).(2) Effective treatment for recurrence.(3) Long-term and regular treatment of antiliver fibrosis and anti-cancer after hepatectomy(mainly Chinese Medicine).(4)Enforcing follow-up survey.Conclusion Diameter of tumor≤5 cm,peripheral liver cancer patients,enforcing follow-up survey and Chinese Medicine treatment are important factors of achieve long-term survival after hepatectomy.

As the development of technology in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit,the neurology outcome of premature has become a critical issue for their future life quality.Early electroencephalogram (EEG) test is a noninvasive and convenient method to monitor brain function.Nowadays,EEG monitoring has been used to evaluate the maturity of background activity,to detect subclinical seizures and to predict future neurological outcomes.The guideline of American clinical neurophysiology society in 2011,and the guideline of French clinical neurophysiology society in 2015 have made recommendations for the indication,timing and duration of EEG monitoring.Interpret EEG needs both skill and experience,it is hard for clinicians to master the skill in a short time.Hence,despite the advantages of EEG monitoring,the application of EEG among premature is limited.The amplitude-integrated EEG and other quantitative EEG monitoring method have become the latest research hotspot for evaluation of preterm brain function.In order to improve the recognition of EEG in the area of preterm neurologic evaluation,now the latest researches are reviewed.

The effect of dexamethason ( Dex ) on the rabbit platelet aggregation and release was studided. The results were showed that the platelet aggregation and release induced by collagen were inhibited markedly by Dex, TXA2 production of platelets also reduced, but the platelet activation induced by AA was not affected by Dex. The results were further showed that the PLA2 activity was depressed by Dex, and the action of Dex can be antagonized partly by increase of extracellular Ca2+, it suggests that Dex inhibited the activity of PLA2 with the reduction of Ca2+ inflow into cell. The activity of CaM and AC, the production of cAMP and cGMP were not affected by Dex.

Objective To investigate the clinical value of combined general and gynecological laparoscopy.Methods From March 2003 to December 2006,160 patients with abdominal and gynecological diseases were treated with laparoscopy,including laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)+ salpingostomy in 20,LC + ovarian cystectomy in 24 cases,LC + hysteromyomectomy in 12,LC + hysteromyomectomy and uterine artery blockage in 7,LC + subtotal hysterectomy in 19,LC + total hysterectomy in 11,LC + treatment of endometriosis in 6,laparoscopic appendectomy(LA)+ salpingostomy in 16,LA + ovarian cystectomy in 22,LA + subtotal hysterectomy and total hysterectomy in 18,decortication of liver cysts + ovarian cystectomy in 4,and laparoscopic hepatectomy + adnexectomy in 1.Results Laparoscopic procedures were completed in all the 160 cases without conversion to open surgery.The operation time ranged from 40 to 220 min(mean,120 min),and postoperative hospital stay ranged from 1 to 6 days(mean,3.4 days).No patient had perioperative complications.Among the 160 cases,143 were followed up for 3 to 24 months(mean,19.5),during which 1 developed vaginal stump hemorrhage 10 days after the operation and was cured by conservative therapy,1 experienced vaginal polypi at the stump 2 months postoperation and underwent polyp resection.Conclusions Combined general and gynecological laparoscopy is a promising method for patients with abdominal diseases complicated with gynecological diseases.It is important for surgeons from different departments to deeply understand the indications of laparoscopy,prepare well before operation,and cooperate closely.

Objective To evaluate the effect of scene simulation on improving nurses′communication ability in the emergency department. Method Twenty nurses from the emergency department were trained with the scenario simulation. A comparison was done between the pre- and post-training abilities in terms of their ability in communication and the satisfaction degree of patients. Results The total score scores in every dementions on nurses′communication ability after training was significantly higher than those before training(all P<0.05). The score on satisfaction degree with nurses after training was significantly increased compared with that of pre-training and satisfaction degree of patients (all P < 0.05). Conclusion Scenario simulation training is helpful for the improvement of nurses′communication ability.
