AIM To study the protective effect of TFA against cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury. METHORDS The cerebral ischemia model in mice was made by means of ligating bilalateral common carotid arteries. The mice survive rate during 6 h was observed, and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the ischemic cerebral cortex was measured. Using nitrogen anoxia model in mice, the survive time was observed. Ligating bilateral common carotid arteries and descending blood pressure, the cerebral ischemia reperfusion model in rabbits was established. The brain of rabbits was initiated by ischemia for 60 min followed by 30 min of reperfusion. The electroencephalogra phy (EEG) of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion was recorded. Malondialdehyde(MDA) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in the ischemic cerebral cortex were measured. RESULTS TFA(30,60,120 mg?kg -1 ) prolonged the survive time after anoxia in mice, enchanced the survive rate after cerebral ischemia and inhibited the increasing of MDA contents in the cerebral cortex in mice.TFA(12,24,48 mg?kg -1 ) inhibitid the changes of EEG,MDA and LDH induced by cerebral ischemia reperfusion in rabbits. CONCLUSION TFA has protective effects on cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury, the mechanism may relate to attenuating free radical and lipid peroxidation.

Objective To study the methods of the Chinese New Year (CNY) Factor's Adjustment based on the ARIMA models. Methods First, a common regressor for CNY was created. Then, the re-gressor was included in the seasonal ARIMA regressive model(regARIMA or TRAMO) ,AIC or BIC was used for model selection, and the generalized least squares method or maximum likelihood method was used for the earl-mation of model parameter. The estimated regressive coefficient was used for analyzing the degree of the CNY factor. A case was analyzed with the adjustment methods. Results The analysis on the case showed that the methods of the CNY factor's adjustment could remove the effects of the CNY factor on the time series, and the degree of the effects could be esti-mated in quantity. Conclusion The regressor for CNY is applicable, and the methods of the CNY factor's adjustment based on the ARIMA models can be used in seasonal adjustment on the time series. It's a new approach to analyze the effects of the CNY factor.

The interaction mechanism between rhaponticin (RT) and human serum albumin (HSA) has been studied by fluorescence spectroscopy and absorbance spectra. The mediation effect that the metal ions took part in the interaction has also been discussed in this paper. Based on different theoretical models of fluorescence quenching, the binding constant (K) and binding sites (n) of the interaction were determined and analyzed comparatively. The quenching mechanism of the binding reaction has also been discussed. The binding distance (r) and energy-transfer efficiency (E) between RT/RT-Co(II)/RT-Ni(II) and HSA were also obtained by virtue of the Förster theory of non-radiation energy transfer. The effect of RT acting on the HSA's conformation was analyzed by synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy. The result showed that the result calculated by different theoretical models is generally equivalent and RT bound HSA strongly by forming stable complex, which indicates that HSA under physiological conditions can act as a carrier for RT to be transported to exert effects. The microconformation of HSA changed significantly due to hydrophobicity change in the chemical environment of some fluorescence chromophores in the subdomain IIA and IIB of HSA. Metal ions Co(II) and Ni(II) can mediate RT-HSA interaction, making the binding of the drug to protein stronger, which indicates that Co(II) and Ni(II) can enhance rhaponticin's medical efficacy under physiological conditions.

Aim To observe the protective effect and possible mechanisms of Total Flavone of Abelmoschus Manihot L medic(TFA) on myocardial reperfusion injury in rabbits, when it was given as a preconditioning inducer.Method Different doses of TFA were perfused intravenously lasting for 5 min, followed by a 10 min break before 30 min ischemia and 60 min reperfusion in rabbits.Using this preconditioning method,we observed the histo-pathological changes of myocardium, the content of MDA,the activities of SOD and GSH-PX in plasma, and also, the expression of ICAM-1 in myocardium. Results TFA(16,8 and 4 mg?kg~(-1)) significantly ameliorated myocardium ischemical reperfusion injury. The activities of SOD and GSH-PX in plasma were enhanced, while the MDA level was decreased.Meanwhile, the expression of ICAM-1 mRNA in myocardium was down-regulated.Conclusion Pharmacological preconditioning of TFA could protects myocardial ischemic reperfusion injury in rabbits by inhibiting lipid peroxidation and myocardium inflammatory reaction.

AIM To observe the protective effect of total flavone of Abelmoschl Manihot L medic(TFA) on myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury(IRI) in the rat heart in vitro. METHODS We adopted the method of in vivo perfusion set up by Langendorff to observe the changes of some markers, such as MDA,SOD,CPK,LDH,etc in the myocardial homogenate in the rat heart following ischemia and reperfusion. RESULTS TFA( 100,50,25 mg?L -1) can significantly reduce the lipid peroxidation product malondialdehyde(MDA), increase the activity of myocardium superoxide dismutase(SOD), decrease the transudation of creatine phosphokinase(CPK) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) from cardiomyocyte. And also, TFA caused an improvement of nitric oxide (NO) and its synthase, NOS. CONCLUSION TFA play a protective role on myocardial reperfusion injury in the rat in vitro via inhibition of lipid peroxidation, enhancement of anti-oxidation and relaxing of coronary artery.

Objective:To evaluate the medical service quality of psychiatric hospitals in Beijing based on diagnostic related group (DRG), analyze the evaluation effect, for refences to constructe a DRG performance evaluation system suitable for psychiatric hospitals. Methods:This study extracted data such as the number of DRG groups, etc. of hospitalized patients in 14 tertiary and secondary psychiatric hospitals in Beijing from 2018 to 2020 from the Beijing inpatient medical performance evaluation platform, and analyzed data on DRG performance evaluation indicators, as well as the average length of hospital stay and average cost of DRG enrolled cases. All data were analyzed using descriptive research methods, and inter group comparisons were conducted using the Mann Whitney U-test. Results:From 2018 to 2020, the average number of DRG groups in tertiary hospitals (28) was higher than that in secondary hospitals (10) ( P<0.05), and the average CMI values of both were the same(1.79); The average cost consumption index (1.15) of tertiary hospitals was higher than that of secondary hospitals (0.65) ( P<0.05), while the average time consumption index (1.11) was slightly lower than that of secondary hospitals (1.30); The mortality rate of the low-risk group in tertiary hospitals (0.01%) was generally lower than that in secondary hospitals (0.88%), and the average percentage of DRG admitted inpatients (82.8%) was significantly higher than that in secondary hospitals (27.3%) ( P>0.05). The average length of stay and cost per case for DRG enrolled inpatients in tertiary and secondary hospitals were lower than the overall hospital discharge cases ( P<0.05). Conclusions:The number of DRG groups, CMI value, and low-risk mortality rate could be used for evaluating the medical service capacity and safety of psychiatric hospitals, but the cost and time consumption index could not objectively reflect the efficiency of hospital medical services. DRG performance evaluation indicators are more suitable for evaluating short-term hospitalization of psychiatric patients. The proportion of DRG enrolled cases might be a potential indicator for evaluating the service quality of psychiatric hospitals.
