Objective:A new algorithm based on Hough transform (HT) was proposed to improve the accuracy and stability of the film image analysis of Automatic Quality Assurance (AQA) test, and to explore the influence of the resolution of film image on the test results. Methods:Nine pairs of films were obtained for AQA modules in this study. Firstly, the median filter was used to preprocess the grayed-out film image to remove noise interference. Then, a global threshold was utilized to binarize the image. The images were edge-detected and the film edge line was extracted by Hough transform. The film image was transformed to the correct position. Finally, the edge of the field shadow circle and the shadow circle of the tungsten ball were extracted by the edge detection method and Hough transform. The radial error was finally obtained by analyzing the concentricity. Results:There was no significant difference in the accuracy between the test results yielded by the HT method and the AQA software ( P>0.05). The difference in the standard deviation of the test results was statistically significant ( P=0.027), indicating that the algorithm increased the stability while ensuring the accuracy of film analysis. Increasing the resolution of film scanning failed to significantly improve the accuracy and stability of film analysis in both two methods. Conclusions:The algorithm used in this study can eliminate the human error caused by film scanning placement while ensuring the accuracy of film analysis, providing a more stable way for the AQA test of the CyberKnife system.

AIM:To study the effect and mechanism of extract of ginkgo biloba(EGB) on liver glucocorticoid receptor(GR) expression in type 2 diabetic rats.METHODS:Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided randomly into three groups:normal control group(n=10),type 2 diabetic group(n=10) and ginkgo biloba treated group(n=10).After fed with high-fat feeding for 4 weeks, the later two groups were injected with streptozotocin at a dose of 30 mg/kg intraperitoneally to induce type 2 diabetic rat model. The EGB treated group was gavaged with EGB at the dose of 50 mg?kg-1?d-1 for 12 weeks. At the end of experiment, the rats were sacrificed, the blood glucose, serum lipid and blood insulin were measured. The morphology of liver tissue was observed under light microscopy with HE staining.GR mRNA expression in liver was measured by RT-PCR.The level of GR protein expression in liver tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry.RESULTS:EGB reduced the levels of blood glucose, blood lipids, blood insulin in diabetic rats.EGB also relieved fatty degeneration and necrosis of the hepatic cells, ameliorated infiltration of inflammatory cells in the liver;and decreased GR expression at both mRNA and protein levels in diabetic liver.CONCLUSION:EGB may inhibit GR expression in liver of type 2 diabetic rats, which results in decreasing the level of blood glucose, blood lipid, blood insulin and relieving the liver damage in type diabetic rats.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate a new way to yield plenty of high purity olfactory ensheathing cells (OECs) and its biocompatibility with appropriate scaffolds.
METHODS:
OECs were prepared from neonatal Wister rats and co-cultured with poly [LA-co-(Glc-alt-Lys)] (PLGL). Its contact angle, adherent rate, and activity rate were tested.
RESULTS:
The contact angle of poly (D, L-lactic acid) (PDLLA) (84.5 degree+/-1.5 degree) was significantly higher than that of PLGL (52.6 degree+/-0.8 degree), the adherent rate of PLGL (80%) was significantly higher than that of the PDLLA (57%), and the activity rate of PLGL (88%) was much higher than that of the PDLLA (76%).
CONCLUSION
PLGL possesses better hydrophilicity and biocompatibility than PDLLA, and it can provide a better cell growth circumstance which is helpful for the effective treatment of nerve injury.

Objective To compare the application valuable of flexible spatial scan statistics and kulldorff scanning window in the cluster detection and early warning of hepatitis A.Methods The case numbers and incidence data of hepatitis A in 2012 for all the counties( cities, districts) in Yunnan province were collected from China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention and the total number was 1 335.By extracting the time length by month, the flexible spatial scan statistics was tested by retrospective analyses of hepatitis A data in Yunnan in 2012 and compared the results with the Kulldorff circular scan statistic analyses. Results The results of flexible scanning window showed that there were fifteen hepatitis A spatial clusters in Yunnan province in 2012 and in July, these areas including Gejiu county, Mengzi county and Wenshan county had the strongest clusters(the log likelihood ratio(LLR) =52.66,P=0.001). The results of Kulldorff scanning window showed that there were twenty hepatitis A spatial clusters and these areas including Gejiu county, Hekou county, Maguan county, Mengzi county, Pingbian county, Wenshan county had the strongest clusters (LLR=47.82,P=0.001).The results of the flexible scanning window were the same as the actual monitoring results. But the results of Kulldorff scanning window showed that in May and June some areas without incidence had the clusters. Conclusion Flexible scanning window can detect the monthly clusters of the Hepatitis A.Flexible scanning window had a higher accuracy than Kulldorff irregular circular scanning window. Flexible spatial scan statistics had the value in the use of spatial aggregation detecting on hepatitis A.

Objective To assess the nutritional status of vitamin D and associated factors among adults of six ethnic minority groups native to Yunnan Province, and provide evidence for policy making. Methods Between May 2019 and August 2020,a total of 690 adults were selected from Jinuo,Bulang,Jingpo,Deang,Achang and Pumi ethnic groups according to the sex and age composition in the 6th national census.A questionnaire survey and an anthropometric examination were conducted by trained health workers, and serum 25(OH)D levels were determined with high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Results The median of serum 25(OH)D was 28.7(P25~P75∶24.3~33.8)ng/mL,and the prevalence of vitamin D sufficiency, insufficiency and deficiency were 44.2%、47.5%and 8.3%,respectively.There were significant differences in serum 25(OH)D levels among the six ethnic groups(χ2=139.29,P<0.01).Multivariate logistic regression showed that ethnic groups living in higher latitude areas(Pumi,Jingpo,Deang, and Achang),women, and those whose BMI≥24.0 were more likely to be vitamin D insufficient or deficient. Conclusion More than half of the ethnic adults suffer from vitamin D malnutrition which also varies across ethnicities.Further surveillance and interventions among key areas and populations are needed.
