Herald of Medicine 2014;(12):1627-1630
Objective To establish a method for the determination of hesPeridin and cinnamaldehyde in siweiqing buccal tablets. Methods A high Performance liquid chromatograPhy ( HPLC) method was established. The chromatograPhic conditions were as follows: the chromatograPhic column Inertsil ODS_SP ( 4. 6 mmí150 mm, 5 μm ) with the mixture of acetonitrile and water as mobile Phase in gradient mode, the detection waVelength of 290 nm,the flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min-1 ,the column temPerature of 30℃,the theoretical Plate number no less than 3 000. Results The linear relationshiP between content and Peak area was obtained in the range of 0. 025-0. 500 μg for cinnamaldehyde and 0. 10-2. 00 μg for hesPeridin. RSD of the Peak area of cinnamaldehyde and hesPeridin for the Precision test, the stability test and the rePeatability test were 1. 16%and 1. 03%,1. 27%and 1. 08%,1. 23%and 1. 28%,resPectiVely. The aVerage recoVery of cinnamaldehyde was 99. 24%with RSD of 1. 65%(n=9). The aVerage recoVery of hesPeridin was 99. 39%with RSD of 1. 85%(n=9). Conclusion The method can be aPPlied to quantitatiVe assay of cinnamaldehyde and hesPeridin in siweiqing buccal tablets with good reProducibility and sPecificity. The recoVery result met the accePtance criteria. The method can effectiVely control the quality of siweiqing buccal tablets with good sPecificity,reProducibility and stability, and can be aPPlied to the quality control of siweiqing buccal tablets.

Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(11):-
The forecast of health human resources demand is the most important and one of the most complex aspects of health manpower planning projections. There are many methods in forecasting human resources demand, and each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. Five kinds of commonly used basic methods are comparatively analysised in this paper.

Flavin-containing monooxygenase 3 (FMO3) is an important hepatic microsomal enzyme that oxidizes a number of drugs, xenobiotics and other chemicals. Many variants in the gene encoding FMO3 have been identified, some of which result in altered enzymatic activity, consenquently, altered substrate metabolism.Studies also implicate individual and ethnic differences in FMO3.Thus,it is anticipated that knowledge regarding functionally-relevant FMO3 genetic variability will become increasingly important for drug development and patient therapeutic choices.

Objective To explore the clinical character, diagnosis and treatment principals of pyeloureteritis glandularis and cystitis glandularis. Methods The clinical manifestation, character of imageology and endoscopy images of the case for one year follow-up were analyzed and the relevant literatures were reviewed. Results During one year follow-up,there was no clinical symptoms and any progress on imageology. The patient is still in close following-up.Conclusions According to literatures, cystitis glandularis is not common in clinical, and it should be paid more attention by clinicians. There were a few reports about the ureteritis glandularis.Pelvis, ureter and bladder have the same epithelial tissue, pyelitis glandularis is very rare,up to now there is no efficient treatment ways.

BACKGROUND: Nestin is a specific antigen of neural stem cells which widely expressed in lesion of nervous system and brain regeneration. Thus, nestin expression is commonly used to assess whether lesion or damage of the nervous system can promote neural regeneration.OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of erythropoietin(EPO)on nestin expression in neural stem cells after hypoxia-ischemia brain damage(HIBD)in neonatal rats from the angles of neural regeneration and activation of neural stem cells.METHODS: HIBD model was established by ligation of the right common carotid artery along with 2-hour 8% hypoxia exposure in neonatal rats. The control group was not subjected to hypoxia-ischemia,and the right common carotid artery was dissociated. The treatment group received an intraperitoneal injection of recombinant human erythropoietin(rh-Epo,5 000 IU/kg)once a day for three days after hypoxia/ischemia,while the two other groups intraperitoneally received normal saline at the same time.In each group, rats were randomly executed immediately,at 4,7,14 days after operation(n = 8).The nestin expression in hippocampal dentate gyrus region was examined by immunohistochemical staining and image quantitative analysis respectively.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The number of nestin-positive cells was significantly increased in HIBD group compared to control group at all time points(P < 0.05),and it was also significantly increased in treatment group than the other two groups at all time points(P < 0.05).The numbers of nestin-positive cells in hippocampal dentate gyrus region were significantly increased, and peaked on day 7 after operation in the three groups. The results showed that exogenous rh-Epo could enhance the expression of nestin in hippocampal dentate gyrus region of neonatal rats with HIBD,and promote the proliferation of neural stem cells,rh-Epo plays an important role in the regeneration and repair of neurocytes damaged by hypoxia-ischemia.

AIM: To study the relationship among peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-gamma2(PPAR ?2) gene Pro12Ala polymorphism,Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) infection, and gastric cancer in China.METHODS: 104 consecutive patients with gastric cancer and 104 age-and sex-matched controls from Guangdong Province of southern China were examined.PPAR?2 Pro12Ala polymorphism was analyzed by PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism method(PCR-RFLP).H.pylori status of subjects was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) for anti-H.pylori IgG.RESULTS: The prevalence of H.pylori infection was significantly higher in gastric cancer patients than that in control(81.7% vs 59.6%,2=12.27,P

The reflective behaviors of teachers are a primary factor affecting teaching quality. However, the reflective behaviors of teachers can be propelled only by enhancing stimulus to teaching work, completing training system of continuing education on teaching theory and techniques to increase the teaching theory of teachers and performing teaching summarization of courses and assessment system.Only in this way can the teaching level and teaching quality of teachers be enhanced.
