The MDA contents of platelet, plasma and lung tissue in rat endotoxemia were measured by TBA fluorescent method. It was showed that the lipid peroxidation of platelet and plasma was significantly increased, but there was no notable change of the lung tissue.
2.Analysis of Drug Use in 119 Cases of Acute Myocardial Infarction
China Pharmacy 1991;0(06):-
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the use of ?-receptor blockers, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, aspirin and statins in acute myocardial infarction patients. METHODS: The general information of 119 cases of established acute myocardial infarction in 4 hospitals in Jiangbei district of Chongqing between 1999 to 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS: The suitable use rates of ?-receptor blocker and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor are 79.0% and 85.7%, respectively, while their actual rates were 35.3% and 43.7%,respectively. Therefore among the suitable patients,55.3% of them did not receive the treatment with ?-receptor blockers and 49.0% did not take angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors properly. The use rate of aspirin was high to 84.9%. The statins was not used until 2002 and its use rate was 15.1%. CONCLUSION: There exists significant gap between the practice and the requirement in“diagnositic and therapeutic guide for acute myocardial infarction” in the use of these drugs, except the aspirin. However, this situation is being changed.
3.The Sonographic Diagnosis of Subcutaneous Nodules Caused by Lung Fluke
Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 1996;5(4):174-176
The sonographie diagnosis of suhcutaneoyus nodules caused by lupg flukes in ten cases from the mountainous area of Xiangxi was reported.According to their ultrasonographic features, these nodules could be divided into three types:the substantial(one case),anechoic(two cases),and mixed type(seven cases). The sonographic characteristics, the pathotogic stages and the cytology of the subcutaneous nodules caused by lung fluke these cases were discussed.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(04):-
In this study, endogenous digoxin-like substance (EDLS) in the plasma was measured by radioimmunoassay in patients with congestive heart failure The EDLS levels were significantly increased in patients with heart failure and were positively correlated correlated with the heart function state, Na~+/K~+-ATPasc activity in red cells and the electrolyte change in blood cells. We believed that digoxin-like substance may participatc in the process of the compensatory mechanirsms of the heart failure.
5.The Effects of Recovery-Pulse Decoction of Colla corii asini (Ejiao) on Platelets, Blood Coagulation and Iipid Peroxidation in Rats with Endotoxemia
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(01):-
The endotoxemia model was established by intraabdominal injection of endotoxin Coli B. (E. Coli O55B5,8 mg/kg weight)in albino rats. Two hours before administration of endotoxin, the ejiao recovery-pulse decoction was perfused into the stomach tube of the rats in the experimental group (10mg/kg weight), and 12h later, the platelets were counted, kaolin activated partial thromboplastin time (KPTT), prothrombin time (PT) and thrombin time (TT) were measured, and malondialdehyed (MDA) levels in plasma and platelet were determined by thiobarituric acid (TBA) fluorometry. The results demonstrate that the ejiao recovery-pulse decoction could prevent from peripheral platelet dropping, KPTT and TT prolonging and MDA level rising which were caused by endotoxin.
6.Therapeutic Observation of Electrothermal Needle Apparatus for Mild Hip Osteoarthritis
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2017;36(2):222-224
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electrothermal needle apparatus in treating mild hip osteoarthritis.Method Ninety patients were divided into a control group and a treatment group by using the random number table, 45 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened byelectrothermal needleapparatus; the control group was treated with ordinary electroacupuncture plus TDP radiation. After 15-day treatment, the therapeutic efficacies of the two groups were evaluated by using Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) scores.Result The VAS and JOA scores were improved inthe two groups after the treatment (P<0.05), and the improvements in the treatment group were more significant than those in the control group after the 15-day treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Electrothermal needle apparatus can produce a significant therapeutic efficacy in treating mild hip osteoarthritis.
7.Reduction and internal fixation of anterior acetabular fractures via modified two-window ilioinguinal approaches
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2013;15(8):680-684
Objective To assess the modified two-window ilioinguinal approaches used for the open reduction and internal fixation of anterior wall/column fractures of acetabulum. Methods From March 2011 to March 2012,we treated 15 patients with anterior acetabular fractures by open reduction and internal fixation. They were 13 males and 2 females,18 to 53 years of age (mean,36.8 years).According to Judet & Letournel classification,we had 6 anterior column fractures,3 transverse plus posterior wall fractures 6 double column fractures. The anterior wall/column fractures were reduced and fixated using plates and screws through 2 separate small incisions located on the symphysis pubis and the posterior part of iliac crest, respectively. The posterior components of the acetabular fractures were reduced and fixated by the Kocher-Langenbeck(K-L) approach.Only the modified two-window approaches were used for 6 anterior column fractures, and the other 9 cases used the K-L approach in addition to the modified two-window approaches. The operation time,intra-operative blood loss and postoperative complications were recorded. The quality of fracture reduction was judged according to the Matta scheme and the clinical outcome was measured using the Merle d' Aubigné-Postel rating system. Results All the 15 patients were followed for an average of 15 months (from 9 to 19 months). The mean operation time for the 15 patients was 223.3 ±85.8 minutes and the intra-operative blood loss averaged 993.3 ± 416.6 mL.Anatomical reduction was achieved in all the patients according to the Matta scheme.Lateral femoral cutaneous nerve palsy was observed in one patient but recovered spontaneously one month after operation. The mean Merle d'Aubigné-Postel score at the last follow-up was 16.9 points (from 14 to 18 points). The outcome was defined as excellent in 6 patients, good in 8 and fair in one.No more complication was observed during the follow-up period. Conclusions The modified two-window ilioinguinal approaches can be used for satisfactory reduction and fixation of the anterior wall/column or the anterior components of acetabular fractures. In addition, the modified approaches do not invade very much the soft tissues or need to expose the femoral vessels and nerves.
8.Study on the risk factors of premature rupture of membranes
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(12):1633-1635,后插二
Objective To investigate the risk factors of incidence of premature rupture of membranes and provide reference for prevention of premature rupture of membranes. Methods 890 cases of infants and maternal were studied, analyzing and screening the risk factors of premature rupture of membranes by Logistic. Results The single-factor analysis showed that the pregnant women with diabetes,pregnancy-induced hypertension, multiple preg-nancy and vaginifis had certain degree of contact with incidence of premature rupture of membranes.Multivariate Lo-gistic regression analysis showed that the multiple pregnancy and vaginitis were risk factors of incidence of premature rupture of membranes. Conclusion The multiple pregnancy and vaginitis were risk factors of incidence of premature rapture of membranes, assessment and control these risk factors could prevent and reduce the incidence of premature rupture of membranes.
