1.Follow-up after treatment of CIN2~3
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(12):-
Treatment of CIN2~3 includes cervical ablation, cervical local excision and hysterectomy, while cervical local excision is the standard procedure for CIN2~3.The recurrence rate was 0.7%~21% after surgery treatment of CIN2~3;The high risk factors of recurring are positive margin, serious lesion and age over 40.The follow-up items for postoperation involve cytology, colposcopy,ECC and HPV testing; If there were 2 LSIL or 1 HSIL for cytology, the patients should be given colposcopy examination and ECC.Retreatment must be clinically individual one.It is the same significance for follow-up and treatment of CIN2~3.

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of nonpenetrated cornea trauma caused by crops. Methods Clinical data of 128 cases of nonpenetrated cornea trauma caused by crops were retrospectively analyzed. According to the interval time between occurrence of trauma and clinic visiting, the patients were divided into 3 groups:group A (33 cases,<24 h), group B (72 cases, 24 h≤interval time<1 week) and group C (23 cases, ≥ 1 week). The therapeutic effects and prognosis were analyzed. Results There was statistical difference in the incidence of corneal ulcer among group A, group B and group C: 6.1% (2/33), 62.5% (45/72) and 100.0% (23/23), χ2= 52.32, P<0.01. In group B, 12 cases were treated with conjunctival flap covering, 2 cases received keratoplasty and 2 cases undertook enucleation. In group C, 10 cases were treated with conjunctival flap covering, 4 cases received keratoplasty and 2 patients undertook enucleation finally. All the other patients were cured with local debridement and medical treatment. Conclusions Patients with nonpenetrated cornea trauma caused by crops may develop infectious keratitis, and prompt and proper treatment can avoid the secondary infection and improve the outcome. Local debridement in combination with iodophors disinfection can prevent the incidence of infectious keratitis. Conjunctival flap covering is an effective technique in the treatment of corneal ulcer caused by nonpenetrated cornea trauma.

In this study, a rapid and sensitive analytical method was developed for the determination of 10 major compounds (procyanidin B1, catechin, procyanidin B2, rutin, isoquercitrin, kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside, astragalin, quercitrin, quercetin, and kaempferol) in Tetrastigma hemsleyanum by using ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple-quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) in multiple-reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. UPLC-MS/MS assay with negative ion mode was performed on a Waters CORTECS C18 (2.1 mm x 100 mm, 1.6 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile (A) and 0.1% aqueous formic acid (B) in gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.25 mL · min(-1) and the column temperature was set at 45 °C. Under the optimized chromatographic conditions, good separation for 10 target compounds were obtained including chiral isomer procyanidins B1 and B2 were completely separated within 8.5 min. Satisfactory linearity was achieved with wide linear range and fine determination coefficient (r > 0.996 6), the overall recoveries were ranged from 95.44%-110.40% with the RSD ranging from 2.37%-8.69%. It is the first report about simultaneous analysis of 10 major flavonoids components in Tetrastigma hemsleyanum by using UPLC-MS/MS method, which affords highly sensitive, specific, speedy and efficient method for quality control of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum
4.Research advances in cytokines associated with primary biliary cholangitis
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2020;36(2):446-450
Primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) is an autoimmune liver disease characterized by nonsuppurative inflammation of the small- and medium-sized bile ducts in the liver. The pathogenesis of PBC remains unclear, and immunoregulation may play a critical role. As the important components of the immune system, cytokines may be involved in the pathogenesis of PBC. This article reviews related research advances in recent years, including the roles of pro-inflammatory cytokines (interleukin-12, interleukin-17, interleukin-9, interleukin-8, tumor necrosis factor-α, and interleukin-6), the anti-inflammatory cytokine interleukin-10, and their signaling pathways in PBC, so as to deepen the understanding of the pathogenesis of PBC and explore new treatment methods.

Objective To study the distribution patterns of the SNPs for the 3 sites (Ⅱe105Val, Ala114Val and Asp147Tyr) of glutathione S-transferase pi (GST-pi) in epilepsy patients without definite etiological factors. Methods At the same time, the possible relationship of GST-pi gene mutation with the vulnerability of drug-resistant epilepsy, drug-responsive epilepsy and EEG feature were explored. The SNPs of GST-pi for healthy people, drug-responsive epilepsy patients and drug-resistant epilepsy patients were genotyped by sequence-specific primers (SSP)-based PCR technologies (PCR-SSP). Results In drugresponsive epilepsy group, the frequency for 3 sites of mutated SNP of GST-pi was 59.62%, 55.32% and 50.94%, while it was 58.33%, 51.19% and 45.92% in drug-resistant epilepsy group. The difference of genotype and allele between normal group and foregoing epilepsy group was significant ( P<0.01 ), but no difference was found between drug-respensive epilepsy group and drug-resistant epilepsy group ( P>0.05 ). There was a difference of genotype distribution between groups with typical and untypical epilepsy EEG ( F = 0.0294, 8.867 × 10-6, 1.366 × 10-5, P<0.05 ). Conclusions The results indicate that the SNPs of GST-pi are associated with an increased risk of epilepsy, but not associated with an increased risk of drugresistant epilepsy. The patients present EEG characteristic of typical epilepsy.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and advantage of laparoscopic appendectomy by concealed three-ports technique. Methods The clinical data of 283 patients received concealed three-ports laparoscopic appendectomy were retrospectively reviewed. Results All the patients were cured after appendectomy, including 5 patients required conversion to operation(because of adhesions around the appendix and difficult to dissect). The surgical time ranged from 25 min to 110 min and the mean time was 38 min. After 8 ~ 12h the patients could move and the average length of postoperative stay was 5d (range 4 ~ 6d). 3 cases had postoperative wound infection. None occurred complications such as postoperative bleeding, abdominal abscess, intestinal fistula, adhesion ileus and incision hernia in 6 months on average (range 1 ~ 18 months)after operation. Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomy by concealed three-ports technique was a safe and available method and had advantages such as convenience and safety, good cosmetic results, less injury, rapid recovery, less complications, cheap and easy.
