1.Postnatal depression and anxiety state and its related factors of parturtents from migrant worker family

Objective To know the postnatal depression and anxiety state and its related factors of parturients from migrant worker family,and then reference to certain nursing counter-measures. Methods Sampled 73 parturients by spontaneous labor from migrant worker family and 45 local matched parturients,interviewed them by SAS and SDS to know their postnatal depression and anxiety state,and then analyzed the datum between them. Results The level of postnatal depression and anxiety in parturients from migrant worker family was significant higher than that in local parturienta.Different level of depression and anxiety was existed in different parturients from migrant worker family by different educational attainments,different family type and different financial state. Conclusions The state of postnatal depression and anxiety in parturients from migrant worker family is severely,related health education should be strengthened,associated social secu-rity and support system should be established to help them release their unhealthy emotion.

AIM: To explore the mechanism of Nao-re-qing oral liquid (NRQ) decreasing endotoxin (ET)-induced fever in rabbits. METHODS: (1) The ET-induced fever model was established in rabbits. In this study, a rapid and sensitive analytical method was developed for the determination of 10 major compounds (procyanidin B1, catechin, procyanidin B2, rutin, isoquercitrin, kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside, astragalin, quercitrin, quercetin, and kaempferol) in Tetrastigma hemsleyanum by using ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple-quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) in multiple-reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. UPLC-MS/MS assay with negative ion mode was performed on a Waters CORTECS C18 (2.1 mm x 100 mm, 1.6 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile (A) and 0.1% aqueous formic acid (B) in gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.25 mL · min(-1) and the column temperature was set at 45 °C. Under the optimized chromatographic conditions, good separation for 10 target compounds were obtained including chiral isomer procyanidins B1 and B2 were completely separated within 8.5 min. Satisfactory linearity was achieved with wide linear range and fine determination coefficient (r > 0.996 6), the overall recoveries were ranged from 95.44%-110.40% with the RSD ranging from 2.37%-8.69%. It is the first report about simultaneous analysis of 10 major flavonoids components in Tetrastigma hemsleyanum by using UPLC-MS/MS method, which affords highly sensitive, specific, speedy and efficient method for quality control of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum
6.Application of CARTO3 Fast Anatomical Mapping During Radiofrequency Ablation in Patients With Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

Objective: To investigate the safety and efficacy of CARTO3 fast anatomical mapping during radiofrequency ablation in patients with paroxysmal atrial ifbrillation (PAF). Methods: A total of 120 PAF patients treated in our hospital from 2013-01 to 2015-07 were enrolled. All patients received CARTO3 system for mapping and they were randomly divided into 2 groups: Control group, the patients had selective pulmonary vein angiography, followed by conventional point by point method to reconstruct left atrial model for guiding the ablation of PFA and Treatment group, the patients had selective pulmonary vein angiography followed by fast anatomical mapping to build left atrial model for guiding the ablation of PFA; the rest operational steps such as trans-septal and circumferential pulmonary vein ablation were the same.n=60 in each group. The times of operation, X-ray exposure and the rates of success, complication occurrence were compared between 2 groups. Results: All patients were successfully completed radiofrequency ablation for PAF. Compared with Control group, Treatment group had increased modeling time (8.5 ± 3.6) min vs (5.2 ± 2.3) min, while decreased pulmonary vein ostium determing time (12.0 ± 5.6) min vs (25.0 ± 8.4) min, circumferential pulmonary vein ablation time (95.0 ± 22.0) min vs (115.0 ± 25.0) min and X-ray exposure time (15.0 ± 6.3) min vs (24.0 ±5.5) min, allP<0.05. The rates of success and complication occurrence were similar between 2 groups, P>0.05. Conclusion: CARTO3 fast anatomical mapping is safe and effective for guiding radiofrequency ablation in PAF patients, it may decrease the X-ray exposure time and operation time which were important for treating the relevant patients.
7.Study on Optimization of the Extraction Technology of Bushen Yangxue Granules

OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of Bushen yangxue granules, and to provide reference for developing hospital preparations. METHODS: The orthogonal test was designed to optimize the extraction technology of Bushen yangxue granules using the comprehensive score including the content of hyperoside and total flavonoids, extract yield as evaluation indexes, water amount, extraction time and extraction times as factors. Verification test was also conducted. RESULTS: The extraction technology of Bushen yangxue granules was 10-fold water, extracting for 2 times and 1 hour each time. The results of verification test indicated that the contents of hyperoside and total flavonoids were 0. 154 mg/g (RSD=0. 010%, n=3) and 11. 094 mg/g (RSD=0. 008%, n=3). The average extract yield was 37. 76% (RSD=0. 008%, n=3). CONCLUSIONS: The optimized extraction technology is stable and feasible, which can provide the basis for developing hospital preparations of Bushen yangxue granules.
8.Lee Silverman voice therapy can improve the speech of Chinese-speakers with Parkinson′s disease

Objective:To investigate the effect of Lee Silverman voice therapy (LSVT) on the speech and life quality of Chinese persons with Parkinson′s disease (PD).Methods:A total of 16 Chinese PD patients were enrolled and given standard LSVT for 4 weeks. Their acoustic data were analyzed using PRAAT software before and after the treatment. Their voice quality was evaluated using the Japanese GRBAS voice scale and their quality of life was quantified using the Voice Handicap Index (VHI) scale.Results:After 4 weeks of LSVT the patients′ average voice and life quality had improved significantly. The average maximum duration of sustained vowel phonation had increased significantly, as had the vowels′ mean loudness, reading and monologue delivery. The GRBAS grading indicated that hoarseness had decreased significantly. The average total voice handicap index had also decreased significantly.Conclusion:Lee Silverman therapy can significantly improve maximum phonation time and loudness of Chinese-speakers, which enhances sensory feedback. The quality of their speech and of their life also improve significantly. This technique is recommended for clinical application.
9.Molecular characterization of chicken anemia virus in Guangxi Province, southern China, from 2018 to 2020

Background:
Chicken anemia virus (CAV) causes chicken infectious anemia, which results in immunosuppression; the virus has spread widely in chicken flocks in China.
Objectives:
The aim of this study was to understand recent CAV genetic evolution in chicken flocks in Guangxi Province, southern China.
Methods:
In total, 350 liver samples were collected from eight commercial broiler chicken farms in Guangxi Province in southern China from 2018 to 2020. CAV was detected by conventional PCR, and twenty CAV complete genomes were amplified and used for the phylogenetic analysis and recombination analysis.
Results:
The overall CAV-positive rate was 17.1%. The genetic analysis revealed that 84 CAVs were distributed in groups A, B, C (subgroups C1-C3) and D. In total, 30 of 47 Chinese CAV sequences from 2005-2020 belong to subgroup C3, including 15 CAVs from this study. There were some specific mutation sites among the intergenotypes in the VP1 protein. The amino acids at position 394Q in the VP1 protein of 20 CAV strains were consistent with the characteristics of a highly pathogenic strain. GX1904B was a putative recombinant.
Conclusions
Subgroup C3 was the dominant genotype in Guangxi Province from 2018–2020.The 20 CAV strains in this study might be virulent according to the amino acid residue analysis. These data help improve our understanding of the epidemiological trends of CAV in southern China.
