Objective To explore the safety and effectiveness of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) after laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods From January 2014 to December 2015,167 gastric cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy with D2 lymphadenectomy were divided into the enhanced recovery after surgery group (ERASG,67 cases) and 102 cases the conventional surgery group (CSG,102 cases).The general status,tumor stage,postoperative recovery,complications,hospitalization time and 30 day readmission were compared between ERASG and CSG.Results The first exhaust time in ERASG and CSG were (2.6 ± 1.1) days and (3.8 ± 1.3) days (t =-6.494,P ＜ 0.01).Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the postoperative hospitalization time,30 day readmission rate,complications,anastomotic leakage,wound infection,pneumonia,gastric retention and intestinal obstruction between of ERASG and CSG (all P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Patients in ERASG have quicker postoperative recovery than those in CSG,with similar postoperative complications.

Early-onset scoliosis (EOS) orthopedic treatment is a worldwide problem in recent years.With the growing rod technique clinical application and development of innovative,it has opened up a new way of orthotics for scoliosis.This paper reviews the development process of growing rods in treatment of early onset scoliosis.

Objective To investigate the formaldehyde pollution in a tunnel. Methods The concentration of formaldehyde was determined in rooms for different function,in rooms with different number of furniture,in different position in a tunnel and at different time of using air cleaner in Oct. 2006. Results The total rate of exceed standard of formaldehyde level in the tunnel was 82.9%,the rate of exceed standard in the rooms disposed by all the furniture was 100%,the rate of exceed standard in the front of the tunnel was lowest (63.6%). Using the air cleaner,the rate of exceed standard decreased in degree. Conclusion The main source of formaldehyde pollution in a tunnel is furniture,formaldehyde is the main air pollutant in a tunnel.

OBJECTIVE:To determine the contents of fleroxacin and tinidazole in compound fleroxacin suppository METH_ODS:RP-HPLC was used,the detecting conditions:ODS-C18 column;mobile phase,0 05mol/L lemon acid-acetonitrile(65∶35),was modulated to pH=4 0 with triethylamine;flow rate 0 8ml/min;external standard method;detective wavelength 300nm RESULTS:Linear ranges were 9 92～79 36?g/ml(for fleroxacin) 20 32～162 56?g/ml(for tinidazole) respectively wh_ere the peak areas were correlative with the concentrations,r=0 9 974 and 0 9 995 The average recoveries were 101 6% and 100 1% and RSDs was 1 4% and 1 2% respectively CONCLUSION:This detecting method is simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for determination of the contents of this preparation

Objective:To explore the effects of Ganoderma Lucidum spore on the immunity of the immunosuppression mice with Glucocorticiods(GC).Methods:Different dosages of Ganoderma Lucidum spore were intragastriced to the immunosuppression mice with Glucocorticiods, and the weight of the immune organs and the phagocytic function of the macrophages and neutrophile,the expression in of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD49b+ and CD19+ in the blood cell were measured;And the total complement activity, the content of the cytokine and the valence of hemolysin in the mice serum were detected.Results:The immune function of the GC immunosuppression mice were remarkable effected with Ganoderma Lucidum spore, it could significantly increase the index of the thymus and spleen, improve the valence of hemolysin and the phagocytic function of the macrophages and neutrophile of the mice.The total complement activity, the content of the cytokine in serum,and the quantity of T,B and NK cell in the mice blood were influenced by Ganoderma Lucidum spore.Conclusion:The results show that Ganoderma Lucidum spore remarkable effect on the immunity of the immunosuppression mice with GC, and it can promote accommodation the immune function of mouse.

目的探讨认知康复在脑损伤恢复期的重要性和必要性。方法 60例患者随机分为非介入认知康复组(A组)和介入认知康复组(B组),每组30例。A组为只接受部分康复项目(OT、PT、ST或高压氧),B组在A组的基础上加用认知训练。通常康复训练进行3—4次/天,45分钟/次。高压氧治疗每日1次,10—12天为1个疗程,治疗3—5个疗程,平均36个疗程。结果A组与B组比较在LOTCA评价、FIM评价和Fugl-Meyer评价上都有显著性差异,其中LOTCA评价有非常显著性差异。 结论认知康复在脑损伤恢复后期是必要的。

Objective To explore the incidence rate and the risk factors of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) in patients with traumatic fractures so as to provide references for prevention of DVT.Methods All of 534 Patients with fresh four extremities or pelvic fracture between January 2010 and December 2013 were involved in this study.The incidence of DVT under 5 risk factors including general state, injury type, fracture condition, operation and laboratory examination were analyzed.Each patient underwent three Doppler ultrasound exams in actions as the epidemiology diagnostic criterion for DVT.Results The total incidence rate of DVT in 534 patients was 11.99％.The univariate analysis showed that male patients with age≥60 years, BMI≥25 kg/m2, history of smoking, lack of exercises, history of diabetes, hypertension and coronary artery disease had higher incidence rate of DVT.In different injury types, the fall injury caused the highest incidence rate of DVT (45.71％).There were different DVT rates for different fracture sites, with the highest incidence rate of DVT for femur shaft fracture (20.69％).The incidence rate of DVT was 50.00％ for fractures of more than three parts, 15.29％ for fractures of two parts and only 3.98％ for sole part.The incidence rate of DVT for comminuted fractures was higher than others.The operation duration, massive transfusion during operation and general anesthesia were related with the increase of incidence of DVT.Positive ACA and enhancement of D-dimer, Fib and CRP were related with the increase of incidence of DVT.Conclusion The incidence of DVT in patients with traumatic fractures approaches a considerable level.It has relationships with age≥60 years, BMI≥25 kg/m2, history of smoking, fall injury, fracture of femoral shaft and hip, more than three parts of fractures, comminuted fractures, operation duration≥2 hours, largely blood transfused, massive transfusion during operation, general anesthesia, positive ACA, enhancement of D-dimer, Fib and CRP.The surgeons should recognize the importance to prevent DVT and PE in the traumatic patients.

Objective To explore the impact of puerarin treatment on autophagy in rats with traumatic brain injury (TBⅠ) and the underlying mechanism.Methods Seventy five Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were randomized into 5 groups:sham group (S group,n =15),traumatic brain injury group (TBⅠ group,n =15),TBⅠ + puerarin treatment group (TBⅠ + Pue group,n =15),TBⅠ + JNK inhibitor group (TBⅠ + SP group,n =15),and TBⅠ + JNK activator + Pue (TBⅠ + An + Pue group,n =15).Feeney method was applied to make rats with TBⅠ model.Mter that,head water content and neurological deficit score (NDS) were measured and recorded at day 1,3 and 7 in each group.Western blot was used to measure the JNK activity and autophagic marker proteins,including LC3B and Beclin1.Results Compared to S group,the head water content and NDS were decreased significantly among the others (P ＜ 0.05).The head water content and NDS in TBⅠ + Pue and TBⅠ + SP groups was decreased remarkably compared with TBⅠ group.Combined with puerarin and animycin treatments failed to reduce head water content and NDS compared to the TBⅠ + Pue group.Activated autophagy could be observed in TBⅠ group compared to S group.Compared to group S,LC3Ⅱ,Beclin1 and P-JNK1 were increased significantly.Pue and SP could reduce their expressions,respectively.Combined with puerarin and animycin treatments failed to reduce LC3Ⅱ,Beclin1 and P-JNK1 compared to TBⅠ + Pue group.Conclusions Puerarin could protect rats with TBⅠ via inhibiting autophagy,JNK signal pathway could involve the process of puerarin regulating autophagy.

Objective To study the expression of miR-146a in the serum of sepsis and the diagnostic value.Methods Serum miR-146a expression was detected in 98 patients diagnosed with sepsis,69 patients with severe sepsis and 30 healthy controls.ROC plots were used to evaluate the diagnostic value.Results The expression of miR-146a was decreased successively in healthy group,general sepsis group and severe sepsis group.In the diagnosis of sepsis,at the optimal expression cutoff miR-146a value of 0.805,the sensitivity was 0.967 and specificity 0.940,with an AUC of 0.983.In the diagnosis of sepsis severity degree,at the optimal expression cutoff miR-146a value of 0.530,the sensitivity was 0.796 and specificity 0.986,with an AUC of 0.943.Conclusion miR-146a can be a potential marker in diagnosis of sepsis and severity degree .
