In order to assess whether there is any abnormality in oncogene expression in hypoxia induced pulmonary hypertension, the expression of oncogene erbB in the lung tissue of rats with and without hypoxia was detected by in situ hybridization with digoxingenin as a prob label. Objective To quantitatively analyze the early warning value of laboratory indexes for death risk in children with criti ‐cal hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD) .Methods The univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were conducted to explore the independent risk factors of death in critical HFMD children .Then the area under receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC) was applied to give the comprehensive assessment of the test model ,as well as the early warning capacity and the optimal cut‐off level of laboratory indexes in critical HFMD children .Results The AUC of the Logistic regression model (Y ) established based on white blood cell ,neutrophil ,myoglobin ,creatinine for early predicting the death risk in critical HFMD children patients was 0 .847 (95% CI :0 .783 - 0 .911) ,which indicating that its diagnostic value was superior to single index .Conclusion The diag‐nostic value of the Y model established based on four indexes of white blood cell count ,neutrophile granulocytes count ,myohemo‐globin and creatinine is superior to any single index ,which has the better early warning value for the death risk in children with crit‐ical HFMD .
3.Applicability of Zebra Fish Thrombosis Model in Antithrombotic Activity Screening of Chinese Materia Medica

Objective To investigate the applicability of zebra fish thrombosis model in antithrombotic activity screening of Chinese materia medica.Methods The living zebra fish thrombosis model was induced by adrenaline hydrochloride. Zebra fish were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, positive medicine group and medication group. Each group was given the corresponding medicine or embryo culture water. O-anisidine staining solution was used to stain and calculate the staining intensity of erythrocytes in zebra fish heart, and quantitative analysis was carried out. The platelet aggregation of transgenic zebra fish was observed and under qualitative analysis. Results Compared with the model group, 100μg/mL salvianolic acid B, 300, 900μg/mL aqueous extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza, 45μg/mL 95% ethanol extract and 400, 1200μg/mL hypothalamus could significantly inhibited the formation of zebra fish thrombosis (P<0.01).ConclusionZebra fish thrombosis model has good applicability in antithrombotic activity screening of Chinese materia medica.
4.Short-term clinical outcome of carbon ion radiotherapy for cutaneous malignant melanoma

Objective To evaluate the toxicity and efficacy of carbon ion radiotherapy for cutaneous malignant melanoma. Methods Form December 2006 to May 2009, 13 patients with superficial malignant melanoma were treated with carbon ion radiotherapy in the Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The total dose was 60 -66 GyE in 6 -12 fractions within 6 -12 days. The disease was Stage Ⅱ_a in 2, Ⅱ_b in 3, Ⅱ_c in 5, and Ⅲ_c in 3 patients. The toxicities were assessed according to the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG) criteria, and the efficacy was evaluated with WHO criteria. Results The median follow-up time was 13.5 months (range, 1 -25 months) and the follow-up rate was 100%. Of the 13 patients, 10(77%) achieved complete remission (CR), and 3(23%) partial remission (PR). The overall response rate (RR) was 100%, and the median survival time was 21.3 months (95% CI, 18. 1 -24.5 months). The grade 0, 1,2 and 3 skin reaction occurred in 3, 6, 2 and 2 patients, respectively. The hematologic toxicities were mild. Conclusions Carbon ion radiotherapy is a safe and effective treatment for cutaneous malignant melanoma.
5.Comparison of the efficacy and safety of suction ureteral stent and conventional ureteral stent in the treatment of urinary calculi

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of suction ureteral stent and conventional ureteral stent in the treatment of patients with urinary calculi,so as to evaluate the clinical application value.Methods A total of 196 patients with urinary calculi admitted to in our hospital during Dec.2022 and May 2023 were selected to undergo ureteral holmium laser lithotripsy with hard ureteroscopy or soft ureteroscopy,including 100 with suction ureteral stent(suction group)and 96 with conventional ureteral stent(conventional group).Basic data,visual analog scale(VAS),extubation time,extubation success rate,gross hematuria,lumbar and abdominal pain,and urinary tract infection were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the conventional group,the suction group had lower VAS[(2.94±1.24)vs.(5.78±1.50)],shorter extubation time[(4.28±0.51)min vs.(13.51±1.81)min],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After extubation,the suction group had a lower incidence of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional ureteral stent,extraction of suction ureteral stent has the advantages of simpler operation,better patient comfort,fewer complications,shorter extubation time and lower medical costs.
6.Serum levels of GP73 in patients with autoimmune liver disease

Objective To evaluate the serum levels of GP73 for diagnosing autoimmune liver disease.Methods Three populations were included:80 patients with autoimmune liver disease; 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B,and 80 apparently healthy controls.Results The serum levels of GP73 in patients with autoimmune liver disease (112.3 ± 72.55 ng/ml) were significantly higher than those of patients with chronic hepatitis B (86.44 ± 60.69 ng/ml),and healthy controls (35.84 ± 11.8 ng/ml).However,there were no significant differences was observed in group of subjects with autoimmune hepatitis (107.4 ± 90.6 ng/ml),primary biliary cirrhosis ((89.0 ± 45.38 ng/ml),and primary sclerosing cholangitis (113.3 ± 50.87 ng/ml).Chosen the healthy control as "control group",the patients with chronic hepatitis B as "patients group ",the sensitivity and specificity of GP73 for diagnosing autoimmune liver disease were 75.0% and 97.53%,respectively.The area of ROC analysis was 0.93(95% CI;0.89-0.97).Conclusion The serum GP73 levels was significantly increased in patients with autoimmune liver disease,compared with those of healthy controls.For patients with higher levels of serum GP73,diagnosis of autoimmune liver disease should also be considered,especially for those patients with overlap-syndrome,except for chronic virus hepatitis and hepatocellular carcinoma.

Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disease characterized by clinical manifestations of cognitive decline,abnormal mental behavior and decreased ability to engage in daily activities.The etiology of this disease is diverse and the onset is insidious.Traditional neuropsychological assessments are time-consuming,imaging detection sensitivity is low,and drug development progress is slow.With the rapid development of cognitive neuroscience and digital technology,digital technologies such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality are receiving increasing attention.This article aims to review the clinical research on digital technology in the prediction,screening,auxiliary diagnosis and treatment of AD in recent years,as well as the progress and breakthroughs in multiple fields such as AD gait,fine motor and speech,providing a directions for clinical diagnosis and further exploration.
8.Effect of botulinum toxin A on improving the aesthetics of lips

Objective:To observe the clinical efficiency, duration of action and adverse reactions of lip contour after local injection of type A botulinum toxin into the orbicularis oculi muscle.Methods:From March 2019 to June 2019, a total of 11 patients (6 males and 5 females, mean age 42.2 years) received superficial injection of botulinum toxin A in the orbicular muscle in our hospital. The change of lip thickness was assessed by Medicis lip fullness scale (MLFS) and the 3D structured light camera was used to collect and analyze the facial data. Pre- and post-treatment effects, duration of action and complications were evaluated.Results:Improvement of upper lip thickness was noted in 11 cases (100%). The average onset time after injection was 14.6 days and average effect maintenance time was 124.1 days. The height of the red lips ( Z=-2.940, P<0.05), the distance from the upper lip to the Ricketts line ( Z=-2.137, P<0.05) and nasolabial angle ( Z=-2.137, P<0.05) were significantly changed one month after the injection. No allergic reaction was observed, and the adverse reactions were mild and reversible. Conclusion:Local injection of botulinum toxin type A can achieve mild lip augmentation.
9.Subcutaneous endoscope assisted suction-curettage shaver versus small-incision scissor for the treatment of axillary osmidrosis

Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of subcutaneous endoscope assisted suction-curettage shaver and small-incision scissor in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis.Methods:A total of 71 cases (142 sides) of patients with osmidrosis were treated. Among them, 38 cases (76 sides) were treated with subcutaneous endoscope assisted suction-curettage shaver for the resection of apocrine sweat glands, and 33 cases (66 sides) were treated with small-incision scissor. The postoperative recovery was evaluated by Tung grading. The postoperative complications, efficacy, operative time and satisfaction rate were also included in the comparison evaluation.Results:The effective rate of the subcutaneous endoscope assisted suction-curettage shaver group was 100% (75/75), which was significantly higher than that of the small-incision scissor group (89.39%, 59/66), with a statistically significant difference ( χ2=8.479, P=0.004). Complications in subcutaneous endoscope assisted suction-curettage shaver group(3.95%, 3/76) were significantly lower than that in small-incision scissor(25.76%, 17/66), χ2=39.699, P<0.001. The operative time of the endoscope group [(58.212±4.897) min] was slightly longer than that of small-incision scissor group [(54.079±6.096) min]. But the dressing time, stitches removal time and rehabilitation exercise time were significantly shorter than those of the small-incision scissor group, with statistically significant differences ( P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of subcutaneous endoscope assisted suction-curettage shaver group(97.37%, 74/76) was significantly higher than that of the small-incision scissor group(74.24%, 49/66), χ2=33.102, P<0.001. Conclusions:Subcutaneous endoscope assisted suction-curettage shaver has more significant efficacy, less postoperative complications, faster recovery and higher satisfaction than small-incision scissor in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis.
