Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2004;0(09):-
Objective To explore the method of repairing foot soft tissue defects by using island skin flaps pedicled with sural nerves and vessels. Methods 24 patients with foot soft tissue defects were treated surgically. The defects were repaired with island skin flaps pedicled with ipsilateral sural nerves and vessels. Results Of all the 24 flaps, 21 flaps survived at the first intention. Partial necrosis appeared in 3 flaps but were cured at the second intention. The follow ups of 1 to 2 years showed that the appearance and function were satisfactory in all the cases except 4 in which the skin appeared swollen. Conclusion To repair foot soft tissue defects, this flap has the advantages of strong anti infection ability and good texture so that healing at the first intention and early functional recovery can be obtained.
2.The effect of hyperestrogenemia on myocardial contractility and relaxation in myocardial infarction observed in female rats
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
The effect of hyperestrogenemia induced by intramuscular injectied estradiol (E_2) on myocardial contractility and relaxation was observed in female rats with myocardial infarction (MI). The results showed that: (1) In MI group, the plasma estradiol level increased slyghtly and then droped, while the level of estradiol increased markedly in rats treated by E_2 in MI (MIE_2) group. (2) Diameter of myofibril in MIE_2 grows more than that of control sham operation(CS) and MI (10.65?0.59 VS 7.65?0.40 and 10.15?0.54?m, P
3.Progress of artificial ureter
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2006;0(01):-
Artificial ureter has been studied for nearly 60 years, however it is still in experimental stage. So far there are no commercially available products for clinical use except autologous intestines loop even though many progresses have been made. Each approach for making artificial ureter has its own inherent advantages, disadvantages and limitations. But some approaches have shown great potential to be used as ureteral substitutes. Preventing the conduit from salt depositing and ensuring a watertight anastomoses with native tissues are the key factors in designing and manufacturing the prosthetic ureter. Along with scientific and technical improvement, artificial ureter will be successfully used in clinical therapeuticsin in the very near future.

Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2009;15(5):350-351
Objective To determine the clinical value of intraoperative cholangiography in mini-cholecystectomy. Methods The clinical data of 506 patients receiving intraoperative cholangiography in minicholecystectomy from 1992 to 2006 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Results Intr-aoperative cholangiography was successfully completed in 403 patients. The success rate was 97.4%.Stones in the bile duct in 49 patients, abnormal bite duet in 4 patients and bile duct injury in 4 patient were found. The cuts were extended in 16 patients. Conclusion Intraoperative cholangiography is of great value in inducing postoperative complications and improving the quality of MC. Therefore, it can be used to prevent residual stone after operation, avoid bile duct exploration or injury, decrease the chance of extending the cut and make sure of abnormal bile duct.

Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1992;0(08):-
The idea and methods of study on proteomics have many similarities to the whole view and the dialectical view of TCM,so it confirms with own characteristics of syndromes to introduce proteomics into studies of essence of syndromes.Appling the idea and methods of proteomics to study TCM differentiation of syndromes of hepatic disease and medicines for treatment and prevention of hepatic disease will comprehensively reveal the essence of generation, development and transformation of TCM hepatic disease, providing the most essential theoretical basis for TCM prevention and treatment of hepatic disease. To establish transform mode concept of correlation of proteomics with TCM hepatic disease will enrich greatly theory of TCM treatment of hepatic disease based on differentiation of syndromes, and also will provide a new thinking model for study on TCM syndrome types, and accelerate the process of TCM modernization.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2012;26(13):616-617
The patient was treated as pharyngeal foreign body sensation for six months. Laryngeal endoscopy: one about 1 cm x 2 cm x 2 cm, hard, smooth bulge in hypopharyngeal wall at the plane of epiglottis valley. The cervical MRI showed that the C3-C4 disc herniation and degeneration of the C3-C4 vertebrae. Cervical CT showed the C3-C4 disc osteophyte formation and forward bulge. After orthopedic consultation, the patient was diagnosed as esophageal cervical spondylosis. C3-C4 diskectomy and vertebral interbody bone grafted with plate fixation were undertaken. At postoperational day 2, the pharyngeal foreign body sensation disappeared.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(6):567-568
Cervical esophageal carcinoma is rare, the lack of early clinical manifestations, early diagnosis is difficult, easily missed or misdiagnosed, especially at present for the method of repairing defect of cervical esophagus cancer after operation. In many mainstream, the repair methods with free jejunum, gastric pull up, and anterolateral thigh flap freeforearm flap. We used the platysma skin flap to repair of cervical esophagus defect which is worthy of reference, report as follows now.

Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2001;0(03):-
Objective To investigate a safe, highly efficient and rapid skin expansion method. Methods Syringe pump and pump control of automatic (PCA) replacemented normal affusion were used with shorter and vertical skin professional jargon for continuous and constant pressure skin expansion. Twenty cases (23 expanders) were carried out in this way. Results The maximum area of defect was 16 cm?20 cm, and the minimum area of defect was 3 cm?3 cm. The expanders were used for 18 days and the volume of expanders were 40-900 ml . It was more rapidly than normal affusion. There were no more complications except a case of expander leakage, and others expressed their satifactions Conclusion This modification of the skin expansion is a safe, comfortable, convenient to carry with. It is worth recommendation.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(09):-
Objective To evaluate intravesical instillation of epirubicin plus BCG to prevent recurrence of transitional cell cancer of bladder after surgical management. Methods A total of 44 cases of bladder cancer who underwent TURBT or partial cystectomy were divided into 2 groups.①Group 1 received intravesical instillation of epirubicin plus BCG (24 cases).Within 1 week following operation single dose of intravesical epirubicin instillation was given and from the second week regular intravesical BCG was instilled afterwards.②Group 2 received BCG alone (20 cases).Within 1 week after surgical management regular intravesical BCG instillation was given. All the patients were followed up for 24 months. Results In Group 2,3 cases had recurrence at 5,9,12 months individually, the incidence rate being 15% (3/20).No recurrence developed in Group 1.The recurrence rate was significantly different between the 2 groups (?2 test,P
