Based on the maintenance & management status and modernization development demand of military medical equipment, this study makes a general design for the maintenance scheme decision-making and management system of military equipment and puts forward the N floor network system structure based on the B/S mode and function structure that can be adapted to this model.

87 female patients with carcinoma of the colon and rectum were treated in our hospital from 1977 to 1986. Among them seven (8%) were found to have ovarian metastasis, The average age of the patients was 49 years. The primary tumor was mainly located in the sigmoid or ascending colon. The se-rosa was involved in all the 7 cases. Ovarian metastasis were usually bilateral. The prognosis of the patients with ovarian metastasis remained poor despite the performance of a radical operation. It is very important to consider the possibility of the ovarian metastasis in patients with colonic cancer, and prophylactic oophorectomy is imperative in order to effect a cure.

Objective:To explore the feasibility of diagnosing glioma which expressing high level EGFR by 131I-EGF.Methods: In vitro cellular uptake and cellular retention experiment of ~(131)I-EGF was carried out with C6 cell.Radiodistribution experiment was carried out after injection of ~(131)I-EGF into 2-week-old tumor bearing Wistar rats,at 30min,2 hour,6 hour and 12 hour. SPECT images were carried out after 12 hours of intravenous injection of ~(131)I-EGF between tumor bearing rats and normal rats. Results:The rate of C6 cellular uptake and retention in vitro was high.At all selected time,~(131)I-EGF was mainly distributed in liver,spleen and kidney,partially distributed in tumor,but the radioactivity was stronger and stronger with the time passed,until reached the highest strong at 12h.Tumor tissues of tumor bearing rats were seen clearly by SPECT imaging after 12 hours of intravenous injection of ~(131)I-EGF,the liver and spleen were the major normal organs visualized on the images,and the other tis- sues didn't be seen obviously.Conclusions:~(131)I-EGF could offer a new and specific approach to diagnose tumor such as glioma and other tumors expressing high level EGFR from molecular level.

Objective To investigate clinic characteristics and prognosis of lacunar cerebra infarction.Methods 112 patients with lacunar cerebra infarction were selected and analyzed retrospectively.Results 40% of patients had slight symptom,symptom-free 25% of patients was observed by the infarct sign based on the CT brain scan or MRI,65% of patients was the frequency of cerebra infarction,infarct focus was 219 in the 112 cases,recrudescence in 76 patients including 35 patients(46%) with symptom of dementia,language barrier and diplegia.Conclusions Clinic symptom of patients with lacunar cerebra infarction is slight,whereas clinic characteristics are variegated.Recrudescence rate is highter in patients with a previous history of the lacunarr cerebra infraction,and prognosis is bad.With the number of infarct focus increasing,clinic symptom of cognize obstacle and other function abnormity become more serious.This results may help clinicians to assess prognosis more accurately.

Objective To study the relationship between obesity and diabetic retinopathy (DR) in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.Methods Seventy-two cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were selectively divided into obesity group and non-obesity group according to BMI,obesity group were subdivided into A group(visceral type) and B group(subcutaneous type) according to waist-buttock girth ratio,the prevalance and severity of DR in two group were compared.Results DR in obesity group were significantly higher than those in non-obesity group,there were higher incidence of proliferative DR in obesity group,therefore,incidence of DR in A group was obviously higher than that in B group.Conclusions Obesity is one of the important factors to aggravate the DR in type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Objective To determine the relationship of ultrasonographic features and the expression of estrogen receptor(ER)in infiltrating duetal carcinoma(IDC)and infiltrating lobular carcinoma(ILC)of breast. Methods 118 patients with breast cancer were evaluated by ultrasonography.Ultra sonographic features in- cluded spiculate margin,posterior shadowing,microcalcifications,axillary lymphnodes metastasis,pre-and post-menopause and size of breast tumor.Scanning was performed before operation.The mastectomy speci- mens were stained with immunohistochemistry,and the expression of ER was measured.Results The expres- sion of ER was significantly correlated with spiculate margin and posterior shadowing in IDC and ILC(P0.05).Conclusion The biologic behavior and prognosis of breast IDC and ILC can be assessed according to ultrasonographic features to some extent.

Pinacidil caused a concentration -dependent decrease in the force of contraction,but, benzyltetrahydropalmatine ( BTHP ) increased the contractile force in isolated guinea pig left atria. Both BTHP and pinacidil suppressed the adrenaline- induced left atria auto-maticity.In isolated guinea pig trachealis,BTHP(5, 50 ?mol ?L-1) caused an apparent leftward shift of acetylcholine(Ach)or histamine dose-response curves, augmenting response to low Ach or histamine concentrations without or slightly change the tissue maximum response to the spasmogen. By contraries,Pinacidil(50 ? mol?L-1)produced a rightward shifts in the concentration - effect curve of Ach or Kis and depressed the foot of thedose-response curves for Ach or His without modifying the maximum response.In the presence of pinacidil BTHP did not modify the responses to either Ach or histamine. indeed,the specific antagonism between pinacidil and BTHP suggests that BTHP interact with the same or closely related sites of actions as the K channel blocker.

Objective:To review the recovery course of pituitary-thyroid axis by follow-up of hyperthyroidism patients with ~(131)Ⅰ therapy.Methods:This study involved 322 patients undergoing~(131)Ⅰ therapy between 1997 and 2000 in our hospital.Serum T_3,T_4 and TSH were regularly evaluated for 3 years after therapy.Results:Our study showed that serum T_3,T_4 and TSH returned to normal levels step by step,but the recovery of TSH fell behind that of T_3 and T_4.Conclusion:Our study demonstrates that clinical manifestations disappear in 1 year after ~(131)Ⅰ therapy,while the recovery of pituitary-thyroid axis takes more time.
