Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined use of remifentanil,propofol and high frequency jet ventilation for respiratory tract foreign body removal in children.Methods Fifty-two children undergoing respiratory tract foreign body removal operations were randomly divided into two groups: group A with remifentanil,propofol and high frequency jet ventilation(n=26),and group B with ketamine and sodium ?-hydroxybutrate(n=26).The changes of operation time,awaken time,vital signs and the incidence of intra/post-operative complications were observed.Results There was no significant differences in operation time,but awaken time in group A was significantly longer than that in group B(P
2.Effect of oxycodone hydrochloride injection on postoperative laparoscopic cholecystectomy and its effects on 5-HT, NO and SP levels

Objective To investigate oxycodone hydrochloride injectio in treatment of postoperative laparoscopic cholecystectomy and its effects on analgesia and levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),nitric oxide(NO),substance P(SP).Methods 90 patients of underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy who received therapy from August 2013 to August 2016 in Hangzhou Tvaditional chinese Medical hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.Before incision,the observation group were gived intravenous oxycodone hydrochloride injection 0.1mg/kg,the control group were gived intravenous sufentanil 0.2μg/kg.The changes of anesthesia,postoperative pain,adverse reactions and 5-HT,NO and SP after operation were compared between the two groups.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the anesthesia time,operation time,spontaneous breathing recovery time,wake up of time between two groups,after postoperative two,four,24 h,the scores of incision pain,visceral pain in the observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the operation,the levels of 5-HT,NO,SP of two groups were changed,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the results in observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the total incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in observation group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxycodone hydrochloride injection is well for laparoscopic cholecystectomy,which can effectively reduce the release of 5-HT,NO,SP,relief of postoperative pain,high security.
3.Analyses of Joint Detection Results of HCV, TP and HIV among 9 092 Pregnant Women in Xinyi City

Objective To investigate epidemic infections of the three infective diseases such as Hepatitis C, Syphilis, AIDS in the pregnant women in Xinyi.Methods The anti-hepatitis C virus antibody (anti-HCV), anti-Treponema pallidum antibody (anti-TP) and anti-human immunodeficiency virus (anti-HIV) were tested on the samples from 9,092 pregnant women hospitalized for birth delivery in the obstetric departments of hospitals and obstetric clinics.Results The detection rates of the three infective diseases were1.54 ‰ (14/9092) for anti -HCV, 5.83 ‰(53/9092) for anti-TP, and 0.55 ‰(5/9092) for anti-HIV.There was no statistically signifi-cant difference in the infection rate by the three pathogens among the age group.Conclusion The infection rates of HCV, TP and HIV are high among the pregnant women in Xinyi.The prenatal screening should be further strength-ened to promote the prenatal and postnatal care.
4.The analysis of the relationship between the severity of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and metabolic syndrome

Objective To investigate the relationships between the severity of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and metabolic syndrome (MS).Methods One hundred and twenty-seven cases of NAFLD patients were selected from March 2011 to August 2012 in the First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University,of them,61 patients with mild NAFLD,45 patients with moderate and 21 patients with severe.And 21 cases without NAFLD were selected as control group during the same hospitalized period.All objects received the measures of height,body weight,waist circumference (WC),blood pressure; Liver ultrasonic examination,the examination of fasting plasma glucose,blood fat and hepatic function detections were also handed by special people.Results The proportion of overweight in the control group and the three NAFLD subgroups were 57.1% (12/21),88.5% (54/61),95.6% (43/45) and 100% (21/21) respectively (x2 =18.376,P <0.001) ;The proportion of the obesity in control group and the three NAFLD subgroups were 19.0% (4/21),44.3% (27/61),64.4% (29/45) and 71.4% (15/21) respectively(x2 =16.440,P =0.001).The proportion of the metabolic syndrome of the control group and the three NAFLD subgroups were 14.3% (3/21),45.9%(28/61),71.1% (32/45) and 71.4% (15/21) respectively (x2 =22.637,P < 0.05).All three subgroups of NAFLD were higher than the control group (x2 =6.641,P < 0.05 ; x2 =18.562,P < 0.05 ; x2 =14.000,P <0.05,respectively).The severity of NAFLD was positively correlated with BMI,WC,TG,FBG,SBP,and DBP (r =0.467,0.503,0.386,0.369,0.279,0.295,P < 0.01),and negatively correlated with HDL-C (r =-0.209,P <0.05).Conclusion The severity of NAFLD had significant correlations with metabolic syndrome's components.
5.Effects of strontium-doped calcium polyphosphate on behavior and angiogenic growth factors expression of co-cultured osteoblasts and endothelial cells

BACKGROUND:Our previous studies have shown that strontium-doped calcium polyphosphate containing low-dose strontium appears to have a significant effect on angiogenesis-related behaviors of monocultured umbilical vein endothelial cells and osteoblasts.
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of strontium-doped calcium polyphosphate on angiogenesis-related behaviors of umbilical vein endothelial cells and osteoblasts co-cultured, including celladhesion, spreading, proliferation, as wel as the protein secretion of vascular endothelial growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor from co-culture system in vitro.
METHODS:Human umbilical vein endothelial cells and osteoblastic cells (MG63) were utilized in this study. cells from passage 3 were used for preparation of the cel-scaffold constructs. After placed in 24-wel plate at a ratio of 2:1, human umbilical vein endothelial cells and MG63 cells were seeded onto strontium-doped calcium
polyphosphate, calcium polyphosphate and hydroxyapatite scaffolds and co-cultured for 7 days. The vascular endothelial growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor protein levels were determined through a double ligand enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The colorimetric 3-[4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay was performed to quantify the effect of scaffolds on cellproliferation.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Compared with those on calcium polyphosphate and hydroxyapatite scaffolds, cells on strontium-doped calcium polyphosphate scaffolds attached and spread better with a significantly improved cellproliferation. More importantly, the vascular endothelial growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor expressions were significantly higher in the strontium-doped calcium polyphosphate group than the other two groups (P<0.05), indicating strontium-doped calcium polyphosphate can up-regulate levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor proteins.
6.Role of heme oxygenase-1 in process of sevoflurane preconditioning attenuating hypoxla-reoxygenation iniury in cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes

ObjectiveTo investigate the role of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1 ) in process of sevoflurane preconditioning attenuating hypoxia-reoxygenation (H/R) injury in cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes.Methods Primary cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes were randomly divided into four groups ( n = 25 each):control group (group C),group H/R,sevoflurane preconditioning group(group S + H/R),and HO-1 inhibitor zinc protoporphyria (ZnPP) and sevoflurane preconditioning group(group ZnPP + S + H/R).In group H/R,the cardiomyocytes were exposed to 2 hours of hypoxia,followed by 1 hour of reoxygenation.Group S+ H/R received 2.5% sevoflurane preconditioning for 20 minutes followed by 10 minutes of wash-out before H/R.ZnPP was added to the culture medium with final concentrations of 3 μMol/L 1 hour before sevoflurane preconditioning and H/R in group ZnPP +S + H/R.HO- 1 expression,apoptosis rate,concentration of free calcium ( [ Ca2 + ] i),mitochondrial membrane permeability transition pore (PTP),cytoohrome C ( Cyto C) expression and activities of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase (CK) in culture supernatant were detected after reoxygenation.ResultsCompared with group C,the expression of HO-1 and cytoplasmic Cyto C of cardiomyocytes were up-regulated,mitochondrial Cyto C was down-regulated,while the [Ca2+ ]i,opening degree of PIP,apoptosis rate and activities of LDH and CK in culture supernatant were increased in group H/R.Compared with group H/R,the expression of HO-1 and mitochondrial Cyto C of cardiomyocytes were up-regulated,cytoplasmic Cyto C was down-regulated,while the [Ca2+ ] i,opening degree of PTP,apoptosis rate and activities of LDH and CK in culture supernatant were decreased in group S + H/R.Compared with group S + H/R,the expression of HO-1 and mitochondrial Cyto C of cardiomyocytes were down-regulated,cytoplasmic Cyto C was up-regulated,while the [Ca2+ ]i,opening degree of PTP,apoptosis rate and activities of LDH and CK in culture supematant were increased in group ZnPP + S + H/R.ConclusionThe up-regulation of HO-1 is involved in the process of sevoflurane preconditioning attenuating hypoxia-reoxygenation injury in cultured neonatal rat cardiomyocytes.
7.Clinical features of 30 cases of primary hyperthyroidism complicated with thyroid cancer

Objective To study the epidemiological and clinical features of primary hyperthyroidism complicated with thyroid cancer.Methods Clinical data of 30 cases of hyperthyroidism complicated with thyroid cancer(hyperparathyroidism group)were retrospectively analyzed.They were chosen from the 365 cases of primary hyperparathyroidism treated by operation from Jan.2002 to Jun.2011.At the same time,30 cases of thyroid cancer without hyperparathyroidism were randomly taken out as the control group.Results The incidence of thyroid cancer in primary hyperparathyroidism was 8.22% (30/365).The median course,preoperative diagnostic rate of thyroid cancer,and lymph nodes metastasis rate for hyperparathyroidism group and control group was 875.00 vs 120.00 days(z =-2.501,P <0.05),40.0% (12/30) vs 66.7% (20/30) (x2 =4.286,P <0.05),and 20.0% (6/30) vs 46.7% (14/30) (x2 =4.800,P < 0.05) respectively.All patients were followed up with the average of 4.5 years,ranging from 1 month to 9 yeas and a half.1 case(3.3%)in hyperparathyroidism group recurred hyperthyroidism 5 years after surgery.1 case(3.3%)recurred thyroid cancer 1 year after surgery and received operation again,and 1 case(3.3%)died half a year after operation from respiratory failure caused by lung metastasis of thyroid cancer in the control group.Conclusions Hyperthyroidism complicated with thyroid cancer has the characteristics of high incidence rate of thyroid cancer in the hyperthyroidism patients,long course,high preoperative misdiagnosis rate,low lymph node metastasis rate,favorable prognosis and so on.
8.Effects of ischemic preconditioning on cholesterol content and activity of Na+ -K+ -ATPase of hepatocytes following cold preservation in rats

Objective To investigate the effects of ischemic preconditioning on the cholesterol content and the activity of Na+-K+-ATPase of hepatocytes following cold preservation in rats.Methods Twenty-five rats were randomly divided into five groups,including control group (C),cold preservation group (Ⅰ),ischemic preconditioning group (ⅠP),atorvastatin (30 μmol/L) treatment group (A30),and atorvastatin (100 μmol/L) treatment group (A100).The cholesterol content and the activity of Na+ -K+ -ATPase were assessed.Results The cholesterol contents on the rat liver tissue cell membrane in the C group,Ⅰ group,ⅠP group,A30 group and A100 group were (310.4 ± 27.5),(187.7±13.1),(394.3±25.9),(201.8±14.6) and (122.6±7.7) nmol/mg protein,and activity of the Na+ -K+ -ATP enzyme was (46.55 ± 3.20),(27.4 ± 2.81),(52.71 ± 3.02),(30.67 ±2.78) and (19.64 ± 2.11) μmol Pi/hr mg protein,respectively (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the plasma membrane phospholipid content among the five groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Reduction of cholesterol content and Na+ K+ -ATPase activity on the liver cytoplasmic membrane is one of the factors causing donor liver cold preservation injury,but ischemic preconditioning can significantly improve cell membrane Na+ -K+ -ATPase activity and increase cytoplasmic membrane cholesterol content. Use of atorvastatin statins can reduce cytoplasmic membrane cholesterol synthesis,and significantly decrease Na+ -K+ -ATPase activity,thereby alleviating the donor liver cold preservation injury.

Objective To investigate the effect of adiponectin on the phosphorylation of adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase (AMPK) and the cell proliferation of osteosarcoma MG-63 cells.Methods The MG-63 cells were seeded in 6-cm board with a inoculum density of 1 × 105 cells/ml.When the cells grew up to about 80%,a volume (5 ml) of medium containing adiponectin (concentration 1 μg/ml) was added to each plate and incubated for 0 min,15 min,30 min,60 min,and 120 min,respectively ; and Western Blotting was used to detect the levels of AMPK phosphorylation,and the optimal time point processed by adiponectin was selected.The control and adiponectin groups were set (0,0.001,0.01,0.1,1 μg/ml) according to the optimal processing time of adiponectin,respectively; and Western blotting was used to detect the levels of AMPK phosphorylation and determine the optimal concentration of adiponectin.Based on the optimal processing time and optimal concentration,PBS was used as a control,the corresponding concentrations of adiponectin were used as the experimental group.Western blotting was used to detect the levels of AMPK phosphorylation to determine the effect of adiponectin on AMPK phosphorylation of osteosarcoma MG-63 cells.CCK-8 assay was used to investigate the effect of adiponectin on the cell proliferation of MG-63 cells.The MG-63 cells were seeded in the 96-well plates (5,000 cells/well) and cultured overnight.The experiment was set as blank control group and adiponectin-recombinant groups with 5 different concentration gradients (0.001,0.01,0.1,1,10 μg/ml).Five parallel wells were set for each group,and the cells were cultured for 24 h.During the last 4 h of culturing,a volume (10 μl) of CCK-8 reagent was added to each well,and the cells were cultured for another 2.5 h.The optical density (OD490) was obtained.Results When the concentration of adiponectin was greater than 0.01 μg/ml,the level of AMPK phosphorylation in MG-63 cells were significantly elevated (t =5.894,P =0.007).The short-time stimulation of adiponectin did not inhibit the proliferation of MG-63 cells (F =6.335,P =0.072).Conclusions Adiponectin can enhance the AMPK phosphorylation.The short-time stimulation of adiponectin did not inhibit the proliferation of MG-63 cells.

Objective To investigate the value of plasma miR-22 in diagnosis of idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension ( IPAH ),and its role of regulation mechanisms in the pathogenesis of the disease.Methods Circulating miR-22 levels of IPAH patients and healthy controls were evaluated by RTPCR.The silico analysis of targets for miR-22 was taken, and followed by eGFP reporter assay for verification of predicted target gene Myc binding protein (MYCBP). Results Compared with healthy controls,the expression of plasma miR-22 in IPAH patients was significantly decreased (P < 0.01 ).The area under curve (AUC) of ROC curve was 0.744.MYCBP was a real target of miR-22 confirmed by silico analysis and eGFP reporter assay. Conclusions The expression of plasma miR-22 was significantly decreased in IPAH patients,and it could serve as a potential biomarker for diagnosis.The miR-22 might be involved in the pathogenesis of the disease through promoting its target gene MYCBP to activate the c-Myc pathway.
