Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1993;0(05):-
In allusion to high labor intensity, low working efficiency and high error rate in hospital laboratory, a detection system of the enzyme-linked analyzer based on Multiscan EX instrument is developed. Being easy to operate, the detection system proves effective in enhancing working efficiency. It deserves popularizing because of its comprehensive applications to the detection.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(01):-
With a PII-300 computer, an intelligentized microcomputer system for HBV marker detection and reporting is developed in this paper, which is based on Windows operating system and accomplished through Visual Basic6.0. More than 10, 000 cases have proved that the result from the system accords with the one from artificial detection completely. This system solves the problems in hospital laboratory such as high labor intensity, low working efficiency and high error rate, and thus a quantitative detection method for HBV marker comes into existence.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
With a PII-300 computer, a microcomputer system for SCCA marker detection is developed in this paper, which is based on Windows operating system and Visual Basic 6.0. More than 1,000 cases have proved that the results from the system completely accord with the one from artificial detection. With this system, such disadvantages are conquered as high labor intensity, low working efficiency and high error rate, and a quantitative detection method for SCCA marker comes into existence.

Liver failure is a kind of acute and severe liver disease.Bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(BM-MSCs)have the function of differentiating into hepatocytes.Promotion of the regeneration of hepatocytes re-generation,inhibition of apoptosis, necrosis and inflammation of hepatocytes, may facilitate repairing damaged liver tissue and improving liver function.BM-MSCs have become a new choice with great application potential in the treatment of liver failure.

Portal vein thrombosis (PVT) is one of the common complications of cirrhosis, which induces or aggravates ascites and upper gastrointestinal bleeding and even impacts the difficulty of liver transplantation by raising portal pressure, hence deteriorating the prognosis of patients. With the revelation of PVT-related research findings in recent years, the recognition of its mechanism and clinical risks has deepened. This article reviews the latest progress in PVT formation mechanisms and treatment strategies to improve clinicians' recognition of the pathogenesis and aid in formulating reasonable prevention and treatment.

The activation of hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) and excessive deposition of extracellular matrix are the keys to the occurrence and development of liver fibrosis. Metabolic reprogramming supports the activation process of HSCs, which requires substantial energy to meet the corresponding energy requirements for liver fibrosis formation. This review focuses on the effect of metabolomic changes characterized by metabolic reprogramming on HSC activation and summarizes the characteristics of HSC energy metabolism reprogramming during the formation of liver fibrosis, with the aim to summarize research evidence for exploring the mechanism and developing strategies for the prevention and treatment of liver fibrosis.
