Infantile hemangiomas are the most common benign vascular tumors, accounting for 10% of the incidence of benign tumors. Most hemangiomas may involute spontaneously, without any medical intervention. But partly because of the special parts of its growth, such as pediatric airway (subglottic),potentially it has fatality. So it is essential to give prompt diagnosis and appropriate treatment.Although there are multiple literatures have reported about the management of the subglottic hemangioma, there is no unified conclusion. This article summarizes a variety of methods on the diagnosis and treatment of infantile subglottic hemangioma. And the advantages and disadvantages of various treatments with the cases and the literature were assessed,so as to provide individualized treatment options for infantile.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
The effect of maltol to prevent erythrocyte from auto-oxidation is presented. When erythrocytes were incubated at 37 ℃ for 24 h in vitro, oxyhemoglobin was decreased, methemoglobin, superoxide freeradical, lipofuscin and Heinz's body were increased as well as membrane proteins were changed. These reactions could be inhibited by maltol.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(9):631-634
OBJECTIVE:
To classify congenital laryngeal cysts in 62 newborn or infants, and to discuss the characteristics of different operation mode.
METHOD:
The clinical data of 62 infants with laryngeal cysts treated were reviewed retrospectively. After the examination of neck palpation, laryngoscope and imaging (CT or MRI), all patients were under general anesthesia of laryngeal cyst excision. we select operation mode according to the classification. Classification include: 61 cases of cysts were confined to the larynx, 1 case was beyond the larynx. Surgical managements include: an excision through external carotid approach in 1 case beyond the larynx, 61 cases had endoscopic excision under general anesthesia (12 cases with traditional bite exception, 12 cases with powered system and 37 cases with low-temperature radiofrequency ablation).
RESULT:
The operations was successful. No recurrence was found after 0.5 to 7 years follow-up.
CONCLUSION
To chose surgical management after classification and preoperative assessment, which could avoid unnecessary opening surgical approaches, reducing the recurrence, and preventing repeated endoscopic treatment or tracheotomy. The low-temperature radiofrequency ablation had the advantages of short operation time, less bleeding, little injury, low recurrence rate and light postoperative reaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2001;0(03):-
Objective To study the expression of glycosylphosphatidylinositol(GPI) anchored protein in lymphocyte subsets of healthy individuals. Methods Flow cytometry and two/three color McAbs were used to detect CD59 expression in granulocytes, lymphocytes and subsets. Results In 50 samples, granulocytes mainly showed a single population of cells strongly positive for CD59, the percentage of CD59 expression was (98.6?1 5)%. Lymphocytes had a small population of weakly positive and negative for CD59, positive cells being (90 0? 14.9)%. CD3 +T cells had a similar profile as that of total lymphocytes, but there were more weakly positive /negative cells and less strong positive cells. As compared with CD3 +T cells, CD4 +T cells had a larger population of strongly positive for CD59, positive cells being (92.9?8.1)%; while CD8 +T cells had a smaller population of strongly positive, positive cells being (74.6?9.1)%. CD59 expression of activated T cells was between that of CD3 +and CD8 +T cells. CD45RA +and CD45RO +T cells both had a similar profile like that of CD3 +T cells. CD20 +B cells showed a similar profile to that of granulocytes, positive cells being (96.3?0 6)%. Conclusions Population of low or negative expression of CD59 among the lymphocytes of healthy controls was related to T cells, especially CD8 +T cells. B cells had uniform positive expression of CD59, and could be a candidate for detecting PNH.

Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2014;30(10):1491-1503
Cell-free protein synthesis (CFPS) systems based on crude cell extracts have been used in protein expression in vitro. With the researchers' endeavor for decades, the CFPS system has been developed as an important research tool in many frontiers of fundamental and applied biology because of its clear genetic background and simplicity to control the reaction. The yield of CFPS systems derived from prokaryote or eukaryote has increased to several grams per liter with constantly decreasing cost. Nowadays grams of protein could be prepared using a large-scale cell-free system. Recently, the advantages on the expression of complicated, toxic and membrane proteins have shown the great potential of the CFPS systems. The rapid progress of this technology made us to believe that it will take an important place in biopharmaceutical industries undoubtedly.

China Pharmacist 2017;20(2):229-231
Objective:To perform textual researches on name, origin and distribution of Maidong to clarify the medicinal varieties and history recorded in ancient literatures and provide evidence for clinical use. Methods:Ancient herbal works were performed textual research, and the resource investigation and modern data were analyzed. Results:According to the ancient herbal records and modern researches, Maidong had lots of alias, while only Maimendong and Maidong were used as the medicine common names. According to the records of main origin, original plant morphological and medicinal characteristics of Maimendong, it was preliminarily concluded that Maidong recorded in the ancient herbal records was mainly produced in Jiande of Zhejiang province, Mianyang of Sichuan prov-ince, Xiangyang of Hubei province and the surrounding areas. The chemical compositions and pharmacological activities of Maidong and Shanmaidong were similar;therefore, they both could be used as the medicines. Conclusion:In the light of the ancient and mod-ern medicinal customs, modern chemistry and pharmacology researches and clinical practice of TCM, it deserves further discussion on whether Maidong and Shanmaidong can be used as multi source varieties of traditional Chinese medicines just like Polygonaceae plants palmatum L. , Rheum tanguticum Maxim, ex Balf. and Rheum officinale Baill. , and Ranunculaceae plants Coptis chinensis Franch. , Coptis deltoidea C. Y. Cheng et Hsiao and Coptisteeta Wall.
9. Application progresses of 7.0T small animal MRI in Alzheimer disease
Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2019;35(6):930-933
Alzheimer disease (AD) is the most common degenerative disease of central nervous system. Animal models can simulate the pathological changes of early AD. MRI is an important method for the diagnosis of AD. 7.0T small animal MRI promotes the study of AD. Multimodal imaging provides help for the diagnosis of early AD. The application of 7.0T small animal MRI technologies in AD research were reviewed in this paper.
