1.Non-drug therapy applied in lipid-adjustment practice
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(02):-
Lipid-adjust therapy is one of basic management of atherosclerosis diseases with approaches like medication, therapeutics life style(TLC),dialysis regimen, surgery operation and gene therapy etc.Along with lipidlowering medication,TLC methods should be used to primary and secondary prevention of coronary artery diseases,by which lipid levels returns to target normal ranges as a result of reducing uptake of cholesterol or saturation fatty foods, improving physical activities,as well as weight control.
2.Clinical Application of Multislice Spiral CT Coronary Angiography
Journal of Practical Radiology 2010;26(2):179-182
Objective To approach the clinical applied value of MSCT coronary angiography in detecting coronary artery disease. Methods 150 patients underwent MSCT coronary angiography, of them, 100 patients were also examined by coronary arteriography. The ability in showing coronary arteriae with MSCT was evaluated comparatively with coronary arteriography. Results The success-ful rate in showing coronary arteriae by MSCT was 95.3%,the excellent rate of images was 82.970%. There was negative correlation between image quality and heart rate(r=0.938). And the accurate rate in evaluating the narrowing of coronary arteriae was 91.2% with MSCT. There was no significant difference in detecting the narrowing of coronary arteriae with MSCT and coronary angiography (P>0.05). Conclusion By controlling the patients' heart rate(below 70/min) and optimizing the technical methods,MACT coro-nary angiography can detect all of the 1~3 branch of coronary artery. MSCT has some particular superiority in diagnosing coronary artery disease and evaluating the effects of coronary artery bypass graft.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the alteration of left atrial(LA) electromechanical characteristics of patients with hypertensivon and patients with hypertension complicated with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF). Methods By use of two-dimentional echocardiography and Doppler and tissue Doppler imaging(TDI) techniques,we mensurated and calculated the indexes representing LA structure and systolic and diastolic function and electromechanical characteristics in 30 nornal subjects(group1),25 patients with hypertension lasting less than ten years(group2),24 patients with hypertension lasting more than ten years(group3) and patients with hypertension complicated PAF(group4). Indexes representing LA electromechanical characteristics consisted of the difference in time intervals between the QRS onset and the tricuspid A wave, and the QRS onset and the mitral A wave (DQAT),electromechanical time (P-A),electromechanical time dispersion(P-Ad),the maximum P wave duration, the minimum P wave duration, and P wave dispersion (Pd=Pmax-Pmin) calculated from 12-lead surface electrocardiograms. Results The P-A3 in group 4 was much longer than that in group 1,group 2 and group 3. The P-Ad2 in group 4 was much longer than that in group 1,group 2 and group 3.Conclusion There are prolonged P-A3 and P-Ad2 in patients with hypertension complicated PAF. Some indexes, such as P-A3 and P-Ad2,perhaps can predict the onset of PAF in patients with essential hypertension better.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1996;0(02):-
Objective:To analyze genetic diversity of Fluconazole(FLZ)-resistant and -susceptible Candida albicans(C. albicans) strains isolated from patients with Sjgren's Syndrome (SS). Methods:30 C.albicans strains were isolated from the patients with SS and identified using standard criteria. Microdilution method was performed to determine the minimum inhibitory concentrations (MICs) of C.albicans to FLZ. A composite genotype was generated for each strain through random amplification of polymorphic DNA (RAPD) using three different primers, RSD10, RSD11 and RSD12. Results:The DNA fingerprinting profiles indicated genetic diversity amongst both the FLZ-resistant as well as -susceptible isolates, and no specific features emerged distinguishing the drug-resistant and -susceptible groups. Conclusion:These observations cast doubt on the theory of a clonal origin of FLZ-resistant C. albicans isolates. The emergence of FLZ resistance in SS patients may be associated with continuous exposure to FLZ.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(09):-
Objective To study the effect of melatonin on ultrastructural changes of aorta endothelium of insulin-resistant (IR) rats. Methods Insulin-resistant rat model was established with SD rats (n=20) aged 6-8 weeks by high-glucose diet (70% calories from glucose) for 6 weeks. All the IR rats were divided into 2 groups: with melatonin (MEL group, n=10) and without melatonin (control group, n=10). Rats in MEL group were filled with melatonin (10mg? kg -1?d -1) for 6 weeks. The ultrastructure of aorta endothelium was observed with transmission electron microscope (TEM). Results Systolic blood pressure (SBP), serum triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein (LDL-c), insulin (Ins), and malondialdehyde (MDA) declined while the Serum high-density lipoprotein(HDL-c), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and insulin sensitive index (ISI) elevated in the rats of MEL group than that in control group (P

To inquire into the influence on effect, safety and receiving rate of thrombolysis in acute myocardial infarction (AMI) after extending its selective indications. We observed the main indication changes and effect of 201 cases of AMI receiving thrombolytic therapy who from 108 patients with AMI. Results: (1)On basis of the thrombolytic scheme recommended by the committee of Chinese Journal of Cardiology in 1991,further extend the time of onset to medication from ≤6 hr. to ≤12 hour, age from ≤65 yr,to all yr, unlimited. The ratio of cases receiving thrombolysis/all AMI is 49. 3%, more than before extending indications (28. 1% ,P0. 05) between group 6- 12 hr,medication (n- 32) and ≤6 hr's (n= 169) ,but its mortality in both groups above is significantly lower than group non-thrombolysis (18. 4%,both P

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(07):-
Objective:To examine whether dysfunctional attitudes and cognitive bias change with fluctuations in depressive symptoms. Methods:122 patients with MDD (major depressive disorder) were assessed with DAS (dysfunctional attitude scale),CBQ (cognitive bias questionnaire) ,and HRSD (Hamilton rating scale for depression) before and after the 8-week treatment. 51 normal subjects were assessed with the DAS, CBQ and SDS as controls.Results:(1) Compared with normal controls, at the baseline MDD patients had significantly higher total DAS scores (158.2?34.6 vs. 119.3?23.4,t=8.559, P=0.000) and the score of CBQ (5.19?3.77 vs. 1.69?1.83, t=8.208, P=0.000). (2) After 8 weeks, the HRSD scores of patients reduced to Median 7.0, and the DAS and CBQ scores significantly lower than those in baseline (DAS total score from 158.2?34.6 to 143.3?29.3, t=3.611, P=0.000; the median of CBQ decreased from 5.0 to 3.0;z=4.670, P=0.000). (3) The DAS score (131.1?25.7) and CBQ score (median 3.0) of full recovery patients with full recovery remained higher than those of controls (t=2.397, P=0.018 ;z=3.990, P=0.000).Conclusion:Dysfunctional attitudes and cognitive bias were influenced by fluctuations in stata or demonstrateing stability over time. They were all state-trait features.

China Pharmacist 2017;20(3):426-428,437
Objective:To study the effect and underlying mechanism of rosmarinic acid in the apoptosis of HepG2 cells. Meth-ods:An MTT method was used to determine the inhibitory effect on the growth of HepG2 cells treated with rosmarinic acid for 48 hours. Flow cytometry was used to detect the cell apoptosis after treated with rosmarinic acid at different concentrations for 24 h and 48 h. Western Blotting was used to detect the expression of P53 and c-Myc protein after treated with rosmarinic acid for 48 h. Results:When HepG2 cells were treated with rosmarinic acid at the concentrations of 12. 50, 25. 00, 50. 00 and 100. 00 μg·ml-1 for 48 h, the cell growth was inhibited and the half-inhibitory concentration (IC50) was 43. 48μg·ml-1. By comparing HepG2 cells treated with rosma-rinic acid at different concentrations for 24 h and 48 h, rosmarinic acid had the effect on the early apoptosis of HepG2 cells after the 48-hour treatment. When treated with rosmarinic acid at the different concentrations for 48 h, the expression of c-Myc decreased with the concentration increase of rosmarinic acid, and the expression of P53 increased with the concentration increase of rosmarinic acid. Con-clusion:The inhibitory effect of rosmarinic acid on the proliferation of HepG2 cells is in a dose-dependent manner, and it can promote the apoptosis of HepG2 cells through the activation of P53 and the cleavage of proto-oncogene c-Myc protein.
