Objective To explore the effects of hand-arm bimanual intensive training (HABIT) in group on functional independence and quality of life of children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy. Methods From November, 2015 to September, 2016, 20 children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into control group (n=10) and experimental group (n=10). Both groups received routine occupational therapy, and the experimental group received HABIT in group one hour per day additionally, for eight weeks. They were assessed with the Carroll Upper Extremities Functional Test (UEFT), Functional Independence Measure Children's Edition (WeeFIM) and Chinese Version Pe-diatric Quality of Life Inventory (PedsQLTM) 3.0 Cerebral Palsy Module respectively before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the scores of UEFT, WeeFIM and the PedsQLTM3.0 improved in both groups (t>3.970, P<0.05), and were higher in the experimental group than in the control group (t>2.306, P<0.05). Conclusion HABIT in group could improve the fine function of upper extremity and hands coordina-tion of children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy, and enhance the functional independence and quality of life.

Objective To investigate the biological effects of EB encoding latent membrane protein 1(LMP1) on Tet-on-LMP1 HNE2 nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line. Methods Proliferation of Tet-onLMP1 HNE2 cell induced by DOX at the different time points was detected by Western blot assay,DNA content assay, cell growth curves assay, colonogenesis assay in the soft agar and MTT colorimetric method. Results With the increasing LMP1 protein expression,Tet-on-LMP1 HNE2 progressed rapidly from G0/G1 to S phase, cells grew faster(P

Objective To analyze the concept of Peabody Developmental Motor Scale-Fine Motor (PDMS-FM). Methods Concept con-tained in each item of PDMS-FM was discussed and determined by 3 rehabilitation physicians or therapists. They were linked to the catego-ries of International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health-Children and Youth Version (ICF-CY) by 2 rehabilitation physi-cians according to the linking rules after discussion. Third party intervened informally if there was a disagreement. Results Ninety-eight items from the PDMS-FM linked to 21 categories of the 3rd level within 13 categories of the 2nd level, belong to b1 Mental Functions, b7 Neuromusculoskeletal and Movement-related Functions, d1 Learning and Applying Knowledge, d4 Activities and d5 Self-care, a total of 5 categories of the 1st level. Eighty items linked to d4, and 40 items linked to d1. Conclusion PDMS-FM mainly focuses on the activities, es-pecially Carrying, Moving and Handling Objects and Basic Learning of Learning and Applying Knowledge.

Objective To investigate the effect of Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) on practice examination of RehabilitationTherapeutics. Methods OSCE was applied in graduation practice skills testing of the 2007 classes of Rehabilitation Therapeutics. The design, implement, quality and efficiency were investigated with questionaire and interview. Results The teachers and students think theOSCE well in different views. Conclusion The OSCE is applicable to the graduation practice skills testing of Rehabilitation Therapeutics.

In order to optimize the teaching process, improve the teaching quality and cultivate of emergency nursing talents with comprehensive quality, we systematically designed the teaching process of foreign body airway obstruction first aid. From the design ideas and curriculum innovation, we focused on the use of a variety of teaching methods, and we combined it with modern information technology, which demonstrated the practicability and operability of first aid skill. This teaching practice has proved that the systematically teaching reform design is helpful to improve the learning efficiency of nursing students and cultivate the comprehensive quality of students' emergency response ability.

Objective This case report describes the treatment of a patient with J-wave syndrome who experienced two cardiac arrests and discusses the potential role of mild hypothermia in cardiopulmonary and cerebral resuscitation. Methods A patient with J-wave syndrome was admitted to the department of emergency of Qingpu Branch of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated with Fudan University.During the treatment, mild hypothermia was adopted for brain protection. The patient suffered cardiac arrest again in the hospital. After continuous cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)for 230 minutes under mild hypothermia, sinus rhythm was restored.By sharing the diagnostic approach and treatment process, valuable insights can be gained to improve patient outcomes in similar cases. Results A 17-year-old female patient was admitted to department of emergency of Qingpu Branch of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated with Fudan University on September 30,2021 due to sudden loss of consciousness for 30 minutes after running. She fainted 3 times in the past after excise and nervousness.CPR was performed immediately after the syncope, and an ambulance arrived at the scene 10 minutes later, and electrical defibrillation and tracheal intubation mechanical ventilation were conducted. When admitted to the intensive care unit(ICU),the patient continued to have tetanic convulsions. To manage these symptoms, the medical team administered sedation and anti-epileptic treatment while focusing on maintaining internal environment stability.Additionally, mild hypothermia treatment was initiated, controlling the patient's core body temperature at 34-36℃.With these interventions, the tetanic convulsions gradually subsided during the night. At 11:40 on October 1,the electrocardiogram(ECG)monitoring indicated ventricular fibrillation, and immediate rescue efforts such as CPR,electrical defibrillation, and blood pressure elevation were given.Due to recurrent ventricular fibrillation, the patient underwent repeated shock defibrillation and chest compressions with the CPR machine.Antiarrhythmic lidocaine was administered, and epinephrine and isoproterenol were administered to maintain the heart rate above 90 bpm.At around 15:30,the heart rate stabilized and blood pressure gradually improved. After successful resuscitation, mild hypothermia and other brain protection treatment were continued. On October 4,the mind was cleared, the muscle strength was restored to normal and the tracheal intubation was removed on October 6.Holter electrocardiogram examination indicated V1-V3 ST-segment elevation, combined with the patient's history of repeated syncope, previous electrocardiogram indicated early repolarization, considering the possibility of J-wave syndrome and Brugada syndrome, the patient was discharged after implantable cardioverter defibrillator(ICD)installation. Conclusions In this case, the patient was successfully resuscitated after two cardiac arrests.Among them,CPR after cardiac arrest in hospital was successfully performed for a long time under mild hypothermia without any neurological sequelae. The treatment experience provided a reference for clinical cardiopulmonary and brain resuscitation.
