1.Analysis of atypical imaging of tuberculosis
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(21):3241-3242
Objective To explore the atypical imaging features of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,in order to improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis with atypical imaging. Methods The imaging findings of 30 cases with atypical pulmonary tuberculosis, confirmed by sputum tubercle bacillus check and antituberculous therapy tracking in our hospital from January 2010 to August 2012,were retrospectively analyzed. Results After comparative analysis of antituberculous treatment results and symptoms, the correct rate of right posterior basal segment of lower lobe and the right anterior basal segment of lower lobe lesion site was 80%.The total correct rate of imaging findings was 80%,the imaging findings and diagnosis results had positive correlation,0 < r < 1.Conclusion Radiographic examination of pulmonary tuberculosis with atypical lesion, the differential diagnosis of lesions in dynamic changes play an important role, master of pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with atypical imaging features, and in combination with the clinical manifestations, can effectively reduce the misdiagnosis, significantly improve the accuracy rate of imaging for atypical pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosis.

Objective To determine the diagnostic value of CT in pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Chest PA & LAT X-ray and CT film image of 40 pulmonary tuberculosis patients with complete information were collected and analyzed. Results (1)Most of intrapulmonary lesions located in superior lobe apicoposterior segment and lower lobe dorsal segment, next ones located in superior lobe anterior segment and lower lobe basal segment. (2)The show rate of the lesions on chest CT films was significantly higher than that of X-ray films. (3)The show rates of focal calcification, inner-mediastinum lymph node enlargement and inner-mediastinum lymph node calcification in chest CT films were significantly higher than that of X-ray films. Conclusion Image of chest CT can provide valuable evidence for diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.

Objective To analyze influence mycobacterium tuberculosis sputum culture and heat-proof rifabutin antimicrobial susceptibility test results and related factors. Methods To the centers for disease control and prevention of Huainan tuberculosis clinic into the program to treat 227 sputum smear-positive patients in the sputum culture and heat-proof rifabutin of antimicrobial susceptibility test. Results Among 227 patients sputum culture positive 220 cases, accounting for 96. 9%, sputum culture-negative 2 cases, accounting for 0. 9%, pollution, 5 cases of 2. 2%. Resistance rifabutin antimicrobial susceptibility test,a new patient resistance ratio for 10. 4% ,early cure loser for 37.5%, concomitant person for 28.9%. Conclusion The mycobacterium tuberculosis in the process of cultivation should be strictly according to the requirements of collecting, processing, specimen vaccination, preservation and observation. Early cure failure patients and treat patients resistant rifabutin rate was far higher than new patients, the patients with irregular or unreasonable chemotherapy were concerned.
