1.Progress in research of polyamidoamine dendrimers as gene carriers
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2008;31(5):308-311
Polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimers is considered a better genetic carrier for its ability to form with DNA a nano-sized polyelectrolyte complex of high stability and dissolubility. The mechanism of PAMAMmediated gene endocytosis has been fairly clear and the researches in vitro have confirmed that PAMAM had high transfection efficiency and low cytotoxicity. The researches in vivo have further confirmed that PAMAM had a potential application foreground in the field of gene therapy including in the prevention and treatment of ewing's sarcoma and pulmonary fibrosis, in heart transplantation, and in the preparation of falciparum malaria vaccine.
2.Research progress in environmental pharmacology
Chinese Journal of Pharmacology and Toxicology 2016;30(9):983-988
In recent years, researches on drugs concentrated in the ecosystem have become a hot topic. Environmental pharmacology is a new subject studying the source and fate of drugs in the environment. It is found that a lot of pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutically active compounds are released into the environment by the pharmaceutical industry, hospitals and agricultured activities. Drugs in the environment not only affect the ecosystem, which leads to bacterial resistance, but also affect the balance of flora in the biofilm. Furthermore, such drugs may induce epigenetic changes, which may leave to the body vulnerable to diseases. The enrichment of endocrine disruptors can inter?fere with the growth and function of the human reproductive system. China is becoming concerned about environmental drugs. The development of environmental pharmacology can help clarify the interac?tions between drugs and the environment while contributing to public health and food safety in China.

Objective To explore the effect and significance of systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS )score in predicting prognosis in acute craniocerebral trauma. Methods The clinical data of 620 patients were collected at admission from January 2003 to December 2007, GCS and SIRS score were calculated in 24 hours. The relation of the mortality rates and GCS score were analyzed in different SIRS score patients by controlling age. Results With SIRS score increasing, mortality rates increased as well, and pa-tients with SIRS (score≥2) mortality rates had significantly higher, and also in the same age and GCS score group.Mortality rotes were significant in staifistics (P<0.05). Conclusion SIRS score is significant inde-pendent predicting prognosis in acute craniocerebral trauma and in clinic.

0.05) except for the positive reaction in the smooth muscle cells of the small vascular walls. While in the symptomatic group, significant expression of ?-SMA was observed besides the expression in the smooth muscle cells of the small blood vessels, and the positive fields were mainly located in the cellular plasm. The positive fields were diffusely distributed between the proliferous nerve fibers and collagen tissues most of which showed the streak or linear shapes together with some dot like expression figures. The difference of the expression level among the three groups was significant(F=289.534, P0.05). Correlation analysis indicated that the expression level of ?-SMA was positively correlated with the scale of the pain assessed by means of a 10 point visual analogue scale (VAS)(rs =0.980,P

Journal of Interventional Radiology 1994;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the intra-aneurysmal pressure curve in the presence of endoleak after endovascular exclusion (EVE) for abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA). Methods Infrarenal aortic aneurysms were created with bovine jugular vein segements or patches. Then they were underwent incomplete endovascular exclusion of the aneurysm and formation of endoleaks. The pressures of blood flow outside the graft into the sac were measured. Results The intrasac pressure was higher than systemic pressure in the presence of endoleak. After sealing the endoleak, pressure decreased siginificantly, and the pressure curve showed approximately linear. Conclusion The change of intra-aneurysmal pressure curve reflected the load on aneurysmal wall after EVE, and can also help to determine the endoleak existance.
